It's a very good chai, but drier than I usually drink. The cloves and cinnamon nearly bury the cardamom in the cup I've had so far. But it's a wonderful blend of spices on top of the typical chai.
I had a Masala chai on vacation and have been looking for the exact same blend of spices ever since. I came across this one, gave it a try and I’ll never get tea anywhere else now! I absolutely love this chai.
Mixed this with the Raja Oolong Chai to try and replicate my long gone teavana blend. Overall it got pretty close, so I'm a happy camper.
Delicate and yet strong - delicious! We can definitely taste all the different spices.
So I really really thought I was going to love this. And it wasn t terrible. But the spice overtook the tea and the tea itself was a little more bitter than I like. I don t think it s bad tea but just a preference. If you like super spicey and clovey, I recommend it.
This is very good brewed as is. But I really enjoyed it with a bit of oakmilk.

This is the best loose leaf chai tea I've ever had. I usually brew is string with miniature.water and then add steamed milk. Makes a better chai latte than you can get almost a anywhere. Sweeten lightly with honey and drink hot or cold. Fabulous!

A classic and authentic masala chai blend. Was quite good but not as good as the one from Vadham. I would have preferred the black tea itself to be a little better quality.

I enjoy this as my favorite winter spiced tea. Although South Asian restaurants serve it boiled in milk, I prefer it brewed in water and sweetened. As a caffeinated tea, I consume it before 2:00 p.m. for a delightful jolt.
Very clove forward. You have to like the flavor of clove. It's almost overpowering, but not unpleasant.

I love this one, brewed, them chilled. Add a splash of milk and sweetener of your choice, and enjoy over ice!
Nice spicy tea blend. Has a holiday feel. Sometimes I have it with milk, sometimes not. Either way it's a full bodied tea that is a pleasure to drink.

Used to Love Teavana Chai but I won't buy from them any more. This is just as good or better. The reason for only 4 stars is because it comes in plastic tea bags. Don't these ppl know everyone is tired of eating/drinking plastic micro-pieces ?

This is a very delicious tea! You can definitely taste the sweet notes including cinnamon, and sweet spices. I have been looking for a chai tea to replace the Majara Chai from Teavana and this is very close!
I could drink this all day long! It has the right level of spice and flavor! Add a splash of cream and you got yourself a great way to wake up in the morning!

This chai has a nicely balanced spicy flavor, a pleasant 'weight' on the palate, and just the right acidity for me. I like strong flavors, so this tea tastes just right with minimal sweetener and a good squeeze of lemon.

My favorite tea to date. Used to only drink fruity tea but now I am obsessed wit spiced tea. Great balance of spices but not a super intense flavor. Could drink it all day long I let my steep longer for a more stinger intense taste.
I tried some masala chai at a restaurant and was saddened when they said I couldn't get a refill. Came on here to buy my own and this is just as good, if not better than what I had. The aroma when brewing is warm and wonderful. This is a great tea for any occasion. Will be buying more as soon as I can.
A chai with great, strong, flavor. I personally find the black tea to be a bit harsh on its own, especially when steeped as long as a chai typically requests, so I like this one better with a bit of milk than without.
Perfect classic chai flavor. Strong and warm and very satisfying to drink on a cold day. Great replacement for coffee at work.
I had high expectations of complex Indian spices and just got very heavy-handed clove flavor which overpowered everything else. Didn't finish my first cup.
Tastes like a very high quality, traditional chai. I steep for 7.5 minutes, longer and it can be too strong.

A perfect masala chai! Ever since my trip to India, I have been on a search for the intoxicating teas I had there. This one hits the mark, perfect balance of spices - none overpowering the other. It will definitely be a staple in my tea collection.

A very well balanced and flavorful chai. It's one of our favorites! I have occasionally added a slice of fresh ginger to the pot as well, especially in the winter months. But it is one tea we make sure to always have on hand.
exactly what I expected from a chai, its spicy and well balanced,quite flavorful and delicious with a splash of cashew or almond milk or alone
This tea is so close to perfect. The only thing bad about this tea is how much leaves you need to use to brew a cup. 2 teaspoons/cup really adds up!
A good chai. Not sure if I would buy it again because there are ones I prefer more, but enjoyed what I had.
Not terrible but not great, I like flavorful teas and this one doesn't have much flavor in my opinion, it was better with some sugar or maybe some cream (didn't try that yet) but I don't like to add sugar to my tea

This tea is comforting to me. It reminds me of my grandmother who always had cloves on her. It s not too overpowering with cloves but they are definitely there.
