A well-balanced blend, even smoother with dairy. The spices are warm but not overpowering, and the chocolate in the foreground is heavy and rich without being overly sweet.

I got this as a free sample in my first order with adagio. Fell in love with it after the first brew and ordered more, I drink it all the time. It's a really lovely blend of chocolate and all sorts of spice flavors. I think it's well-balanced and a great morning tea. Highly recommend!

It's probably just me, but I found this tea lacking on both the chocolate and the chai fronts. I think it might be because I'm so used to chai latte concentrates or maybe because the last time I had chai not from a concentrate, I ground the spices myself and steeped it in milk on the stove? Whatever the case, I don't think I'll be ordering more of this one.

This is a very nice chai tea! It has a sharper taste, but still a chocolatey flavor. I would suggest the Chocolate Chai Pu Erh over this one, as it has a smoother taste and silkier mouth-feel, which is more pleasing to my tastes, personally.
I like the combination of chocolate and chai more in theory than in execution, I'm afraid. Still, if they are two of your favorite flavours, you own it to yourself to try this one!

One of my favorites. I like it when I want something rich and decadent or just something cozy-like. It is a little sweet, but not too sweet and if I'm feeling for something dessert-y I can throw in some honey and cream and it hits the spot. This quickly became a regular in my tea stash.
Great tea to blend with. Smells wonderful when steeping. I mix it with peppermint and cream. So yummy great for this upcoming cold season.
This is a well balanced tea with lots of chocolate notes. I always want more chocolate flavor, but this is a good substitute for just eating raw chocolate.

Chocolate Chai is one of my favorite teas on Adagio, if not my ultimate favorite on the site. Such a great chocolatey flavor with a great spice to it - makes it a great dessert tea.

In my opinion, this tea has a little spicy kick to it, which I happen to like. I like to have it with a bit of milk, which I think will also help if you want to neutralize the spice.
This chocolate chai doesn't taste overly chocolatey, but it must enhance the flavor, because it is a really nice chai and a really nice black tea. Enough flavor for two brews.

I love chai and chocolate but no matter what I do this tea turns out bitter and adding additional sweetener I can drink or but it’s not ideal.
I had high hopes for this, but unfortunately they weren't quite met. It was very astringent and was simultaneously too week and overly strong. I am going to mess around with temperature and brewing times, and maybe add some milk and sugar. I'm not giving up yet!

Just... not a good combination. I tried to like it but just couldn't. The chocolate flavor just tastes like a bad, fake 'chocolate flavor'.
Cinnamon was the predominant spice and I couldn't really pick up a chocolate flavor. Overall a mild chai tea.
