Hello there! Yes, the longer you steep it, the more flavor you get from the spices. If you want it more mild, you can steep it for less time.

How would one make this as a latte?

There are two different types of tea latte. The easiest is to brew the tea as directed with a little less water than normal. Maybe 3/4 the water? Then you just add your creamer of choice. The second is to brew the tea directly in the milk. You'll need to
