There are lots of different things to choose from in the Pantry and if you aren't sure exactly what you want to create then the various sampler packs are the best place to start and give yourself as much variation as possible.

Floral Sampler

Containing rose petals, butterfly pea flowers, and lavender flower all of which were specially selected for their superior quality and aroma.

Enjoy all of the botanical delights in the Floral Sampler set has to offer! The greatest thing about these different flowers is that if you are looking for something caffeine-free to sip on you can steep them on their own, but, to make the most out of their flavor and beauty, you should be looking at pairing them with other teas. Luckily, they pair elegantly with a multitude of different flavor profiles.

We recommend pairing the rose petals with green tea for springtime, or with a smooth, naturally sweet malt black tea for the cooler months of the year.

Lavender flower pairs perfectly with green tea as well, especially matcha, but just like the roses it also pairs well with citrus and bergamot and it's a great way to jazz up an Earl Grey.

When it comes to the butterfly pea flower- it works best in iced drinks, especially those with lemon elements, which will help to activate the color changing effect that this tea is known for. Full guide on the color changing effects here.

You could also make flavored simple syrups with the lavender and the rose that would be a great addition to iced matcha lattes, iced chai, or any hot latte drink.

Vitamin C Sampler

Containing orange peels, hibiscus flowers and rose hips that are packed with antioxidants and unparalleled flavor. With spring here and summer on the way, this is the perfect sampler to have on hand to create some healthy fruity blends that you can have iced.

Hibiscus flowers and rose hips are best used in blends you would want to drink iced and pair well with other fruity components.

The orange peels can be used in blends you would drink hot or cold as it pairs well with other citruses and fruity elements. They can be added to a multitude of iced blends, and will not only add zestiness but also a boost of Vitamin C. The peels also pair well with robust black teas helping to cut through the astringency and heaviness in the mouth.

Relax Sampler

Containing lavender flower, valerian root, and eucalyptus, the Relax Sampler is a special selection of herbs chosen for their calming attributes and soothing aroma.

Lavender is a member of the mint family and is known for its distinctly floral and sweet aroma, it pairs perfectly with black teas when you're looking to mix things up a little, but it also pairs well with things like honeybush that has a hint of vanilla to it should be looking to keep things caffeine-free.

Valerian root is commonly used to help induce sleep and pairs well with lavender and also citruses like lemon, it has a distinctly woodsy flavor so it needs something zesty or sweet to offset that.

Eucalyptus has a flavor similar to mint and a fabulous cooling effect on the body, so pairing it with other mints such as Peppermint and Spearmint will feel like a double mint twin in a cup. You drink either hot or cold when you are looking to relax or settle your tummy. It also works well in fruity iced blends, especially with fruits like strawberry and pineapple.
