The white tea was not very prominent in this blend, but that could have been due to my CommuniTEA sample pack containing mostly lemongrass. The aroma was lovely with chai spices, and the spice flavors were very light but still warm and cozy. I mainly tasted the cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. No red peppercorns or coconut made it into my packet. Overall it was still a comforting blend and a nice change of pace from my typical stronger black chai, so I would buy a larger sample bag to try to get a more even mix of the ingredients next time.

Good! Different for a chai, but I like it. Ginger, cinnamon and pepper flavors are prominent. Nice light tea with the white tea as a base.

All players were present in my communiTEA packet this morning, with the exception of the coconut. I wasn’t sure if I saw any pineapple pieces or not, but we’ll find out in just a little bit. The red peppercorns were sizzling and appeared to be up to no good.

When hot, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, and lemongrass chai flavors were mild. Just a hint of pineapple was noted. White tea flavors were trying to come through. Some sugar was added to bring out some tea and fruit flavors.

When warm, chai flavors moderated. Pineapple flavors were mild and threw in an interesting tropical note to the deal. White tea flavors provided a pleasantly smooth melon tasting base for all the other players to work from. No coconut flavors were noted.

At the end, the red peppercorn did their peppery zing-thing on the tongue. I really appreciated that the chai flavors did not overpower the delicate white tea. This was a very pleasant and mellow tasting morning sip. (3 mins @ 190ºF, 3/8 tsp sugar)

Awww White chai spice danced around my kitchen on this Christmas Eve morning, smelled fantastic spreading a lite Spicy lemony aroma.
I love Chai anything... and this white base didn’t disappoint just a much lighter chai blend than regular black based chai. Was pleasantly surprised, with for all the ingredients these flavors blended nicely, with just enough peppercorns zip. Sadly I did not notice any coconut flavor, smelled it but never showed up to the party, but on second steep added some in and wow! Overall a more herbal chai tea then my typical chai but still a nice change. Tried alone, yum then as all my morning chai added touch of frothy cream, cinnamon & little fresh pepper topping. So happy Adagio added this in our collection. Warmed me up on this chilly raining morning, Delicious! (3mins @ 195F)

My CommuniTEA packet was missing the red peppercorns but that's fine since I don't enjoy spicy teas anyway. All I really got out of this tea was ginger, though that might be in part because my packet was very heavy on the ginger and very, very sparse on literally everything else.

Very nice take on chai. I was actually able to taste the pineapple and coconut. I really enjoyed the variation!

Perfect blend for the holidays. If steeped just under 3 min, it is nice and smooth

cannot resist a white tea... for a multitude of reasons from 'playing empress' to 'health benefits', and then the subtlety of the white tea lets flavors shine <3

Delicious! I was surprised that a white tea could handle chai spices so well, and it is lighter, more delicate that regular chais. I drank half of my cup before I even felt the need to add half n half. Which tasted even better.

Very nice taste. I enjoyed the chai flavor without the black tea that usually comes with it.

Good chai but not great. I like the flavors of the White Ayurvedic chai better for a white chai.

There is a lot going on here. Very fragrant dry before infusing. Very intense aroma while steeping. There are many flavors at play here but I think ginger and clove (50% ginger and clove 5% flavorwise for the overall tea) is front and center here, the ginger is not overpowering like it can get in other mixed teas / tisanes it's just there and you know it. I did get a fair bit of the lemongrass and some well proportioned peppercorns.I did not notice any coconut flavor but got a slight hint of the added fruit for tartness at the finish.

got this as a sample ... has a very nice, light spicy taste. perfect for people who doesn t like a strong chai taste

I like the white teas for their compatibility. The tea plays along with the spices and doesn't make it too strong in flavor while opens up their richness. How should I put it, the tea is not too heavy( as a black chai tea).

★★★★☆

nice, subtle blend. Can definitely taste the chai spices, and the white tea background is nice (although its a bit bland for what i expect from a chai).

