Another favorite that we continue to buy. Needs more steeping time to bring out the flavor—6-8 minutes.
'Masala' means 'blend of spices' and 'chai' is simply 'tea.' Inviting fragrance, invigorating flavor, warm finish.

Chai tea was one of the first teas I ever tried and it has always been my favorite. While this tea is really good, I wish the spices were a bit stronger.
A super comforting favorite, just perfect! Really lovely on cold mornings.
A very good yet strong chai tea! The pumpkin chai is still my favorite, but this one is definitely packed with chai flavor and Indian spices.
A great chai tea, but I feel it could use a little more spice?
we make it when we get curry carry-out and it s the perfect beverage.
Solid Masala. Exactly what I wanted. Delicious, so good.
LOVE IT! Not too strong nor is it so weak that the chai flavor goes unnoticed.
this one i will keep on hand as it has a smooth flavor and is a great follow up to my morning coffee
If you like chai you should like this Masala Chai.
My favorite Chai. So fresh and flavorful. I drink this in the morning and afternoon.
Very interesting smell when i opened the package,
Wonderful, warm and spicy. This tea has a more chocolaty flavor. v
Excellent hot tea! Added a bit of milk and it was so smooth and creamy!
The flavor profile is incredible! Would definitely recommend!
One of my favorites (so far). Although there does seem to be quite a bit of cinnamon in it— which can turn some people off, I love it even more for it.
I had it plain, with a few dashes of milk, and frothed milk. I can say that frothed milk with this chai was the most satisfying.
I was able to get 3 steeps out of this.
I like the Masala version of chai since it has a bold blend of spices without it seeming they threw in everything but the kitchen sink! For my personal taste I’d prefer less cardamom but will still prefer this blend over the tamer versions of bagged teas found elsewhere.
Way too much ginger for me personally. The ginger overpowers all the other spices, which yields a very different cup from what a masala chai should taste like.
I love this tea so much.
Very good chai tea. Very flavorful. My husband and I both love it. If you are a fan of chai, give this one a try!
This is a good blend, but just a bit too strong on the spices for me. I recommend adding honey and cream to the tea. Perfectly drinkable, but not my go-to.
Adagio suggests brewing this tea for 7 — 10 minutes at 212 degrees, and I personally brew the whole 10 minutes usually, but 7 minutes is also delicious. Strong cinnamon-ginger spice, but not overwhelmingly either one.
Excellent flavor. I do add a teaspoon of ground ginger to my cup, and it tastes delicious and warming.
Love it! It has enough flavor that I would never return to any that I can find in tea bags, but is not overpowering.
A lovely spicy tea. I steep mine in 1/2 mug of hot water and then add 1/2 mug hot milk or several teaspoons of dry milk. Makes it like an Indian milk tea.
My favorite chai to this day, the spice blend is complex and offers deep levels of flavors. I add a little sugar to mine but it is delicious
A very nice Chai, if a little, hm, rough feeling. There are other blends I ve enjoyed more, but this is a decent one. I enjoy the Thai Chai variation better.
I will admit, I'm partial to chai teas. However, this is one of my favorite chai teas. It tastes wonderful, plain or with a hint of sugar/sweetener and milk. It's also one of the few teas I enjoy both hot and cold. I have a cold brew I keep in the fridge when I'm low on time but need a little caffeine. When I want to take my time with it, I make it fresh and hot. This is such a versatile tea.
This tea is such a beautiful blend of spice and warmth. It surprised me how good it is iced too!
It smelled like potpourri when I first opened it. Which threw me off but after I brewed myself a cup I thought it was delightful.
A smoother chai than the others I have in the cabinet. Yet still strong and flavorful. Great with just a touch of honey to bring out the details of the mix.
My personal fave! I love a good chai! I use a splash of milk and it is perfect!
This is a really good chai. I'm really pleased with it. I don't like when the black tea gets bitter, so I steep it for a max of 3 mins. Pairs really well with vanilla oat or coconut milk.
Very nice tea. Heavy on the cloves and ginger, but the black tea shines through ti keep it balanced. Perfect with a bit of milk and sugar for an afternoon pick me up.
I appreciated the whole spices and boldness of flavor, however to make it bold I had to use quite a lot.
Love this chai, clove forward, very warming and inviting. Amazing aroma and taste.
This is one of my favorite caffeinated teas. It has a pleasant spiced scent, and I like it with a splash of milk and no sugar.
I'm not a chai drinker. I've been sure of this for decades, but...I tried & loved this. Added a nice portion of frothed coconut cream & almond milk to it, & it is an ideal chai latte for me.
Love love this one. My favorite chai. The nice peppery finish is satisfying.
This is my favorite tea of all time. It smells wonderful and the taste is bursting with flavor. I’ve given boxes of Masala Chai as gifts and all my friends rave!
Lovely classic chai. I like it best with some sugar and almond milk.
I was never a hot tea person until I got this Chai! I add a tiny bit of milk and a tsp of sugar but not because it absolutely needs it; I just like that kind of thickness in a drink.
(Tastes really good if you dunk a snickerdoodle in it too!)
delicious! a very good basic chai
I'll admit - my tea palette isn't very sophisticated. I really only drink bagged tea from the supermarket and have never tried loose-leaf tea. Still, I know this stuff is great! I love the spiced flavor of this tea. I like giving this tea a long steep, as it enhances the spiced flavor.
This is a bit spicier than your traditional chai tea. The ginger, cloves, and cinnamon stand out but once you add some milk and cream it is divine! I bought the raja oolong chai as well and i much prefer this one. The raja oolong is closer to a very cinnamon flavored black tea while again this one is closer to a traditional chai (just spicier in a pleasant way)
Delicious and stout, but not too stout. Great for early mornings.
This tea is execllent!! Love this with some cream/milk!
Doesn't contain black pepper which is a huge plus for me. The spices are crisp and sharp and blend in extremely well with the black tea. Adding milk makes this wonderful. So much better than the bagged versions I've found in specialty stores and the supermarkets.
I am usually not a chai fan, but this was mild enough. It was really good with some honey and steamed milk!
What’s there to say about chai that hasn’t been said already? Steep at double strength for double the time of most teas, and enjoy the most satisfying and recreational punch in the face you’ll ever get.
