This was a delightful chai tea. I drank it with just a touch milk or cream to bring out the spices.

I can highly recommend this white tea
Loved the addition of the red peppercorns.
Yummy and delicious tasting.

★★★★★

I absolutely adore this tea! Fruity and light, and just a bit of spice, well balanced and lovely! One of my favorites!

This was a pretty good experience. The flavor reminded me of something, and I still have not been able to put my finger on it. It's more subtle ( i.e., lighter and less hearty) than a masala chai, but it doesn't taste watered down. It was easy drinking, which would make drinking a second or third cup not as overwhelming as a spicier chai.

★★★★★

A lovely chai! It has a sweet and lightly peppery taste that reminds me of the holidays. It's definitely going in my rotation for teas to drink as the weather gets chillier!

★★★★☆

Light and spicy; a gentle alternative to the heavier black-tea based chai's. I'll be adding this one to my holiday season rotation.

★★☆☆☆

Wasn't a fan of this one. I think Chai just isn't my kind of tea.

I did not like this tea at all which is a pity as I love chai teas. I think that the white tea flavors over-power the chai flavors and it doesn’t work for me. Those who like white tea may like this more.

Great flavor - strong but not heavy. Definitely adding this to my standing supply list. Mixed well with the white pear tea. It was good iced but I prefer this one hot.

★★★★☆

A solid chair but heavier on the spices than I tend to like. I prefer more green cardamom and vanilla notes in my chair rather than pepper and cloves. Definitely not complaining much though, it's a solid chair and the nuance of the white tea is good!

★★★★★

Getting closer to finding that Teavana chai replacement!

★★★★★

I love the different spices in this! The white tea does make this a bit light, compared to some other chai black teas I've had, so this may be a good one if you aren't looking for anything too bold.

★★★☆☆

This is a subtle Chai. I like the red peppercorn that creeps in.

This tea became one of my go tos for a more lightly caffeinated tea

Smells better than it tastes. Smells like pumpkin pie, mostly just tastes like ginger and lemongrass.

★★★★★

Very spice forward blend based on aroma alone— the Chai flavor only really hits when you taste it, present but subtle. Used leaves will give you the prettiest smelling compost ever!

★★★★☆

Full disclosure: I have not tried this blend yet and will update this review as soon as I can. However, I know I will most likely enjoy this blend given the ingredients listed. My only concern is that most white teas are too light to fully enjoy all of the flavors. I'm hopeful that I can be proven wrong and that it will earn a full 5 star review from me in the end.

I was disappointed by today's tea! I expected there to be more flavor, especially from the peppercorns, but it all steeped together into a general Tea flavor.

This one is my favorite of the month so far. The smell is amazing and I can taste most of the fruit notes with the peppercorn afterburner. Being low caffeine, this might go in my afternoon tea rotation

Beautiful tea, lasted for more than one steep as well. One of the best chai teas I have had, flavors usually brought out by milk or sugar really shine through without them. Love it.

Update 1/4/25: 3 min @ 160, I enjoyed the citrus taste from the lemongrass and the mild spice. I picked out three cloves, personal preference.
1/6/24: The spice aroma is nice from the dry tea, not too clovey. Lots of ingredients here, mostly lemongrass. 3 min @ 165. A very mild tasting chai which goes well with the delicate white tea. I'd choose this for a more mellow chai experience. Cheers.

This is a very delicate and yet spicy tea with cinnamon sweetness. The pepper corn doesn't kick as much as it can in other teas making for a very smooth and delicious blend.

My favorite tea from Adagio, I've ordered it three times! - it is spicy but also light and aromatic.

Very good, after tasting this I do still prefer the Ayurvedic blend, but I think that's a preference of lemongrass vs no lemongrass.

Delicious! Spicy and fruity, but a lighter spice level than a black tea chai to match the lightness of the white tea. Those fruity additions (lemongrass, pineapple) add a bit of lightness too, and the coconut sort of gives all the different flavors some body, pulls them together. I tasted cinnamon and ginger the most of the spices followed by a bit of pepperiness and a light dose of clove. For me, honey is a must with a cinnamon-y tea, and that brought out those fruity notes a bit, too. Great to have a white tea/lower caff chai option as the weather gets chillier! 3 mins @195º, 2 steeps.

