Delightful chai to start the work day with. Will add this to my rotation.

Lovely and calm tea to start the day with or sit and study. Usually my choice if I’d like a cup of something soothing but don’t want to be put to sleep. Well balanced flavor.

A nice midday or after work pick me up. The mint and green already work well together, and the addition of chai flavors blends well for a smooth drinking chai.

4.5 stars from me so rounding up. This is a tea I always mean to drink more often because every time I do, I enjoy it. There are so many competing options though! I never would have put these ingredients together, but it's lovely. I've found I also enjoy candy cane chips as home accents. :)

This is also on my top 5 fave tea list and I ordered multiple times. Deff give it a try on your next order

★★★★★

Very tasty - a wonderful blend of spice and mint. Eye opener in the morning or a needed refresh in the afternoon to make it through the rest of the day.

I have not tried this tea hot but will do so and update my review. I cold brewed this tea and it disappeared quickly. It is a refreshing minty spicy summer cooler. Hubby and I love it.

I tried this tea hot today, and it is fantastic. I get annoying coughs from time to time and it not only stopped my cough but left me feeling relaxed and able to breathe better. I love this tea, hot or cold.

I really enjoy the freshness the mint adds to the Chai.

One of the most beautiful cups of tea in awhile!! In the package you're greeted with beautifully pungent spearmint with gentle spices behind it. Once steeped, the spearmint is lessened and the hojicha comes out more. The spearmint becomes quite gentle and the spices are not strong or spicy like a traditional chai. This is a wonderfully and surprisingly delicate tea that is perfect for after dinner or before bed.

This might be my fav mint offering from Adagio. The mint was forward but balanced so that it wasn't too cool or icy. Made for a nice cup.

★★★★☆

This is really fun. I've never had a chain with mint and this taste delicious. The mint is a bit strong so the other flavors get a little outshone but otherwise a nice cup of tea

I was pleasantly surprised by this tea! With two distinct flavors as chai and mint, I was worried that they'd overcompete, but I found that they blended rather nicely. This is a nice one for me to enjoy in the early afternoon at work when I need a bit of a pick-me-up, but don't wanna overdo the caffeine.

interesting flavor - blend of mind cooling spearmint and heartwarming spices

★★★★☆

If you like peppermint but are tired of plain mint, this is the tea for you. With a slight spicy twist, it blends the best of both worlds

This was ok, but not very clean. I don’t think the flavors blended well together.

Funky flavor combo that works, still can't fully decide what I think of this tea but I drank all of it.

★★★★★

Sooo tasty, super spice and refreshing! I wish a decade version of this was available, I'd be drinking it alllllll the time. I bet it'll be great iced, too.

★★★★☆

Balanced flavor. Mint is present doesn't overpower chai spices, which are also understated. I typically drink this in the morning and don't want super-strong flavors.

★★★☆☆

It reads as a slightly peppery mint green tea. It’s quite mild.

This is a lovely, meditative tea - I love all the herbal elements. It is soothing and gentle with enough spice to keep it interesting.

★★★☆☆

If you like trying new things for the sake of variety, this is interesting enough to be worth a sample, though after a few cups I found it to be a bit too busy for my taste.

It tastes like mint tea but with a spicy kick. Mint and pepper is a strange and aggressive combination, hot and cool at the same time, but it's an enjoyable strangeness.

★★★★☆

It tastes how you may expect— like a spicy-ish spearmint. If you like a chai and spearmint this tea is for you.

★★★★★

This was a delicious mint tea. It had just the right amont of chai spices so that it did not overpower the mint flavor.

★★★★★

A pleasant surprise. Nice mint and spice blend. I had a cup last night a d had no trouble falling asleep.

Very good tea, this is my first time drinking it. The mint goes well with the green tea, and I used two spoonfuls in my steeper to give it a fuller flavor.

★★★★★

I love mint and chai, and this is a perfect combination. My taste buds are screaming more, more! Nice tea to drink with a good book.

★★★★★

I was looking for a mint chai to replace a favorite tea of mine from a different company that had gotten a bit too pricy. This hit it out the park. Minty and peppery.I really enjoyed it.

