This was one of my first white teas I tried and did enjoy, I believe it is a great low priced tea if you would rather not spend as much money. It has a light sweet flavor, but personally I spend a bit more and go for White Symphony.

This tea is very nice and smooth. I don't brew it to long or else I find it turns bitter. It is pale in color, mild in flavor, with little aroma to it. I tried it with and without amber sugar crystals, and have that found that I prefer with crystals in it.I have also tried this as an ice tea and really enjoyed it. I drink this tea at any time of the day. If you like a mild tea then this is the one for you.

its very settle, but not to where it doesn't have a taste. I'm sensitive to caffeine but this has gave me no side effects. i love it so far!

This wasn't my favorite version of this tea. It tasted a little too raw.

★★★★☆

The leaves in my sampler pouch look nothing like the image. Mine is about 5 white fuzzy leaves, 10 green flat leaves, and 85 brown leaves. And a good chunk of it was stems. It has a light organic kind of smell, but it would be hard to pinpoint any one thing in particular. The flavor matches the smell, but it's a bit heavier on the floral aspect. It's not a bad tea, and I'm not going to have a problem finishing the sampler pouch. But it definitely falls in the 'I'd Rather Spend My Money Elsewhere' category.

I love ending my day with a mug of this wonderful, light tea. I think this is my favorite, go-to tea. Perfect for anytime of the day or night and the subtle flavor doesn't clash with any food. A few years later, still my favorite!

This one is the perfect gift for senior people, they would like it

This is a great tea to start with if you are new to white tea. It has a bit more flavour due to the mix of buds and leaves. Wonderful flavour, mild and delicious.

★★★★☆

It is a really basic white tea. If you like really basic white tea with no frills, then this is the tea for you. If you have never tried a white tea before and want to start somewhere simple, this is a good place to start.

It is good white tea, but not great. I ordered loose leaf, but what I got looked like almost tea bag quality. There was a lot of leaf dust and tiny pieces that might as well be leaf dust.

I prefer my white teas with more flavor, so I won't be ordering this one again, but I think I will manage to at least drink the package of peony white tea that I bought.

★★★★★

I've had a hard time finding good unflavored white teas at our local markets so I thought I'd give this one a try. I couldn't be happier. Very good quality and flavor.

★★★★☆

A nice mild Bai Mu Dan, good for bowl steeping and my travel steeper. Has a delicate lettuce and leafy green quality.

★★★★☆

This is a very pleasant tea--a good choice for an every day white. It's a bit difficult to measure due to the large size of the leaves, but given the overall quality, this isn't a major drawback.

Very light, with a slight fruitiness to it. I like it, but I think my tastes just run more to green teas.

Good. I steep tea so that it becomes a certain color (not by temperature nor minutes). My cup of white peony steeps until it looks like an oolong or a pale black tea and tastes like them. Still on my buy list.

My favorite white tea!! This is my second time ordering it and I'm glad I accidentally bought more than expected. I'm trying not to have it every day so I can make it last. It's very sweet on its own. Full of flavor while still having that light white tea taste.

★★★★★

You're definitely going to want to use at least two heaping teaspoons for this one. I noticed a lot of complaints in the reviews about lack of flavor, and I think that's probably why. I used quite a lot, and the flavor that came through was actually quite strong. It's very lightly floral, with an aftertaste that's almost like a green, but smoother and gentler. Enjoyed it even without sweetener, and I recommend trying it as such before you add some!

★★★★★

I didn't know what to expect with this tea, but I really enjoyed the bags I had. It's a perfect afternoon tea, to help you finish the day strong, without keeping you up all night.

★★★☆☆

I knew that the white peony was going to be a very light white tea, however I didn't realize the taste was going to be almost non-existent. Having never tried peony, but liking most of the other flower flavors very well, I was (at first) excited to try this one.

If you want a really really light white taste, this would be your choice, however, I didn't think this was any different that a plain white tea. Add a little sweetener to it and it's almost like sugar water. It wasn't a bad cup of tea by any means, just more on the light/flavorless side.