Light but wonderful. A gentle wake up call for those slower mornings that still need a caffeine jumpstart.

★★★★★

Lovely chai. It’s becone a favorite of my family. White tea is high in antioxidants and low in caffeine. I highly recommend if you like chai. And it makes DELICIOUS ICE TEA!

Not a big fan of chai tea but after trying this one in a christmas gift pack I ordered a larger amount. I like this one.

★★★★★

I really enjoy this tea. It’s definitely on my favourite list. It is not overpowering but has distinct notes of clove, cardamon and lemongrass. I added honey.

I grew tired of this one after loving it. I recently had a cup again. It was so interesting and tasty (AND I was so near the end of that sample bag!) that I re-ordered. Good stuff. :)

I really like this one. There's a subtle flavor to it that pairs perfectly with a dab of honey for a little sweetness.

This is a nice sweet and spicy chai. I don't need to add anything to it and it is delicious. I will buy this one again.

This is a really great twist on a traditional chai. It has a slightly peppery aftertaste that is really unique.

I really like the aroma and flavor of this herbal. Warm is the way to go... at least today on this chilly day... couldn't imagine drinking it iced.

★★★★☆

As a softer, low caffeine alternative to the traditional black chai, this white chai offers a good option. It's spicy and smooth, and none of the spices overpowers another even though cinnamon is foremost. The coconut adds a creamy touch and enhances the smoothness of the already smooth white tea. Although all the components of this tea are in balance, the brew feels slightly hollow. The white tea just doesn't have the same body that a black tea does. (3 minutes @ 185F)

This blend is a tea that combines the best of both worlds: the lightness of white tea and the richness of chai spices. This tea has a complex and exotic aroma that tantalized your senses. The ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and red peppercorn add a warm and spicy touch, while the pineapple pieces, coconut, apple pieces, and spice flavor give a sweet and fruity twist. The white tea base provides a smooth and delicate background that balances the whole blend. White chai is delicious and the flavor will surprise you with every sip. It is a tea that will make you say 'wow'!

Absolutely delightful! Not too much spice, to balance the lightness of the white tea.

I am not a huge peppercorn fan for my tea so I think with these small portion sizes in the CT box it all depends on how pepper heavy my sample contains. This wasn’t too bad, nice chai and the white made it interesting, but I did feel like I was eating a peppercorn straight up for some of it.

This is a great tea, it had more flavor and spice than I had expected from a white tea.

I found j enjoyed this more and more as it went on!! Primarily it’s cinnamon and ginger but the coconut is definitely there behind it making it really interesting. I don’t know much about white teas but I liked it a lot. Agree that adding a little sweetener amps up the flavors - I used coconut sugar .

I am a huge fan of chai tea. Before I discovered Adagio, I had no idea how many different chai tea varieties there were. That being said I very much enjoy this white chai. I love that it's low caffeine so I can enjoy chai in the evenings.

I was excited to try this after reading the ingredients, and it exceeded my expectations. I like tea before bed, and the fact this is a low caffeine blend is perfect for a chilly night like tonight. The spice is very subtle, like a tickle, and combined with the cinnamon gives it a flavor profile reminiscent of ginger bread. A opted to not put creamer in it, just a small amount of sugar.

Really nice tea, light with just the right amount of spice. Coconut adds creaminess and lemongrass adds zing, but both are subtle enough not to be overwhelming. This tea comes through like a delightfully light version of Thai Chai. Very enjoyable. I prefer this with soft water to help lift the flavors. Pairs well with white chocolate.

I really like this as a lighter, less caffeinated version of chai tea. The fruit adds a nice touch that makes it perfect for the holidays.

The peppery flavor is delicious! I wish the lemongrass came through a bit more. It’s very balanced as long as it doesn’t overbrew.

This tea is very soothing. If you want a little kick to it, add 1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
