White symphony was the first white tea I tried and at first I thought it was ok. The flavor is very subtle and sweet but I've found myself having a cup of this every night. I will most likely order it again but I will also try some other white teas.
A delicate tea made from tea buds collected and withered prior to opening. It creates a pale yellow, light-bodied, yet complex cup with hints of honeydew and a faint floral sweetness.

This tea is pretty good, but in my mind, it isn't as good as the white peony or silver needle teas. But overall, it is still a good white tea.
This tea has a great mild flavor and very little caffeine.
This is one of my favorite white teas. I work in a Symphony Orchestra office, so we always must have some of this tea on hand! It is a beautiful, mild white tea with the perfect amount of flavor.
It is a very standard white tea tea. Light, clear, not much else. Probably good for early summer mornings and not so much cold winter nights.
love this tea so much. we drink it almost every day!
This is a very pleasant tea. A beautiful amber color and quite balanced.
I intended to mix this with other teas to get the benefits of white tea with more flavor. After brewing up a cup of it, I don't think I can bring myself to mix anything with it. It is so smooth and wonderful by itself. Tasty and healthy...who knew?
very similar in intensity to white peony, mild but a little stronger than silver needle. one of my very favorites.
Not Adagio's best. Very mild twiggy tea. Need to use a lot to brew.
A great white tea. Stronger and heartier than silver needle.
Every once in awhile, I try white tea to shake things up (or calm them down, I guess, this IS white tea we're talking about!). I think I like this one the best. It doesn't seem as floral or fruity to me as others.
Good tea with a smooth finish. This is a good tea for late afternoon in front of a fire.
This tea is charismatic. It'll leave you in awe with inspiration. At a computer desk or a love seat, this tea is enchanting with a mystical taste. A white tea that all other white tea's marvel at.
I really good white tea, pretty much like white peony but even more subtle , if you believe that is possible...
My favorite white tea that I always make sure to have in my house. The flavor is so soft and smooth.
I liked this tea, and actually preferred it to the Silver Needle, as it is a bit stronger. Like most whites, it doesn’t have a lot of bold flavor, but it is a nice tea to enjoy when you just want a mild cup of tea to relax. It’s very pleasant overall.
This is the first non-flavored white tea I have tried, and I was not impressed. It had that seaweedy taste that I dislike about green teas. I really like the flavored white teas, but I guess I just do not like them plain.
This didn't have as much flavor, though it was good with some honey. I'll stick with my white peony
I love my white teas (more than green teas these days). This is definitely one I frequent.
Very nice mild flavor. Tastes delicous as an iced tea. Very refreshing.
I think this tea is a nice alternative to the more expensive silver needle.
very smooth, nice white tea. It almost reminds me of a green tea, without the grassiness of the green. It is slighty fruity and sweet.
Not a bad tea at all. I'd certainly drink it. However, I wouldn't reach past the silver needle or white monkey for it. I'd call it a decent backup tea
My favorite afternoon tea. Not too strong and just what I need for a pick me up (or an excuse to get up from my desk).
This was good. Didnt do it for me like silver needle or some of the flavored whites, but it was decent. I would suggest buying a sample first.
A very nice white tea with a pretty full flavor. I found that steeping at a slightly hotter temperature than normal for a white, and for a shorter time than normal brings out the nice flavors. However, don't steep too long, or it tends to get very bitter. When done correctly, it tastes very crisp with some nice floral notes. I would definitely buy it again. Great value for a white.
Light flavor, very delicate, needs absolutely no sugar or sweetener. This and the Silver Needle are probably the two best white teas I've ever had!
A nice white tea. If you enjoyed white peony I'd give it a try. More pronounced flavor than silver needle but less than Peony.
I am new to tea. I have been trying all sorts of flavors, this is one of my favorites so far. Light and a bit fruity.
Very delicious. Has a nice refreshing flavor. I recommend!
Quite good -- has a slightly nutty taste and smell.
Adagio was out of silver needle when I placed my last order, so I tried this one instead. It has a nice, mild flavor and the price is great.
Nice mild flavor that blends well with herbal flavors.
Much more flavorful than I expected. This was my first intro to white tea, and it was a good one :)
Nice mild taste. This was my first go at white teas but it was rather enjoyable.
I've tried, I really have, but I can't seem to get the hang of white tea. This is the only one I've ordered, but I've tried other varities provided by friends. I'll have a cup if a friend makes one for me, but I don't think I'll order more for myself.
Basic, but a nice light tea. I'm not so into the white tea but I go for this occasionally.
I have to voice my utter disgust for a tea so content on its mission to set back the huge strides our world has made in the promotion of equality and diversity. The way the complex flavor of this selection ambushes your senses, confidently screaming White Tea Power! erodes the very foundation of a unified society. You should be ashamed of yourself. May you never find solace carrying the burden of these 5 stars.
This tea alone is somewhat bland. When mixed with other teas it enhanced the flavor.
This is wonderful version of white peony. It's a bit more subtle than the average peony, but has much more body and flavor than a silver needle. This is my new favorite evening tea.
Very nice tea, like a flowery light green tea. Not as good as silver needle but a nice alternative.
I really enjoy this tea any time of day. While I like some other whites a little better(peach), this tea is quite good.
I personally like a stronger tea, but my husband loves this stuff. It's one of his favorites.
I liked this much better than the other white tea I tried last week. This was smoother and I enjoyed adding some of my other Adagio teas to it.
It's good, but pretty mild. I don't know if I'd order it again, I'd rather try a different white tea.
This is my first white tea and I really liked the flavors. The smoothness of the tea and the flavors reminded me mostly of green tea without the grassy flavors. Definitely a good anytime tea. 1.5 tsps in 12oz cup, 180º for 7 minutes.
This is an amazing white tea! It's not too expensive either, which is nice.
One of my favorite teas. Very light but with more flavor than other white teas. I especially like it in the evening after dinner.
I've had a few samples and finally bought a few ounces. What a fantastic idea! I've been able to two cups from each set of leaves and the taste is always spot on for an evening relaxer.
