I like something a little stronger, but is good to add with other teas.
A delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. It creates a pale yellow, light-bodied, yet complex cup with hints of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness.

I love this tea. It is wonderful at the end of a long day.
I got this as a gift for a friend, and she really enjoys it.
The flavor is light, delicate, very slightly sweet and slightly grassy. Normally I like sweet flavored teas, but this tea I loved purely on its own - no sugar or cream or flavoring.
If you like white peony, you will love white symphony. Very delicious aroma and flavor, more complex and sweet and satisfying than any other white tea I have tried.
THis tea seemed very similar to white peony to me.
This is an incredible white tea. This is a must try for everyone. I'am ordering a bigger tin.:)
White symphony is a very smooth and lite and a bit sweet tea.
I really enjoyed this tea. this is on of my favorites. white symphony is crisp with some smooth and lightly sweet mellow flavor.
Good Tea. Very mild flavor. Leaf quality was good. Make sure you add enough to your cup. 2-3 tablespoons is best.
Maybe my expectations were too high, but this tastes like a weak sister to the White Peony, which I love.
