This tea is amazing! All of the different spices come together to make this a very warming cup. With 2tsp of rock sugar added, it becomes a sweet & spicy experience that my mother and I enjoy again and again. It's definitely our favorite.
Update: After ordering a 16oz bag (the one before was a 3oz), Mom and I have both noticed a difference in the flavor... It's almost like it has a hint of black pepper in it, which isn't the best as it masks the vanilla flavor and stings the throat a little. It's a little overwhelming. Not sure why this happened, even after I gave the bag a good shake.
I am already a chai lover, and this is definitely one of my favorites that I’ve ever tried. Made it as a latte and it was even better!
Wonderful. Smooth and rich, just what I want in a Chai, and if caffeine isn't necessary or wanted, I'll take this anytime. I don't know where this has been hiding my whole life. If rooibos isn't your line, this might not be for you, but I love it, and I think it pairs exceptionally well with the vanilla and chai spices. I actually think that the Adagio's vanilla is often overpowering or artificial-tasting, but the rooibos and chai spices here are strong enough on their own account that the vanilla blends well.
I liked how not overly cinnamony this was. I also enjoyed the vanilla element to this tea though I think I need more of that baker's vanilla quality to this (easy personal fix there). Overally, this blend is solid and I can see why it's a good blending tea too.

This is a smooth, enjoyable tea. The vanilla flavor is not very pronounced, but it works in harmony with the rooibos. I enjoy sipping it before bed. Vanilla essence seems to calm me down for a good night's sleep.

A perfect vanilla chai tea, it taste just like those you buy in a coffee shop but without having to leave the house! I use almond milk and have enjoyed it both iced and hot.
The Rooibos Vanilla Chai is an evening favorite at my house. My mom and my mother-in-law even ask for it specifically when they come over! The smell is very homey. The tea itself is lovely on its own. For an extra treat, I sometimes add a tiny bit of cream and a little vanilla sugar.
Caffeine is not my friend late in the day, so this tea with a little honey is a delicious treat to curl up with at night.

Sometimes you want vanilla chai and to still be able to sleep if you drink it past 6. I mixed mine with some oat milk. It’s a perfect bedtime aperitif. *googles aperitif to see if I used it correctly * Eh, close enough.

This is a nice calm chai. A little less spice, but still flavorful. I like having a caffeine-free chai for afternoons.
My favorite Chai tea, so flavorful and aromatic. I always drink this in my office. Whenever I have visitors they always comment on the nice smell in my office, it is from this tea! Can never be without it. Rich rooibos taste with wonderful aroma from the spices, without being super spicy, as some Chai can be. Rich and flavorful.
Lovely chai. It is more light and delicate with just a bit of spice. I enjoyed the vanilla flavor in it.

The chai spices go a long way to deepen the flavors of the rooibos, and the vanilla smooths them all together. Delicious.
Great Rooibos blend. Not too sweet. Can barely taste the Rooibos.
If you like rooibos and chai, you’ll like this tea. However, I am not a rooibos fan. Unaltered it’s overwhelming rooibos. With the addition of heavy cream and sweetener it becomes drinkable. After which the ginger and clove become more pronounced, but the vanilla is so subtle I can’t really taste it. It’s a meh tea for me but others may like it.
If you love Chai tea, you'll like this one for sure. The spices are strong and the vanilla makes it smoother cup of tea. For those that are unsure because it contains rooibos, you can't taste it. It's all about the spices.

As someone with a historic aversion to rooibos, I was blown away by this blend. Super sweet vanilla and cinnamon flavors are livened up with a punch of rooibos and ginger! Clove is subtle and perfectly balanced. I loved this tea - rooibos might be taking a spot on my favorites list soon!
This is one of the very few red roobios teas I like. The chai spices hid the roobios flavor. I love chai and the cardamom was the most noticeable spice to me.

This was really yummy! I mixed it with coffee, as I do, and it gave my brew an enjoyable gingery-spice kick!
I'm having trouble finding the sweet spot with this one. If I steep it long enough to get past the rooibos, it's too long for the cloves. If I steep it for the spices, there's way too much rooibos taste for me. It's probably a lovely chai if you like rooibos.
The flavor combination in this tea appears well balanced, although I agree with other reviews that it is light on the rooibos. As I started brewing the rooibos I could tell that it was weak from the color, so I mixed in some extra rooibos from a similar blend that I have a large bag of. Indulged with the CommuniTea on 12/15/2022.

This is a very pleasant rooibos tea. The vanilla and chai spices hide the wet cardboard scent and flavor that red rooibos has (to me). Very enjoyable!
I don’t love rooibos, but I love chai. This was well done! The chai spices were sweetened by the vanilla and the rooibos was I detected in my cup. Great option for an evening nightcap of warming spices. Sip, sip away!
The vanilla flavor was overwhelming in this one.
This was an interesting mix. I had very little rooibos in the packet but I again won the clove lottery (I had 4!). There was cinnamon bark but not enough to outweigh the clove taste. I’m afraid the vanilla was totally lost in my sample. It was an okay spice mix but not one I’m adding to my list.
The only spice I really get is ginger and a bit of ginger. I don't like rooibos or chai so this was going to be a battle. I added oatmilk and maple syrup and was happy to drink this with no caffeine in the afternoon.
Rooibos vanilla chai is a delightfully sweet and spicy blend.
Not a fan of red rooibos but the chai spices outshine it here. I get plenty of cinnamon and clove with rooibos sweetness and tobacco on the finish. Not my first choice for chai teas but I will finish the cup.
