Nice and mild, I liked the Sublime Needle better but the White A. Cappella is still a nice getaway!!! What a bargain. I love Adagio

I'm not a big fan of black teas because I usually find them to be too bitter. The aroma of this tea is pleasant, and the taste isn't as bitter as most I have had. When I bought this, I hoped I would be able to find a tea I could enjoy and change my opinion of black teas. I think I have.
I like to blend it with a strong assam to give the tea a softer texture on the tongue.

I'm very impressed! The only other white tea I have had tasted very creamy. This one is smooth & very relaxing. A very appealing end of evening tea.

This is an incredible product. My first experiment with a white tea, and I was not let down. Very light in flavor, but not bland at all. Some flowery undertones. A must taste tea.

The dry leaf for the most part was long and well twisted but there was some stalk throughout the selection. The infusion was bright. The Brew had character and is a gourmet treat.

The Cappella is an average grade of tea in looks and pre-brew aroma...but looks are deceiving!! After brewing your left with a very clean, sweet experience for the tastebuds...with little or no after taste! Great every day drinker. Hey where did it go...It's not on the site anymore???
i love this tea.it is very smooth,yet full of delicate flavor. a nice suprise. also 4oz is alot more tea than one would expect. (great)

Wow, I was really impressed with this. I had never heard of white tea before. It is now a favorite.
Delicately earthy and almost floral aroma and taste. A little different than any tea I've ever had, but very light and delicious.
It has very little taste, so it becomes expensive because I have to use a lot of it to get the right strength. The taste is milky, but unpleasantly so, and I think it lacks depth. Not recommended.
