This tea is a pleasant and flavorful chai. In my experience, it's relatively low in caffeine for a black tea.

Generally speaking, I like Masala Chai, but definitely not THIS one. I don't know what the problem with this particular tea, it just did't live up to my expectation.

Oh my gosh, this is the best Chai tea! When you add a little creamer and a touch of honey , you will think you have been transported to India.

Always one of my favorites! It’s perfect iced with some oatmilk and some sugar after a long day of work.

★★★★★

Lonely tea. I enjoy it very much and will order again.

Just as you would expect it to be like. Add your choice of sweetener and milk/cream, and you have yourself a chai latte!

★★★★☆

Classic masala chai, you can't really go wrong with that, but it is my favortie of their chais so, thats pretty cool

★★★★★

The flavor almost reminds me of being a kid during Christmas, the scent of cinnamon in the air at shopping malls.

★★★☆☆

It's very spicy - cinnamon and cloves - not hot, but spicy heavy. I would either use this sparingly or blend it with another black tea to mellow out the spice level, but that's the only modification I would make.

The perfect blend of spice and smoothness. Great with just sugar or a splash of cream.

Delicious with milk and honey, maybe a bit strong on the cloves. Important to actually read the steeping instructions because it takes more tea and for longer than I expected!

This is a very nice masala chai! Spice flavors are aromatic and comforting. Would love to have again.

New favorite, hands down. Warm, cozy spice blend that tastes balanced, not overpowering, and it gives me a nice little boost. Best with a splash of cream first thing in the morning.

★★★★★

There is only a slight difference in the spice blend here compared to Christmas tea. I mixed them together once. Success!

This is a solid Masala Chai, but it really shines when blended with other Teas. Try it with Samurai Mate, Raja Oolong Chai, and Masala Chai in a 3:2:1 ratio, respectively. That's my personal blend to replicate the long lost Teavana sample tea.

Perfect spice level with a bold flavor. Tone it down as you please with a little cream. Enjoyable!!!

★★★★★

The aroma of the tea before brewing it is so good! I really like this one. I tried it first with just a little honey and then with milk and honey. Both were really good! Definitely recommend trying and will be getting more.

an amazing classic chai! Strong spice without being overpowering. It's nice to have a good spicy chai that isn't just cinnamon punching you in the mouth.

This is my favorite chia tea. It's got just the right amount of spice to lift the spirit and soothe the soul.

★★★★★

My absolute favorite! Robust with cinnamon spice and tastes even better as a latte. I add a little agave to sweeten, but I also enjoy it black.

★★★★★

I love chai in all it's forms, and the masala chai is one of my favorites. I keep purchasing this over and over again because of how quickly I drink through my stash.

★★★★☆

Beautiful, classic masala chai. Was hoping for more ginger and cloves, but it is perfect the way it is. I enjoy this with some oat milk and spoon ful of sweetner, makes the spices come out much more.

this one was OK, to me i think it needed a bit stronger spicy flavor and a slightly bolder tea base, it is very simple, kinda weak

★★★★☆

I have never had Masala Chai before. I tried this both iced and hot. It was interesting as an iced tea, but much better hot. The flavors tend to be richer and smoother when brewed as a hot tea. It's very good.

That should say 60 minutes at 160F.

The tea aficionados will likely be aghast by my brewing method, but this chai holds up to it. I use this tea during snowstorms for comfort and cheer. I brew four scoops, with a few cracked peppercorns added, in a cup of water, with the burner set to low, and savor the aroma for the approximate hour it takes to reduce it down to a quarter cup in my narrow, deep pan. Then I strain and stir in sugar to make syrup.

I store it cold to add to milk as needed to make warm chai. This makes a quart of happiness to get my elderly achy self through the misery.

I also set the grounds in a terracotta dish in front of one of my furnace vents to be potpourri for as long as the scent lasts.

This Tea is definitely one of my favorites. I love a good Chai and this one has everything I want in one !

★★★★☆

Overall pretty decent Chai. It has a decent spice to it and its really good as a latte or dirty Chai.

A great chai blend! It's a little too 'peppery' for me personally, but it tastes great as a latte (with a splash of cow's milk and plant-based milk too). Tastes bests when brewed for longer (about 8 minutes but no longer than 10 minutes).

Excellent, exactly what I was looking for in a chai. Spicy and flavorful, I'm typically used to brewing chai directly in milk to get the most of the flavor. Brewing in water and adding a little milk at the end still had great strength.

★★★★☆

My first chai sampled from this site. I tried cold brewing it using warm water at first, sitting a room temp a bit and then adding milk and placing in fridge. It was good but not super strong. It may be that it needs boiling temps to really shine, but I did like it enough that I may try a sample again and tackle the cold brew a little different (using a larger jar/strainer and a higher concentration of milk). I did notice a little more spice in this compared to my usual chai bags, but the overall flavor profile was good.

★★☆☆☆

Lots of ginger and cloves. Minimal black tea. This is more an herbal tea than a black tea

A nice punchy chai. Good flavor. I boil for several minutes then add milk and warm to just short of boiling. Perfection.

Love the spices! I did a soft brew, leaves in tea pot covered with tea towel. Then waited five minutes.

Hand down my Favorite Chai. It's nice that you can make it stronger, to add milk. But steeping 1 tsp per cup is great by itself for a simple chai without any add-in's.

★★★★★

I love this Masala Chai tea. It’s not to spicy for me. It has a subtle flavor and it’s great for those who never had chai as a starter.

★★★★★

I shared a serving of this tea with a friend who is well versed in chai teas. I followed her lead with a scant spoon of sugar and found this offering quiet tasty without being overwhelming. I think I would gravitate to chai tea during cooler weather, and will definitely try this tea again.

We buy this tea regularly for our household, as it's the closest thing to what you get in India. Boil this in a smallish amount of water on the stovetop for several minutes, and don't worry if it gets really strong. Then add as much milk as there is water and simmer for another half minute or so. Add honey or sugar (don't hold back). You'll end up with a fiercely strong, milky chai.

#1 favorite tea. I’ve always been more of an earl grey person but this Chai is amazing. I immediately put it in my cart after trying the sample.

Good stuff with moderate caffeine. I made it by seeping 1.5 teaspoons of tea at 212 degrees for three minutes.
