The taste is less strong than the smell. On this one, that was a plus for me. The chocolate flavor lessens the Chai taste enough for me to be able to enjoy it more than I would a normal Chai tea. I really liked it.

★★☆☆☆

Was not a fan of this at all. I love chocolate tea and I love chai tea but this was not good.

★★★★☆

This was purchased as a gift. The recipient really liked it, and I will probably be trying this one myself next order because of their comments.

★★★★★

Chocolate Chai is a go-to standard tea for me and has been for years. The spices are not overbearing; they are perfectly balanced.

★★★★★

Delicious!! It is my go to when I want something sweet and warm.

★★★★★

My teen's new favorite! Smoothly chocolatey with a nice balance of spice. And since you control the sweetness, never that overly-sweet taste of some tinned hot chocolates!

★★☆☆☆

Very disappointing. There was no chocolate flavor. In fact, the overall flavor was not chai at all!

A new favorite of mine for sure. The soft spice and chocolate are wonderful together and it's like dessert in your cup.

★★★★★

Fantastic tea, a hint of Chocolate with the Chai flavors mixed in.

★★★★★

Like an earthy chocolate flavor, really nice when sweetened

★★★★★

I always have this on hand. It is my go to tea.

★★☆☆☆

I wanted to like it, but it simply wasn't for me...

★★★★★

This tea is great. A bit of chocolate with some chai spice.

★★★★★

This is my go-to work tea. It's a more chill chai that isn't so harsh on the spice flavors. Like others have said, add a touch of cream (I used half and half) to bring out the chocolate and cinnamon notes. It's easy to accidentally brew this one weak, so make sure your water is boiling.

I am a little picky when it comes to chai. I wouldn t say this really tasted like the chais I am used to, but in a good way. It was very mild and not overly spicy . It reminded me a lot of the Numi brand chocolate pu-erh, but honestly a little better! Overall, this is not bad and the chocolate is a very nice touch.

*I added a little honey and a splash of cream.

A lot of flavors going on at once it’s not a very subtle tea. Good if you like strong flavors.

★★★★★

LOVE this one. It's got such a bold flavor and tastes really nice with some soy/almond milk.

★★★★★

I'd like a drop more chocolate when I take this in the afternoon but I really enjoy the Chai in the morning. It wakes me up and feels very refreshing.

★★★★★

I liked it. Not a strong, but a subtle chocoated flavor. It made a tasty chai latte.

A nice chai but it feels like it s missing something. I like the Pu Erh version a lot better.

Love this tea! For someone who quit coffee over 6 months ago, I find this to be a good supplement for a morning brew. Flavorful, very slightly bitter, and delicious.

★★★★★

This tea reminds me of the Masala Chai tea. The flavor is very similar with some added chocolate notes. Personally, I prefer the Masala Chai over this one, but both are good.

The very best. Rich, deep taste. Will buy again.

★★★★★

This tea is amazing! My favorite is to mix it with additional chocolate or crème.

★★★☆☆

Slight hint of chocolate mostly overpowered by cinnamon and ginger. Ginger lends more pungent times than ginger flavor. Smooth overall with slight astringincy.

Soo good! A perfect way to end the evening without baked treats!

★★★★★

Chocolate chai is a lovely treat! I enjoyed it as a latte, which created a creamy, chocolate chai flavor I looked forward to. I will definitely be stocking up on this flavor!

★★★☆☆

Was hoping for more of a chai flavor. The chocolate overwhelmed the spiciness.

★★★★★

Chocolate Chai is a comforting, warming winter tea.

★★★★★

Absolutely love this blend! Especially when mixed with Raja Chai (I have a certain affinity for blending things with Raja). I do 2:1 ratio with Raja bring the dominate... the chocolate in this comes through and makes a nice smooth blend I can sip all day.

Delicious. Light yet rich, warm and rounded. I really enjoy a big cup of this in the afternoon while the children have quiet time.

Outstanding. I always love blueberries and this is a perfect blend where they don’t overpower and aren’t washed out by the tea.

★★★★★

A nice subtle chocolate chai, made more delicious with cream and honey

★★★★★

My very favorite of all Adagio teas. This is a great blend

★★★★☆

Spicy, chocolatey. Pretty awesome. I would buy it again.

★★★★★

Perfect amount of spice with sweet chocolate heaven.

This contains two of my favorite things, chai and chocolate!! It’s a perfect blend of the two and I’m very happy I ordered it. I made this into a latté with a little maple syrup to sweeten and wow! I use maple syrup to sweeten, not only because I’m Canadian but it’s also good for you as it contains vitamins and minerals and doesn’t cause spikes in your bodies sugar levels.

★★★★☆

nice sweet tea to finish the day with. very relaxing

★★★★☆

Tastes good but the flavor could definitely be a little bit stronger! Smells awesome though!

★★★★★

Chocolate and chai are a winning combination in this tea as the chocolate slips in neatly with the spices. Brighter than the pu-erh chocolate chai and each of the flavors stands out more distinctly.

Tastes very much like ginger tea. I’m not getting chocolate at all! And there’s no ginger in the ingredients. My husband tasted it, he said oh is this ginger tea. I didn’t give him any input before he tasted it. Sigh...I was so hoping this would be a good chai.

★★★★☆

This has an interesting earthiness. I'd personally like my chocolate a little stronger. If you want a hint of chocolate, you may enjoy this tea.

★★★★★

This tea is my wife’s favorite! It is a perfect blend of chocolate and chai.
