This tea has more pear scent than pear flavor, but overall, it's a good tea. The white tea is light, but flavorful. The pear flavor's subtlety complements the tea nicely.

I loved the texture of this tea. It was light and subtle, and as the first white tea I've ever tried, I can say that I will definitely be looking into more... However, the strange faux-fruit flavour of this particular blend just wasn't for me. Tasted nothing like a pear in my opinion.

I got a variety of flavored white teas to sample and I've found you really can't go wrong. These are perfect for after dinner when you don't want to load up on caffeine. They area also great iced! The pear specifically is extremely refreshing and doesn't have that artificial taste you get with a lot of pear flavors.
I wish the pear flavor was a little bit stronger, but overall this is a great tea especially over ice.

As much as I love pear flavored things and white tea. This did not do it for me. It has very off taste that sits on the tongue that's not very pleasing at all.

Pear tea is not something I am really familiar with, but it is really interesting. I think this one will be especially good in late summer or early fall.
We drink this after dinner to avoid the caffeine of black tea. You only need one teabag in a small 2 cup pot to produce a very flavorable but mild cup. We put milk in it and it is very soothing and has a great pear taste.
Okay. So this might be my favorite white tea. Just love the pear flavor that stands out without tasting artificial. Note. It's really important not to brew this for too long or it takes away from the pear flavor.
This tea is much better than I expected. It's light and sweet, but not overly fruity, which I was worried about. What I've found is it's fantastic when mixed with Snowbud tea.
The pear doesn't blend as nicely with the tea as some other fruits, it has a slightly strange aftertaste. Maybe the pear is just too mild a flavor for the tea, you can taste it but you have to almost hunt for it.
Similar to other flavored white teas from adagio the scent of the dry tea is almost overwhelming, but it mellows considerably once brewed. The result is a pale gold liquor with a subtle aroma of cooked pears and apple juice. The fruit flavor helps to tone down the usual floral tones of white tea, making for a pleasantly mellow cup.
I'm not sure why everyone hates this tea. I thought it tasted decent with a nice pear taste. Not sure if I could drink this day after day, might be too sweet but it was alright. Worth a try.
Good delicate flavor. Not sure how often I would drink this one as not as good as my favorites like vanilla green

Fantastic white tea! I'm torn between this, white peach and white strawberry being my favorite. White Pear is full of flavor but not overwhelming. I don't add anything to this tea. When at work I tend to get caught up and steep this for quite some time in my travel mug and find it to be very forgiving.

White pear is VERY light and slightly fruity, though I found an almost toasted after taste to it, which I'm not really fond of. I only drink this iced.

This is my favorite white tea! A gentle pear flavor, goes perfectly with dinner with a wide range of dishes. Also soothing for a late night tea. No need to add sugar, a very relaxing tea to unwind with at the end of the day!

pear is maybe a misnomer... there are pieces of apple in the tea, with pear flavoring. when you open the bag, it smells awesome, though not of pears. it smells of apples. when brewed, it smells of apples with a bit of pear, and tastes of peaches... juicy, fresh peaches, but peaches nonetheless. it's good, but not pear-y enough for me.
While this is very tasty and refreshing, it does not smell or taste like pears to me.

REALLY good iced. Perfect summer tea. I've been cold-steeping it in large Mason jars in the fridge and the white tea does beautifully with this method. Fresh, summery, a little sweet, overall pretty darn perfect for what is about to be a very hot summer.

This was one of the first Adadio teas I tried and fell in love. I like the fruity type teas and tend to drink a lot since I started trying the loose leaf teas. I've found several I really love. The White Pear is a wonderfully flavorful, light taste that is refreshing and relaxing.
