What a delicious tea! The spice was just right and because it’s decaf, I can drink it anytime.
I've tried 15 different chai blends, half of which are from India and other Asian countries. This decaf chai is BY FAR the best tasting and strongest chai I have had. It was the first chai I ever tried and I listened to the people on reddit who claim Adagio is 'low quality' so I went in search for something better... It has never been found. I wouldn't expect decaf chai to be the best, but it truly is. Such a full bodied flavor and every other brand lacks flavor even when you steep TWICE the amount. You have to try this stuff. It's so good.
Delicious, wonderfully spicy and DECAF! Best thing to come around in a long time! Very enjoyable and still sleep well!
Solid decaf tea option - similar in flavor to other chai blends. I think personally I like to go heavy on the spice but I don't mind adding some into the mix. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine so I can't really have it, and I'm glad they offer these decaf options. I would love to see more decaf versions of other teas offered here online.
We love chai, and after trying this decaf version, my family and I give it a thumbs up. I purchased a small amount jut to try then landed up buying a large bag. Very clove forward, but with a bit of honey and milk, it is just perfect.
An excellent decaf backup to the chai flavor (for when it is too late into the night for caffeine). Personally have lost my taste for honeybush, so this will sub in nicely.
I'd prefer something on the stronger side, like a decaf version of the Masala Chai, but still a nice option for an after dinner or pre-bedtime tea.
Bought this for my grandmother, who likes the taste of chai but doesn’t want the caffeine. She loves it. I add milk and honey and pour it over ice and it’s amazing.
When I want chai iced tea, without caffeine AND not syrupy-sweet AND with oatmilk, I can DIY it with this

BEST chai I've ever had - I've even stopped ordering it at cafes because this one is just as packed with punchy, complex, delightful flavors!
Very strong pepper flavor- unfortunately not one of my favorites
Not my favorite spice blend. I prefer a more prominent cardamom. This is heavier on the clove and ginger.
A mild chai, not spicy enough for my palate, which is not to say it is bad, just not all that spicy.
Update: I reordered and this second batch was much tastier with a stronger chai profile.
Great flavor which I often mix with my pepper chai from Adagio, which I love. This still has a nice, deep flavor when used on its own.
Husband really likes this one. It provides the chai flavors without the caffeine. I prefer the caffeinated version because I need the wake up.
While this isn't the most complex chai blend I've ever had, it gets the job done. The fact that it's decaf does nothing to harm the flavor. It's especially nice because I like to have chai at night after I've had dinner, but I can't have it if it's caffeinated or I'll be up all night.
Love having this one on hand for my 10-year-old (or me, when I decide I have better sense than to drink caffeine in the evening.) With all the seasonings of chai, the less-flavorful decaf black tea isn't as obvious
Very good for a decaf chai. I’m still partial to the masala, but I can’t find it in a decaf.
Not a fan. The flavors don't blend and there's not much spice flavor to it. I've had this many times over the years and am usually disappointed. I will remember next time not to try it again.
Nice and spicy but light on the tea leaves, brewed more like a spicy water. Hoping I just got a unbalanced mix and the next one will have more tea
This is a delicious chai, all the spices come together for a great experience. It's wonderful with a little cream and honey added. Plus it's great that it's decaf for days I don't want caffeine.
Great flavor! Not too spicy. Enjoy sipping on a cold afternoon. I have also made this as an iced tea and it is also delicious!!
Great decaf chai option, spicy and tastes as good or better than some caffeinated chai that I've had. Only complaint is that my sample pack had an ungodly amount of cloves which eventually got picked out so as to not ruin the balance ( I'll use em for baking)

Very similar to the Masala Chai, without the caffeine, which I needed since I cannot caffeine any longer. I really needed this tea, and love to have this option available.
This Adagio Decaf Chai was good, but the spices were not my favorite. I will still order it, because I like the fact that it is a decaf.

Straight to a latte with this Communitea sample. Nice chai spices but this is one decaf where I miss the bite of the ceylon. Perfect blend for when I want a chai in the evening but also want to sleep. For a morning sip, I'll stick with masala chai for the caffeine and added bit of astringency from the base tea.

A basic chai tea, heavy on the cardamom, but a bit weak on the other spices. I appreciate it is caffeine free, though.
I love all chai so I was surprised to not love this. Maybe I steeped it too long but it was sharp and bitter.

This tea has a light mouthfeel and is a bit too heavy with the clove for my preference. It's not bad, it's just not something I'd purchase.

A mild spice blend for the holidays. Cinnamon and clove aroma and taste are noted I enjoyed without sweetener. Love the decaf teas.
I enjoy some chai teas but not this sample. Was very clove heavy with some aftertaste. I do not add any sweetener or cream/milk to teas as that is one reason I transitioned from coffee to tea
My communiTea packet didn't seem to have any cardamom so I added two pods I had on hand to my spicy teaspoon. Added honey and milk. Great cup of decaf.
Best chai I’ve ever had. It’s such a bonus for it to be decaf and not have to worry about caffeine jitters.
Upon opening the package I was getting the lovely warm scent of chia spices. I did add a bit of pepper corn to make the chia a bit more spicy. I like a really spicy chia I also added amber rock sugar and a splash of milk. Brewed 7 min at 212 F. Lovely chia all the way around. Warms you from the inside out
Love Adagio's decaf blends. They are always good. I am not a big fan of clove, just my personal taste. The blend is nicely balanced and would be a fabulous addition to a blend. Added some honey and almond milk for a sweet treat.

I’m pleased to announce that this tea was perfectly spiced. Nothing overwhelming; sometimes chai gives a bit of an aftertaste. This one passed the spice test.
A nice chai blend! Flavourful, with strong cinnamon and ginger tastes to it. I made it into a latte by mixing a pinch of brown sugar with warmed, frothed milk; it held onto its flavour well.
Decaf Chai is a nice substitute for Adagio's 'Decaf Spice' being on the chopping block. I love the many layers of Spice and Flavor! Its a tea taste journey. This will always be in my Tea Stash! I love Adagio's decafs! They're almost tastier than the caffeinated versions!!
I'm starting to really appreciate Adagio's decaf teas. Full of flavor, no caffiene, I get to enjoy them in the evening when things are slower, and more thoughtful. This was a nice spicy chai, very clove forward.
Yummy aroma of chai flavors rise out of the CommuniTEA packet. This steeps at a slightly lower temp to keep bitterness down. It is delicious and love that it is low caffeine. A lovely chai tea that you can drink any time of day! Awesome! (8 mins @ 200ºF).
I don't know if it's my own taste buds or the tea but this seems overpowering and slightly bitter to me. I don't dislike it, I just won't buy it again.
