different with an interesting taste of raw coconut
Delicate white tea from China with tropical coconuts and pineapple. Relaxing and delightfully simple sweet.

different with an interesting taste of raw coconut
My dislike of this tea is purely preference. I love fruity white teas, but coconut and pineapple are flavors I just can't seem to reconcile with tea.
I really love the smell of this white tea. The coconut flavor is delicious.
very smooth, subtle, soft flavor of coconut and hint of sweet pineapple. 2nd steeping was just as yummy as the first.
Normally, I complain that white teas are reminiscent of hot water, but this wasn't the case. There was a flavor, on top of the 'white tea' taste, but I wouldn't place it as coconuty or pineapply if the description didn't say.
Perhaps I'm biased.
This is like a vacation in a cup. Like other white teas, it has a very light flavor, but with just the right amount of coconut and pineapple. Everyone in my department loved this tea and kept asking me for some, so I finally made them order their own bags!
Too mild of a flavor but the fruity notes were just fine and not a lot of sugar had to be used for the same reason.
This..really wasn't my cup of tea, in all seriousness. There was something about it that didn't quite sit right with me. The flavor wasn't something I found too appealing unfortunately.
this is ok. I'm not generally fond of 'flavor's rather than actual piece ingredients.. like pineapple flavor rather than pineapple bits. Flavorings can give a stronger flavor of course, but even so it's just a personal preference of mine.
This tea is so fragrant when it's brewed, almost flowery but also fruity. It has a smooth, light coconut flavor that's really delicious iced with some honey added.
It's a tasty cup. The smell before steeping is almost too strong, and I had to tone down the water temp quite a bit and steep for less time. This seemed to go bitter quicker than other white teas I have.
Very tangy, very sweet, and most of all a very light tea. Good for combining with stronger teas, or drinking it by itself.
This tea tastes great! I really enjoyed the coconut flavor in it.
I'm not a fan of tropical flavors in general, that being said it wasn't to my liking however it had an enticing aroma and the rest of my family loved it.
paired with the apple tea, makes a wonderful blend
Not what I was excepting. Thought it would be really light and fruity but to me the flavors just didn't mesh well.
I have found I'm not a big fan of coconut flavors. I prefer fruity rather than sweet/vanilla-y. It was good, but not one I will purchase again.
Another coconut blend of the islands, this time in white.
I was excited to try this, but it really didn't meet my personal preferences. I just wasn't very fond of the taste or smell of it.
It's my boyfriend's current favorite tea. I serve it iced for him but I drink it hot. Pairs well with honey as a sweetener more so than with sugar cubes.
Very fruity, decided I am not a big fan of white tea. May need to try a few more times.
Great taster very mellow. I brew it a little hotter and stronger than recommended.
The delicate fragrance and light breezy taste made this one my favorite.
I enjoy the fruity taste mixed with the light pungent tone.
Not my favorite of the white teas, but it is very 'tropical' tasting
Not crazy about the flavor of this tea. Too floral for my liking.
This was my first real experience with white tea, so I don't have much to compare it to. But it was definitely pleasant.
I love white tea but this just honestly wasn't for me. No clever quips for this review. I'm just not a fan of the flavor.
It's a really nice mellow white with a hint of a pina colada taste, wish it had a more pronounced flavor
The tea leaves are too large to put in my diffuser, so I steep them directly into the water, which makes for a much fuller taste.
Fruity light tea. Perfect for the days when you don't want to be kicked in the head by your tea flavor (I'm looking at you Irish Breakfast).
So fragrant right out of the bag, and a sweet, smooth blend!
I think it was probably the honey I added, but it was very, very coconut-y. Not very much pineapple flavor.
This tea would be great as a late afternoon pick up or as an iced tea. The tropical flavor isn't overwhelming but it's there.
This tastes slightly sour with a mellow coconut flavor. I like it.
Fruity white tea with some interesting flavors. Not one of my absolute favorites though.
This tea is quite potent, for a white tea that is. When I brewed this the first time, under the suggested brewing instructions, I got a pretty flavourless tea. So, I allowed hotter water and longer brew time and I was surprised at the difference. As for the flavours, the combinations are wonderful, coconut being the most blunt flavour in it. I also recommend blending this tea with a bit of mango of some sort, I tried a pinch of the Mango Melange and it certainly brought out more of a 'tropic' taste. This tea is fine how is, but a little touch of honey magnified the flavours considerably. Definitely try this one out, especially as we leap into Summer!
I brewed a batch and then put it in the refrigerator. It was sooooo good!!! A couple slices of lemon, and it was the perfect iced drink for a hot summer day.
nice sweet tasting, like having a humble pine colada
I love how you can taste the coconut. Definatly the easiest way to take an instant vacation
Very odd tasting. Will not be ordering this again.
A bit of a confusing blend in terms of flavor. It is possible I didn't steep it properly as I do find white teas a bit challenging. I will revisit it again later.
I think I really liked this when I first tried it, but I'm not sure why I'm not crazy about it anymore. Maybe it's that I've gotten tired of the coconut in it. It just isn't one I want to pull out and have a cup of at all, anymore.
Not my favourite of all the white teas but still a very enjoyable refreshing tea.
This tea is by far my favorite that I have tried so far. It blends nicely with other fruity white teas, which one of the many reasons why I love it so much. But that's just me. I absolutely love pineapple and coconut, if you agree this is the perfect tea for you.
Maybe I brewed it badly - I've never had white tea, and I don't have a kettle, so I was estimating with the temperature - but this was really unpleasant. It tastes a bit sour, and I'm not getting any of the fruity flavors. It took two packs of Splenda to make it drinkable, and now I just taste the Splenda and not the tea. I'll keep experimenting and try to finish off my sample - hopefully I can get it right at least once.
Its a nice tea, not my favorite though. The flavor doesn't feel like it relates to the name.
I found this tea to be malty, almost beer-like. The coconut flavor was barely perceptible and the pineapple was nonexistant.
Obviously, as a white tea, all the flavors are subtle notes that float along. It has a smooth finish with undertones of tropics that make me long for a day on the beach. A fantastic white tea I would highly recommend!
I can't figure out the flavor of this one because it doesn't taste like pineapple or coconut. Maybe just a touch in the aftertaste, but only if I'm thinking about it and trying to find it. Whatever the taste is, it's definitely delicate. Just not my cup of tea.
