Fabulous chai! Great with a bit of sweetener (truvia for me) and a splash of milk.
My favorite of all the chai's. A bit heavy on the cinnamon.
This tea tasted terrible on it's own. It was bland (and I was generous with proportions), and almost tasted like the tea flavor and water flavor didn't mix well (like mixing nutmeg powder with hot water).
It was better when I made a pseudo-latte. Hence, this is good an an ingredient in other drinks/blends, but on it's own is nowhere near enjoyable.
A mild, warming Chai that uses (primarily) Ceylon, not Assam tea. Perfect for that cold, overcast mid to late winter morning (or afternoon). Here`s how I make it: Blend one part whole milk, one part filtered water in the appropriately sized pot. Add (stir in) 2 heaping teaspoons tea (per liquid cup). SLOWLY bring the mix to a steady (just shy of rolling) boil. Transfer to your ingenuiTEA (or similar). Let sit (brew) for 6 to 8 minutes. Strain and sweeten with a good quality honey to personal preference. Mild astringency with pleasing (and lasting) citrus overtones. 5 stars. (Though I can`t help but wonder what this might taste like with, say, a 50/50 mix of Ceylon and Assam.)

I enjoyed this tea. It is quite refreshing, albeit not what I expected. Honestly, this is the first chai tea I've tried (I generally stick to green, white, black, oolong, etc), however this is what I noticed. Upon opening the bag, I was struck by, surprisingly, the smell of orange candy. The soft, gelatinous kind, perhaps laced with cinnamon. The brewed leaves smell different, howver
I am confused, as the package lists a different brew time than the website. Also, it takes so much tea to brew a pot, that it does not last very long.
This tea is great during the winter time. The spices remind me of Christmas and Madrigal dinners.
Good steeped as directed, but I would like to try steeping in hot milk to balance the peppery flavor.
Two teaspoons for a cup makes this classic standby very flavorful. I have tried adding milk, but it adds an unpleasant flavor, in my opinion, and counteracts the spices naturally found in the tea. Though I'm far from a purist, I do tend to sweeten my cup with some stevia.
This tea is a wonderful compliment to a tea time with friends!
This is good and very similar to the masala chai at our local Indian restaurant.
Just received this sample along with my new UtiliTea kettle and had to try it out. Very good mix of spices. This falls into the 'mild' spicy category for me (prefer it kicked up a bit more, but tasty. Will try varying the steeping times etc
Forget about the coffee stand chai made from overly sweet syrup, this is the real deal.
The spices were fresh and well balanced, I've never had a cup to it's equal. Shared it with a friend who doesn't like chai's, she loved the aroma and flavor.

This tea is best enjoyed by placing the appropriate amount of tea in an IngenuiTEA along with a 50% milk (2% or whole milk is best)/50% water solution and microwaving it until it just about boils. Let everything steep for an additional 5-10 minutes and add the amount of sugar you desire.
This tea didn't disappoint, and I tried it a day after having a homemade chai-type tea from my India-native coworker. The smell is incredible, and with a little cream and sugar, it makes for a very, very satisfying cup of tea.
Delicious. This chai is nicely spiced with a great flavor. Unlike so many other chai tea mixtures out there, this one doesn't make you feel like you're drowning in a sea of vanilla. It makes a warm, spicy, energizing cup. Brew it for 5 minutes with hot milk for a really nice treat. I'm sad I ran out!
This is always a favorite of guests and is by far the most requested when I make tea. A superb spiced tea!
A good chai on its own, not bitter or over 'spiced' in my opinion. I was wary of the amount of clove in the mix but it turned out nice. Steep for recommended time. I drink only straight no cream or sweetener, so can't comment if it's good as a latte.

I love chai tea, and I was not disappointed in this version at all. It could be a bit spicier, but overall a good chai.
I was surprised last week when I peeked in my Masala Chai bag and realized that I only had about two servings left. This is nice if you want something warm and spiced. It also works well with cream and sugar, but I prefer it alone.
Delightful flavors. The ginger and cinnamon are strong, but not at all overwhelming. I used low fat condensed milk instead of adding milk and sweetener... This made for an awesome experience!

I usually make my own chai tea, but this is an actual tea (not instant) with no sugar added, so I decided to give it a try. It has a wonderful spicy taste with just a hint of natural sweetness. So simple compared with mixing my own spices to add.
This tea tastes very strong if no milk or sugar is added, but once they are, it is very delicious. I would definitely recommend this tea to anyone who likes stronger black teas.

This is a pretty good chai. I wouldn't say I am a big chai fan (when I make it anyway), but this is very aromatic and tasty. Defiantly recommend to those who have never tried. A tea that goes very good milk milk and sweetener.
I was worried that it would taste very intense, as the smell is very potent. It was a lot more smooth than I expected. The cloves are definitely the star of this cup, but I liked it. I used warm milk.

Really good flavor, but it was almost too strong for me. I liked to mix it with a mate tea to balance it out.
Not nearly as good as several of the other chai. The spices are overwhelming and ruin your pallet. Not smooth at all. If you brew this, you better cut it with another chai and don't brew for the full time.
Just spicey enough. Try adding some packaged tea masala for a really great kick. great on cold days.
This was a good tea, but not fantastic. I think that I prefer the straight black teas.

This is a very nicely spiced tea - it's fun to enjoy slowly and try to pick out the different flavor notes in it. It also looks and smells very impressive - I'll be putting some in clear jars and gifting it this season.

Mmm. This outclasses my previous favorite chai blend, Tazo's loose chai, which this is similar to except better. Chai is all about the spices and this does it right for me, mainly by using cardamom seeds instead of pods. Cardamom may stay freshest in its pod but water can't get into said pod either.
Probably my favorite of the chai teas I've tried from Adagio.
I love, love, love the spice in this tea! It's a great way to unwind at the end of a stressful day. It also gets the blood flowing. I'm definitely buying more of this!
