A really solid chai! Wish it wasn't constantly out of stock.
Customer service is horrible. Their computer system coughed or puked or mixed up a one and a zero and sent my order to an address I haven't lived at for NINE YEARS. Then, they
wanted to charge me $18 to 'track' my order. While the tea is great, there is no phone number to call to contact customer service. All communication is done via email. If there is a problem, you are screwed. Buyer beware.
Love this one with a touch of cream and sweetener. Great warm and will try it iced soon.
The best Chai i have had in a long time ! Wouldn't buy any other brand!
Love this tea!! Chai tea has always been my comfort beverage after a long day. This is the perfect blend of spices without overpowering the tea flavor, and the decaf allows me to enjoy it in the evenings without it keeping me awake! I add a little sweetener and some cream to make my own latte, and it’s a tiny slice of comfort in a cup!
a smooth spicy tea is perfect hot or cold. I like it hot with milk and sugar while I'm relaxing in front of the TV on a cold winter night. In the summer, I'll mix in milk and sugar while the tea is hot, then chill in the fridge for a sweet treat in the afternoon or on those sultry summer evenings. If you like Chai teas, you have to try this one.

My rule of thumb with chai is if it makes my tongue numb, it is good chai. this is good chai
The flavor is very good. I had it regularly as well as mixed with milk and honey. I enjoy the fact that this is a good tea I can have for a sort of dessert even though I wouldn’t call it sweet. Aromatic is a good word for it. It’s nice to have after dinner as it is a decaf tea.
I love chai but don't love the caffeine in black teas. This is truly the best of both worlds.
This is very delicious decaf chai tea. I like the extra cloves in the mixture. I brewed it at a slightly lower temperature than was recommended, for 8 minutes. I added a teaspoon of raw honey and a little milk, and they complement this tea very nicely! I highly recommend!
Intense clove flavor. Full bodied tea very tasty with cream and sweetener.
I no longer drink cafeinated tea so I was really glad when they brought this decaf Chai back. It's an excellent smooth tead and never fails to make me feel good. Lovely after supper.

I gave this as a gift. It smells really good but the tea drinker said it was too weak and didn't have enough flavor. He added more tea, more water and it's now bitter but no flavor. It smells amazing though.
Good - decaf isn't as powerful to me as the caffeinated version, but sometimes it's necessary.
I love this tea! I was disappointed when I had to give up caffeinated teas — I couldn’t imagine replacing my favorite chai town, but this decaffeinated version hits the spot. I look forward to starting my morning with this wonderful chai selection! The spices are vibrant and the depth is fantastic. I didn’t think a decaf could bring those flavors forward as it does, so giving up caffeine has been much easier with this great find.

Good decaf tea is not always easy to find. This decaf chai is excellent. You would be hard pressed to tell that it is decaf.

The measure of any chai is how well it holds up to plenty of cream and sugar, and this one does beautifully. It's pleasant on its own, plenty of strong spice flavor, but it's been exceptionally great with coconut milk and honey, and I have every expectation that it would be equally good with other milk/cream and sweetener options. Strong flavor of cloves comes through well, and the mix of other spices is robust and complex. I've enjoyed this one a LOT.
When I opened the bag a saw all the cloves, I thought I might not like this tea. After steeping, and adding a splash of milk, I found the flavor pleasant and not overly clove heavy
This is good, for decaf. I drink it at night when I don’t want the caffeine.

This is a good decaf tea with plenty of spice, which makes it a nice late-afternoon choice. I do miss the more robust black tea flavor, but that seems to be a given with decafs. It makes a good chai latte.
Very pleased to have this decaf version. I enjoy chai in late afternoon but was always concerned about the caffeine. Thank you Adagio for making a blend that is truly relaxing
Sometimes I wanted the masala chai but at night. This provides a perfect option.
March 2021 Update: 9 months preg and so nice to be able to have a cup and not worry about the caffeine content. Became a must-have.
I needed to get a tea for the afternoon time that wouldn't have Caffeine in it. I found out I'm not much of a Chai fan. The spices are too strange for me. I'm more of a tea purest. This has a strong spice flavor and you will move it if that's your thing..
It's not nearly as spiced or strong as I would've liked (I'll probably do a spoon and a half next time) but it's very nice, and definitely has a solid chai taste to it.
I enjoy the bright strong flavor of this tea almost every evening.

I do not tolerate caffeine well and always have to drink caffeine free or very low caffeine. I love chai tea, but haven’t been able to drink it because of the caffeine levels. I was thrilled to find this caffeine free chai. It’s so good!

This is a great blend for when I’m in the mood for spices.
It’s a strong chai and I use it 1/2 and 1/2 with the Vanilla to make it go further. I like it in the morning instead of coffee because it has a nice strong flavor.
The flavor and spicers are good, but it’s just a bit too mild for me. Even when I double it up, it’s a touch flat.
Not my favorite. Has a strange perfume-y aftertaste that I did not enjoy at all. Think I will stick with my lovely rooibos chai from here on.
Nice Chai flavours but a little weak even after steeping for 15 minutes. I found boiling it on the stove for 10 minutes releases more flavour
Yum with no caffeine, win for me! Just the right amount of spice and I’m thinking I might add a little bit of soy milk next time. Can’t wait to drink it again.
