I've only made one cup of this and I think I didn't use enough. I liked the flavor but it wasn't as strong as I expect from a chai. Next time I'll put a larger teaspoonful in the cup. I love to drink chai in the morning and I've been trying different chai teas recently.
I liked the flavor and everything, but it felt like I could've put more in it. This is very possibly because I didn't put ENOUGH tea into it. This is just where making it a sample was a mistake. It will be an excellent tea for the fall!
It's warm, like the sort of warm you're searching for on a fall day. The spice and apple wrap around you, leaving you in a good, happy place.

It's got a good taste to it, a little weaker than the smell would lead you to believe, but it's good. Tastes like warm apple cider with just a bit of the bite of the black tea.

This is about as spiced, cinnamon apple tasting as you can get! Absolutely delicious. The clove and cinnamon combine in a way that rule out the cardamom and ginger of the chai, but that works well with the sweetness of the apple. It's not too spicy, not too sharp, and not too tart, but has a crisp after taste and mouth feel that reminds you of its fresh, appley goodness.
I ended up taking a huge risk with this tea. I ordered a pound without trying it first. I am very happy with this tea! It tastes amazing and is perfect for the fall season.
I've tried this one through a friend and this really minds me of hot apple cider. Nice treat for the fall.
Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! It's fall again, which means it's time to add apple and pumpkin flavors to everything! This spiced apple chai is definitely something you'll want to be sipping on this fall. I haven't been a big fan of chai teas in the past, but I might have to reevaluate that stance after having this tea.
Good for the incoming chilling fall weather coming up. The apple flavor is pretty good but I do wish that there was a little more spice to the tea because right now it is a little to lightly spiced. Maybe more cinnamon? Overall though I would recommend this to others.
This is a good, relaxing tea, especially for Autumn :) However... the taste does not live up to the smell, in my opinion. The dry tea leaves as well as the brewed tea smell heavenly and reminded me a lot of apple cider. However, when I tasted the tea I felt myself feeling a little disappointed. The tea has great potential, but neither the spice nor the apple flavor was strong enough in the tea for my taste. I enjoyed the tea more and more as I drank it, but the flavor really didn't live up to the smell which was terribly disappointing.
I really like this. I'm already a fan of chai, for me it just is a matter of finding that right mix of soy milk, sugar, and tea itself. Once I found that, it was a great cup of tea.

A bit clumsier than masala chai, not as bewildering as thai chai. We'll use it on the occasional saturday morning.
I wish this had a bit more spice to it - as it is, it's not bad, but ideally this would have more of a kick, like hot spiced cider. A little too mild for my tastes, in terms of chai, but it does have a nice apple flavor, and I do like it a lot better than the rooibos cinnamon apple, which is also an apple/spice-ish tea.
Smells delicious, but doesn't live up to it. No taste of apples, and I found something in the mix of spices to have a really bitter aftertaste.
One of my favorite Chai teas! Goes great with sushi and other Thai/Asian based meals. Also reminds me of apple cider, perfect tea for Autumn. :)

The spiced apple chai has grown to be my favorite chai on Adagio Teas. I love this chai so much I went and searched for a fandom blend with spiced apple chai in it. Jessica T's August, is what I found with spiced apple chai as its main ingredient. If you haven't tried August, I highly recommended it.

I love chai and this one is my favorite of all of Adagio's chai options. It is pretty good, but I've tasted other chai's with greater complexity. Make sure to use the recommended 2 tsp per cup or it will be weak. I think the recommended 212 degrees is too hot resulting in a bitterness which overpowers the spice. I aim for 200 degrees.
As a stand alone tea, I found this tea to be one of the more bitter varieties that I've found, but the bite was pleasant, like a chilly gust in September. I am looking forward to mixing it with hot cider and milk for when I walk my dog this season. A strong tea that is not for light drinking, I think it would go well with meals or long walks, when you can take large swigs.
Ok, I will admit that the aroma frightened me at first. The strong cinnamon scent had me thinking this tea was going to be all cinnamon spice. I do not like cinnamon alone.
When I tried the Spice Apple Chai tea, all of my fears subsided. This is great. It is better than the Chocolate Chai, which I really like. I made the Spice Apple Chai as a latte. It was incredible.

Smells wonderful, right off the bat. The apple flavor isn't as strong as the scent of it suggests, but I think adding a bit of the black apple tea would help. Not as strong of a spicy chai flavor as the other chai options, which I like. Will definitely be a regular in my rotation.
My first thought was 'apple cider!' which made this an instant hit with me because, yum. I only used 1 tsp per cup for mine and it honestly came out just fine. Not quite as much punch as some other chai flavors, but that can be amended by adding milk and/or honey. I like it as is :)

At the same time, alone it doesn't brew nearly enough for me, but I knew that about chais in advance. I bought the 2 oz sample size and truly was able to brew 20 oz with the ENTIRE pouch.

Just the right amount of spice and a very pronounced apple flavor. This would be great with some cider added (alcoholic optional). Definitely needs to be drank hot though as it gets kind of weird as it cools.

Absolutely wonderful. it reminded me a bit of drinking apple cinder!
i just received this sample in the mail today, and i must say, it did not disappoint. opening the package instantaneously brought me back to christmas time. scents of apple cider and cinnamon had me drooling at first sniff. upon steeping the tea, the cinnamon grew a bit stronger in both smell and taste. the chai part of the tea was great, but the apple had diminished. though normally i drink tea without anything, i decided to use a bit of honey, for experiment's sake. the addition actually brought out the apple flavour. overall, a great tea! especially for holidays or cold nights.
The scent was less bold than I had expected, but as soon as I brewed it and added some cinnamon and apple pieces, I could smell the flavor clearly. I then added some creamer, which brought out the taste and made it taste like a spiced apple cider. A wonderful, warming tea that reminds me of the holidays.

This tea is just what I've been missing! Chai teas have always been a favorite of mine, but this chai has that extra tartness and spice that is perfect for autumn (or a cool day inside in the summer with a book!) I got this tea as an extra sample, and I'm so glad the spiced apple chai was what I chose!

Very appley and spicey like a good chai. Having it with milk and honey, how I usually have my chai. I want to try this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top like I like to take hot apple cider.
If you want a tea that taste of pure Autumn, this is just right for you. Strong apple and spice flavor. Missing some of the richness of the chai, but a great tea none-the-less.