Love the pink peppercorns in this. The spice with the subtle white tea is amazing.

★★★★☆

Very good tea, the only thing I would say is that it could be more spice

★★★★☆

A kinder, gentler chai. After receiving medical orders to reduce caffeine intake, this has become one of my mainstays.

This is my first review, and it is definitely worth it. Like warm Winter holiday with snow outside. Very smoky, sweet with honey fits perfectly with the spice and cinnamon. Will be one I buy in bulk for sure.

With it being so hot lately I tried this iced. My son and I both liked it. I should have made it a little stronger but the flavor was good.

Honestly purchased this to compare with the White Ayurvedic Chai. This is good, but I definitely preferred the slight sweetness that seems more evident in the Ayurvedic Chai

Delicious! Definitely worth sampling if you're a chai fan! I'd recommend snagging a bunch of the chai samples and having a tasting to dial in your favorite!

This white chia is very lightly flavored. I would recommend steeping it longer than recommended for a stronger flavor.

This is one of the teas I've been looking for. I regret it took me so long to just google the teavana blend I was missing which lead me to this. I'm going to copy this to my review on the Samurai Mate because these two blend together wonderfully and I'm pretty addicted to it.

So mix the White Chai 1:1 with Samurai Mate and steep it according to the Mate instructions. You get a wonderful spicy slightly fruity and bright tea. My favorite thing is how the flavor changes with subsequent steeps. One the second steep the cinnamon flavor really pops out. And on the third I get a lot more lemongrass flavor. Give it a try!

Very flavorful, delicious balance of herb and spice.

This would be a great Christmas tea. It tastes like pine needles and other spices. I probably wouldn t order it again, it s a little too spicy for me.

★★★★☆

A good, flavourful chai. The ginger is especially strong, which is great!

not a big fan of this one, it's ok but I think the chai teas are better with darker teas

This has a lovely bite at the end of it from the peppercorns.

This is my favorite tea to have before bed, the taste is light and pleasant. I put a little white honey in it (because I like my teas a little sweet :p) and I am good to go!
I WILL note, that if you like an intense Chai flavor, this may not be the tea you are looking for. While the taste is present it is very subtle.

Reminds me of the Teavana sumarai chai, but even better. Works amazing as an iced tea as well

★★★★★

This is one of my favorite chai teas from adagio. It has a nice smooth flavor with just enough spice.

★★★★★

Makes a really good chai tea latte - especially if you use coconut milk!

This one is just o.k. Not your usual chai. Not sure why fruit (apple/pineapple/coconut) was added to a chai tea. Not sure why 3 mins is suggested on the pouch.

This is a more subtle chai flavor and I love it. I actually use it iced with a splash of milk. It's definitely a unique blend and I would think some would love it and some might not so you just have to try it for yourself.

Love this one also. Another staple in our house. We drink it often. This is a staple in my house

Gingery and peppery chai with coconut perfect for warming body and soul!

★★★★★

I like the white chai and sometimes add a little rooibos to sweeten it up.

★★★★☆

I like this a lot better than the other chai teas that are too strong. This has a lot of lemon though which I do like.

★★★★☆

The chai flavor is there, but you feel like your missing something crucial, and I guess that is due to it being white tea. If you want a caffeine-free Chai, I guess this would be it.

★★★★☆

Beware of the caffeine in this very light-tasting tea. I taste more lemongrass than anything in this one. Naturally very sweet and a little citrusy, has a spicy kick but not overwhelmingly so. Unfortunately, twice as much tea is needed to brew this one properly than with other types. Tasty, but it doesn't go as far.

★★★★☆

Light and fruity. Surprised at the light subtly heat.

★★★★☆

Light sweet spice which lingers on the back of the mouth. Better hot than iced. However, quite pleasant.

This is a wonderful, flavorful light chai perfect for summer sips

I m not really a fan of this one. I m not always a fan of white teas, and I think for me, the light flavor of the white tea does not mesh well with the spice of the chai.