Pretty clever combining hojicha and spearmint, and also pretty delicious! The deep roasted flavor of the hojicha pairs splendidly with mint. Throw cinnamon and cardamom into the mix for extra refreshment.
Wow, this is yummy! This is on my rotation list from here on out!

I can appreciate this one and it’s cozy and unique. It’s strictly a winter tea for me.

Nice and minty, could use with a tad bit more spice (had it hot, would probably try it iced if I tried again)

July 24: still delicious and unique

this might be the perfect 'summer into fall' tea! I'm trying it for the first time on the end of a long travel day from the family vacation back to home, and unpacking. the mint says 'august' and the chai says 'september' and I needed a pick me up without too much caffeine as it's already 6PM. this flavor combination shouldn't? work? and Ithe scent is slightly 'health food store in the rainy woods where someone just smoked a joint' ... I'm not sure I'd order but it is really hitting the spot right no.

Sadly, I’m more of a meh opinion on this one. The strength of the mint is good, but I’m really not getting a lot of chai. I did this following the steeping and temperature directions. I hear it is good cold brewed so I may like it more that way!

I was hesitant as the packet was a bit too reminiscent of toothpaste aroma as a dry blend. However, once brewed, it’s got a little kick to it and is refreshing.

UPDATED: I really like this cold-steeped! I get the sensation of having spearmint gum in my mouth, with a little extra somethin'-somethin' from the chai spices. Added no dairy or sweetener and it's totally enjoyable as-is.

Original review 8/31/23: It's a confusing blend, at least to my brain, but I enjoyed it. The mint was very nice and canceled out anything I would normally hate about hojicha. The chai spices weren't overwhelming, but noticeable enough. Steeped 3 min @ 190º.

Mostly tastes minty to me with a hint of chai notes. I liked that the green tea wasn't super grassy.

This tea confused me, I like all of the flavors in it. I could taste all the elements but maybe too strong. It was not an easy drinker for me.

This is a chai for someone who is either new to chai teas or is not a not a huge fan. The chai flavor is mild. The mint is a nice addition. I added the same amount of sweetener that I usually add to teas but this is actually better with little to no sweetener. My favorite way to drink this tea is as an iced latte.

I let this tea sit too long and had it cold in the end. 😂 It smells as it promises, a chai with mint. And the taste is a mild chai with a hint of mint as well. It's a decent tea that I'd enjoy when offered, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to buy it.

Personally, I just felt like it was an odd flavor combination. Spearmint is a very bold flavor that tends to be cooler and I felt like it did not mesh well with the natural warmth of hojicha

Tastes good but the chai could be a lot stronger. Mainly a mint tea

Very refreshing blend that is great any time of day. Also makes an excellent cold brew. Mint is well balance and doesn’t overwhelm the other flavors of the blend.

★★★☆☆

I love Chai and enjoy Reindeer Fuel so I was hoping this would agree with my taste buds in one way or another. Unfortunately it does not and I believe it's probably because this ultimately is a green tea and I heavily favor black teas. It is a decent green tea, but there is just too much grass flavor for me to enjoy it.

★★★★★

A wonderful blend for hot and also poured over ice. I am very picky with mint flavor teas yet this one speaks to me often and I can’t seem to get enough! Cardamom and mint go so well together, like a marriage made in heaven.

What a delightful blend! This blend will awake your senses and soothe your soul. The hojicha tea has a nutty and smoky aroma, adding depth and richness to the brew. The spearmint leaves provide a burst of freshness and a cooling sensation, while the ginger adds a spicy kick. The cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and fennel add a sweet and fragrant warmth and the black peppercorn adds a touch of heat, rounding out the flavor of the blend. Mindful mint chai is masterful.

This tea is a great mix of all my favorite flavors, and I love that it is a green tea base. It's so good on its own without any sweetener. It has wonderfully balanced spicy and minty notes.

★★★★★

Omg so good! Minty, spicy, complex. This tea is everything I'd hoped it would be and more. Definitely refreshing and comforting.

★★★★★

The first thing that I do when I get my teas is to smell them, and I knew this was the first one I wanted to try. It's wonderful. The mint mingles with the chai in such a nice way. Neither flavor overpowers the other.

★★★☆☆

It's good and it's chai but I feel like no flavor profile..minty or chai...really punched through for me.