I did not enjoy the white peony, it tasted a tad sour to me. I could have possibly been that I improperly brewed it, but I can not confirm since it was from a sample pack.

★★★★★

LOVE IT. A replacement for my standard English breakfast or earl grey, but lighter and with a subtle flowery undertone.

★★★★☆

Not bad, I've been mixing it with tisane to mellow a hibiscus heavy tea

★★★☆☆

Was not as good as other white teas I purchased. A little disappointed. Was just Okay, nothing special.

★★★★★

I love white tea. My usual go-to is white symphony, but sometimes I want a change. when I do, white peony is a good choice. Definitely a good tea for spring and summer.

★★☆☆☆

Bland and flavorless. I was hoping for something more floral.

★★★★★

Bai Mu Dan is my go-to tea when I go out to the local tea house, however it's pricey to buy it by the cup. Because of that, this tea is perfect for my everyday tea drinking. It is light, slightly floral, and delicious.

★★★★★

Great full rich flavor. Makes a lovely ice tea. Good hot as well.

★★☆☆☆

It is very light. The tea doesn't look like the picture at all. There are a lot of old leaves.

This is the first white tea I've purchased from Adagio. I tried the Jasmine Silver Needle when my brother ordered it a while back and it was quite good (big fan of Jasmine teas here), and I'm trying to get a decent variety in my stockpile. The White Peony sounded nice so I decided to give it a whirl. I must say, I was really disappointed with the lack of flavor. The flavor that was there was, indeed, really nice... there just wasn't much of it. It smelled so lovely and sweet. I had such high expectations! I suspect I may not have used enough tea for my brew, so I'll probably update this later. I just need to figure exactly how much to put in!

I love how this white tea smells. It's sweet and mild. As I am new to white teas, I've been experimenting with a few and like this one quite well. I think it will be a great evening mellow tea. I'm drinking this with no sweetener at all and it's perfect.

I really like this! Originally, before I got into loose leaf tea, I drank Twinings White Tea, I liked it so much. I was looking for something that would taste like that but would have all the health benefits of a loose leaf tea. I think white peony comes really close. It's sweet and flavorful, so good! I plan on ordering more soon.

★★★★☆

I never love the first sip, but after that, it's very good.

★★★★★

I was expecting an overpowering floral taste, however I was very wrong. This is a very nice white tea, subtle floral hints and has a sweetness to it. Very good with sugar or sugar crystals.

★★★☆☆

Not the best white I have ever had, but good for the price. Very light.

★★★★★

This tea is bomb diggity, I tell you what boy. hee'heeee boy.

★★★☆☆

This is a light tea that isn't quite as aromatic or flavorful as I expected

★★★★★

The flavor of this tea isn't really strong and is hard to define, seems a little generic. Definitely good though, just not a favorite.

It tastes great. Very light in flavor, and while it tastes on its own, it also blends very well with other teas.

The white peony tea is subtle in flavor and I found that it works well to treat an upset stomach or just soothe you on a hard day.

★★★★☆

Very good tea. I don't usually enjoy white teas very much but this one has changed my views one white teas and I plan on getting it again.

I wish i would have tried another free sample. this stuff was very weak and I'm not sure what in the world enticed me to grab it..

I love white peony and this is a very good one. If you have never tried a really good white tea make this the one you try first.

★★★★☆

A very light and subtle tea, great for a summer afternoon cup of tea.

★★★★★

I love the subtlety this tea has. The sweet refreshing aroma transfers nicely to the same flavor.

★★★★☆

My husband likes this one. we tried it for the first time last month.

★★★★★

Perfect for those who enjoy naturally sweet, floral teas. The floral isn't too overwhelming and overall it's light and refreshing

★★★★☆

A good, mild, reasonably priced white tea. I would buy again.

★★★★★

I've always absolutely loved white peony tea, and this is of excellent quality and has become my everyday tea.
