Amazing. It has been a really hard day. I came home to find my first box of Adagio tea. That brought a smile to my dour face. I ve never had chocolate chai so I brewed it up. It s warm, sweet, relaxing and invigorating. Peaceful. It made my day so much better. This will be a stocked tea at this house. Thank you Adagio for such a brilliant creation.
A little disappointing as could ascertain no chocolate aroma.
I was expecting something else with this tea. It wasn't bad, just not what I hoped for.
Probably my favorite chai as well as my favorite Adagio tea so far! It s fragrant and spicey, and the chocolate flavor blends in so seamlessly that it s like they were meant to be. I take mine with sugar and milk.
Overall, I found the tea had hints of spice, was not super chocolate-y, but was well bodied, and I would recommend this to anyone looking to expand on their chai selection.
This one smells as good as it tastes, a mild chai with chocolate. On really cold days brew a pot at work and usually have people showing up with their cups asking for some.
Simply a superior chocolate chai. Hits all the correct spice notes of a chai, and satisfies the chocolate craving. This has become a standard in our home.

A local shop makes a chocolate chai so my expectations were for it to taste like that but the flavor is a little weaker on this one. It's good but not my favorite.
My favorite Adagio chai! I like to make this with 1/2 water and 1/2 almond milk.
I like the chocolate flavor with the Chai goes great with a little milk.
This is one of the best teas I have ever had. Just make sure you follow the directions, if you steep too long it can get bitter.

This is my go-to comfort tea. There is a great balance of spice and chocolate. Add a little cream and sugar and it is divine. I just wish it came in decaf, as well!
I am used to chai concentrate, so I steeped this for much longer than recommended, and in milk, not water.

The tea was delicious if you wanted something a bit light and desserty, but did not have as much flavor as I had anticipated. Not my favorite but definitely not disliked!

The spice blend is up to snuff, and you really can taste the chocolate if you brew carefully enough. Carefully choose your milk/substitute, as some of that flavor can become a bit washed out.
One of my favorites of the 'chai' group. Putting this with a little bit of non-dairy powdered creamer is better than having hot cocoa with a bit of mint or cinnamon in it.
Chocolate Chai is my morning go-to for tea. It carries some spice to it, but also a sweetness that I like with my morning to get things started nicely. I add a bit of sugar and a bit of almond milk to it to give it a softer note and tone down the chai, if it is a bit too strong that morning.
I may need to add more of the chai into the steeper next time, but it was still pleasant with some cream and sugar.
Another favorite tea. Ordering more right now. I agree with one of the other reviewers who wishes for a stronger chocolate taste. If that could be addressed, this tea would be perfect.

This tea was good and I liked the chocolate with it.
Chocolate is usually a miss for me unless it is made with lots of cocoa and closely resembles the taste of pure dark chocolate, but I tried this after receiving a sample of it for free from one of Adagio's promotions, and was extremely pleasantly surprised. Because the chocolate is not a flavoring, but due to actual cacao nibs in the tea, I felt that the flavors meshed really well and were very true to chocolate and Chai.
Good, but a little too sweet. It has a nice spice profile, though.
This is my favorite Chai tea. It's great with just water but also good with half milk half water.

I'll admit that I'm a very picky chai tea snob. I've tried other (non-Adagio) chocolate chai teas and have never found one I liked til now! My typical complaint has been that they don't taste like chocolate. This one has a good smell too it, and you can taste it too - just enough. I will certainly add this to my list of teas to buy during the fall/winter season. Adagio, you guys are legit!
This tea is amazing, it is my very first Chai tea and I was very impressed, it has a little bit of sweetness mixed with the taste of the chai spice, I would recommend it.
I think the cinnamon was a little overpowering. The second steep was much better than the first. Not as chocolate-y as I was hoping, but still a good tea.
Love this tea. While we don't get a lot of cold mornings in Arizona, when we do, ooo, this with a dash of sweet cream . . . get cozy. Get. Cozy. You're in for the day.
