Overall I enjoyed this tea. Take note I'm not highly experienced with teas, but as a casual tea drinker I liked it. But it was more earthy and like a green tea than I expected (I hope I'm not offending anyone). Definitely give it a try!
This tea produces a mellow symphony in three movements. The first steeping results in light woody pine notes. The second steeping is dominated by a nice fruity but pale peach flavor. The third steeping finishes with a complex toned down mixed of the two previous movements. The overall experience makes for a decent evening tea.
Excellent light tea and so good for you. A great tea for the beginner.
Lovely mild flavor - now one of my very favorite teas.
A very delicate flavorful tea. I believe it can use some extra brewing time than is recommended. After purchasing a large package of this tea, I began brewing it for just a few seconds past 5 minutes and it has not disappointed me. Probably the most flavorful white tea I have ever had the pleasure of brewing!
This is a very mild tea, and it would be a decent start for someone new to white tea. The flavor isn't my favorite, though. it tastes like the way wet fall leaves smell after they've fallen and it's rained. I might try with combining it with a fruit tea and see if that helps.
I like this tea very much when I want something light, with great health benefits (antioxidants). I find some green teas fishy-tasting. this white tea has much of the good flavor of green but without the fishy edge. Very delicate flavor.
Lovely white tea. I also use it in smoothies as an antioxidant add in.
If your looking for as great and simple white at a more moderate price, this is the way to go.

This is my absolute favorite of the white teas I've tried so far. I like it way better than the silver needle (except for the Fujian Silver Needle - that one takes the cake)
While this tea has the delicate quality that makes white teas so enjoyable, this tea has a full bodied texture which makes it more pleasing feeling chilled and wanting comfort.
I tend to stick to flavored teas, so this was different. I'll probably end up mixing it next time.

I love this white. It has a very unique flavor that blends well with several different herbal teas I drink. It isn't overly flowery like some whites I have had from other places. Very nice with some honey.

I've always been a fan of White Peony, so I thought I'd give this one a try. I this one's flavor is a little bolder than a basic White Peony and just a little smoother as well. It's a favorite of mine for lazy afternoons and makes a great blending tea as well.

While I find the tea less-interesting than I had expected, my husband absolutely adores it, so it gets a rating of 'great.' I think the difference is that I tend to prefer flavored/blended teas, while he prefers simpler ones. It's all a matter of taste!
I love white tea in the evening and have used white peony in the past. The white symphony is a wonderful tea, with a light comforting flavor.
My favoriate white tea. Slight dry grass smell before steeping. Love the flavor of the tea. Light and definitely hints of cantelope. Beautiful tea. This tea is also easy on the tummy when prone to reflux...I can comfortably drink this tea and not worry about being too acidic. I can even drink this tea in the evenings. I do steep the tea at a lower temperature than recommended.
Very clean tasting tea. This is my first endeavor into the land of White Teas and I have to say it was certainly a good starting point.
This is my go-to nighttime tea. It is my favorite white tea, and we all know white tea is so good for you. I like the stronger flavors that do not overwhelm you. It is pure and simple.

I nice step up from the basic white peony, but at $10 more for the 6oz bag over the peony, not really worth it. Better, but not 170 percent the cost better.

This is a fantastic white. It is extremely light and has a subtle fruity scent, but nothing artificial or strong. I cold brew it and it is never bitter.

I drink this when I'm in a subdued/contemplative mood. It's light enough that you need to take your time and really taste the tea. I like how after a while you begin to taste it on your breath, in your mouth, and in the back of your throat. Sweet, but not overly so. Ahhhh~
The aroma and taste of this tea is very difficult to describe. Somewhat of a green base but with strong floral notes, maybe even a hint of amaretto. I found it difficult to brew just right -- it easily becomes bitter if brewed too long, but is too light if not brewed long enough. If made correctly it is clean, sweet, and delicious!
Tried a sample of this tea as I am just getting to know white tea. It wasn't my fave--will try adjusting steep time and temp to see if I like it any better, but it just wasn't very interesting or flavorful.

This one is somewhat the same, review-wise as the white peony for me. I've always really liked plain white teas, but these two are just rather bland to me. I have figured out, though, what I think I'm tasting. When I was growing up I had horses, and we'd occasionally chew on bits of hay. This reminds me of the more grassy(as opposed to alfalfa) hays that we used.
I'm becoming a true lover of white tea. I had never had it until I ordered this tea. Nice!

Do you love Silver Needle and really hate that it is super expensive so you only drink it on very rare occasions? Yea...me too. This tea is not Silver Needle, but it is light and refreshing, without attacking you with added flavor.
