I love this tea, but then I love almost any variety of chai teas. This one is quite unlike its heavy Indian chai cousin. Light, refreshing from the lemongrass, and brisk, it's a favorite during a rainy day.
Creamy coconut and playfully floral lemongrass highlight this succulent chai blend. Let the aroma draw you in...

I basically love anything with coconut. Very jazzed about this tea.
Smells great but taste a little bit off. Tastes like soapy.
Awesome blend. Sweeter and lighter than the masala but just as flavorful, and still has a bit of spice to it. Would make a fine iced tea as well. Be weary when steeping though, it gets harsh pretty quickly.
Very interesting tea. Much sweeter than other chai teas. Brewing i milk is usually enough to compliment its flavor, little need for sugar.
A great tea for those who want a chai for the warmer months. The coconut comes through more in scent than in flavour and the lemongrass comes through more in flavor than in scent. Still, a very nice blend hot and I can't wait to try it iced.
The coconut flavor was much stronger than I anticipated. If you like coconut, go for this one.
Definitely a classic. Spicy, sweet, and a bit tropical.
I was indifferent to this tea at first, but now it's my #1 favorite and my go to breakfast tea. A good solid chai. Hardy teas like chai's make good morning teas, and also helped me quit smoking.
Probably my 2nd favorite chai next to Chocolate Chai. Always a great choice to compliment any Asian meal. :)
We love this one! The coconut adds a great twist to a classic chai. It is fantastic hot or iced--we add some vanilla rooibos to make very authentic tasting Thai iced tea! Brilliant!
My absolute favorite of all the chai. Very flavorful.
I wasn't sure I'd like the lemongrass element of this tea, but it actually works really well with the other flavors. I wish there were a little more coconut flavor, but this is still one of my favorite teas.
I was hoping for a bit more of the coconut and other tropical flavors to push through.
this might be my new favorite Chai, and I love all Chai! It has a great tropical flair to it and smells amazing. I would totally recommend!
Great spicy, peppery taste, almost like Christmas in a cup
It was very mild for a chai. It was delicious but I was disappointed because I was expecting a more 'in your face' chai flavor.
My favorite chai that Adagio offers. Buy in bulk! :)
This is one of my favorites with a bit of coconut creamer added to it.
The lemon flavor really comes shines thru. Lovely smell too.
Not really a favorite for us. This was our first tea with coconut, and I think we like our coconut in creamy form better.
Quite tasty. though my usual method of dumping a spoonful or two into glass and adding water of appropriate(ish) temperature was foiled by the amount of floating material that never sees fit to sink.
I was expecting a lot more of the chai punch. It did deliver on the coconutty creaminess and slight tinge of lemongrass though. I think I may just brew this alongside a strong chai to get good flavor along with the thai elements.
This was good for the tea flavor that it is, I'm trying to break out of my black tea comfort zone and went for this as a sample. It definitely reminds me of the thai chai you get at restaurants! Very spicy.
I found it way too coconut tasting. It was like drinking a cup of Mounds without any of the chocolate flavor. If you're really looking for a coconut tea though, this one is for you.
Love this tropical chai, perfect balance of spicy and sweet. I add a little sugar and milk because that's how chai is traditionally served.
Heavy with lemongrass and coconut, this tea resembles a cup of tom yum soup. warm and exotic. Add cream and sugar, and it's wonderful.
The coconut and lemongrass are the prominent flavors with the spices giving the tea a nice mild heat.
This is one of my favorite wake-me-up teas. The coconut is so sweet and so fragrant!
Very mild spice flavor without the clove in it and the coconut standing out whenever you open the tea. Once steeped, the ginger replaces the coconut for the main scent. Luckily, the cinnamon doesn't stand out at all and just gives a mild after taste. The coconut makes the chai turn into a very smooth tea.
Love this one. Will definitely be ordering a full sized bag soon.
Made Thai Iced Tea, with some milk and honey and it was great!
A lovely twist on the usual chai. A gently spicy coconut blend that feels familiar and cozy and warm. Great for a warm spring afternoon like today.
This tea tastes amazing and smells fabulous! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who's a fan of chai tea!
I hate to say this, but I just do not care for this tea. I am on my second and last cup. It's not necessarily bad, but I have much better tea I would rather be drinking right now.
Reminds me of a Thai place from back home...so good!
It has a nice rich aroma to it! The smell is sharp but not offending in the least. It tastes of cinnamon with a lemony aftertaste. I enjoy the spicy kick that it has to it, which makes it pleasing to the pallet.
Smells absolutely divine, wish it were a little bit spicier.
Typically I love chai, but this one isn't one of my favorites. The coconut is a nice addition, but the lemongrass throws it off for me. That's something that would go better with a lighter flavored tea in my opinion. My wife loves it though so maybe it's just me.
This is an amazing tea. The name seems a bit misleading, however. You will be drinking essentially a cup of lemongrass with a little coconut and a little teensy bit of actual tea.
I find it is EXTREMELY gentle on the stomach and has similar anti-nausea properties to tisanes brewed with herbs such as rosemary. Also I can drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, and my stomach is quite sensitive.
A note re: the sample - I have had four bags of this tea, and oddly the small sample that came with my chai sampler was *completely different* from the other three bags. The flavor was predominantly black pepper. I don't know if this was the dregs of a batch not mixed in, or what?
Very subtle flavors but once you add bit of brown sugar and cream you can taste all the spice. Wonderful tea!
Tastes amazing with milk and sugar but I would like to try skim milk sometime.
Slowly it seems all of the chai's are amazing. especially this blend
I received this free sampler and was expecting to not like Thai Chai, but I found that the various flavors (coconut, cinnamon, etc.) balanced well and the flavors I was worried about (ginger, lemon grass, etc.) did not overwhelming the taste. Overall, I found this tea spicy and pleasant.
Good all-around chai. Good blend of flavors. Good straight or with steamed milk.
I am not a big fan of coconut but to my surprise I loved this tea, I started with the sample pack then had to order more of this very tasty chai tea.
Thai chai is a very mild chai tea. I shared this with my sister in law who also enjoyed it!
Love how subtle the spice in this is. I prefer Chai that isn't too spicy. Has a great taste and smells nice.
sooooo flavorful. perfect blend of chai flavors dance on your tongue. I think this is one of my fav's :)
I love chais, and I love Thai iced tea, so when I first got this sample I was expecting something closer to a Thai tea. I was wrong, but in a good way. This tea is awesome. It's lemony and fragrant, and has this incredibly complex flavor without being overwhelming at all. It's a really easy and pleasurable tea to drink. The only con for me is that the flavor lingers inside of my teapot and on my strainer for the duration of my next steep. .) So I always have to make something that will benefit from a little hint of lemon.
