I loved this tea. I will definitely buy more of this one. It helped my cramps and headaches.

I loved this tea. I will definitely buy more of this one. It helped my cramps and headaches.
definitely will be ordering again! this is delicious and comforting, especially during that time of the month.
Really delicious tea. It seems to help a bit with my symptoms, too. Mellow and relaxing.
I'm a big fan of the earthy look and sweet smell of this tea, and the relief it provides is pretty good, too (not a fix, but a nice comfort, which is appreciated during such times you're drinking this tea).
I can't believe I've never tried this one. It is really similar to my absolute favorite tea Foxtrot but with a little bit of caffeine. I'll be getting this one again
This tea does its job; it is soothing and comforting, and has the right touch of sweetness. ❤️
Pretty good! Must drink very warm though, once it started to cool - I didn t like it :)
Not really sure if it helped with my time of the month... I ll need to try it at that time again to see!
Coincidentally I got this in the mail during a migraine. While originally purchasing the help ease cramps, I feel this is just what I needed for my migraine. Definitely helped me feel better and the taste was very nice. Not overpowering, just right
Good herbal option with a ton of great ingredients -- well rounded blend.
Nice subtle flavor that relieves some tension! I would recommend!
This is one of my favourites. I love to drink this late at night when I don't want to have any caffeine.
Love the flavor of this one and really seemed to help with my symptoms.
love this, my go-to health tea. anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-viral.
The flavors are great. Very relaxing and soothing.
Relax with this flavor on a chilly, rainy day. Goes great with a plain NY cheesecake with no topping.
I was skeptical at first, but I’ve found that this tea actually helps a lot! I’ve given it to friends as gifts. Would highly recommend.
This is a light and comforting tea. Warms your insides and eases muscle cramps.
warm, cozy, and comforting. I'm skeptical how much it's actually helped with cramps and other symptoms for me, but I tend to be in pain even after multiple otc pain meds, so that's quite possibly more a testament to how powerful my cramps are than anything else. But it's still a delightful tea that's great for curling up on the couch with a heating pad.
Love this one! I have not tried it for cramps but as far as flavor goes, it's very nice. The raspberry aroma of the leaf smelled like it might not come through as much in the taste of the brew but it's actually pretty strong, and the little hint of jasmine is a nice touch.
This tea is so amazing!!! I highly recommend this tea.
Drinking this is very helpful, and luckily it also tastes good too. (Don t judge my review by the display name, you don t know me.)
Second time I ve bought this tea. Works great for cramps during that unpleasant time.
Great comfort tea for me, and just tasted great for my partner to have some too
I didn't care for this tea at all. I didn't get any relief from it and the only thing that I could taste at all was the chamomile. Maybe I had a bad batch. The chamomile tasted okay, but not at all what I was expecting.
This blend has a lovely, strong berry scent, and oddly reminds me of Fruit by the Foot! Once brewed, it has a satisfying, detailed flavor, and even the re-brew has enough taste.
Very helpful with bloating! I felt comfort and relaxed while drinking it.
I wasn't sure at first how well I would like the red tent, as I usually drank just raspberry leaf but it was a pleasant surprise. The flavor is rich and smooth, herbal but not weedy. I've been drinking it enough to feel that it really does help more than raspberry leaf alone. It's not a super dramatic difference, but enough to notice. Like plain raspberry leaf, this blend is also good cold.
I don't know what it is about this tea--I have a difficult time smelling it. Granted, my smell has been sensitive lately. I will update in a few months.
Did not notice any immediate relief from the medicinal aspects of the tea, but a pleasant, herbal aroma and taste.
Strong herbal with dominate chamomile taste. The flavor is something to get used to if your don't drink a lot of herb heavy teas but the health benefits are very nice.
Relieves monthly discomfort including bloating. I have some at work and now a bag for home!
The raspberry leaves come through nicely in this one. I'm not sure if it's doing anything to help with Shark Week, but I love it either way.
I didn’t enjoy this tea. It didn’t smell how I expected and tasted too earthy.
This tea is perfect for that time of the month. It is a strong herbal tea with a mild rooibos base that is combined with slightly floral and strong raspberry notes. I honestly expected a more medicinal taste, however I was pleased to find this tea was actually very enjoyable while also helping soothe an angry stomach and muscles. Definitely a tea that I will continue to keep in my stash!
Seems to help when I need it to, and it definitely tastes good, although a bit more fruity than I expected, and something in it leaves an odd aftertaste.
Love the way the flavors meld. Mild tea that I like to sweeten a little sometimes.
This didn't really do much for me. I did not care for the flavor much
This tea isn't bad, but it's not great either. When I'm on period I can be super sensitive, so when the water hit the leaves for this tea the scent was a bit overwhelming, but the taste was actually more subtle which I'm glad for. It did not do a lot for my nausea or other symptoms do. Maybe it would be better for me on a more severe or less severe day.
This was a really tasty blend... Just a great mix of flavors. However, I don't think it helped at all with any of my 'monthly' symptoms. But it was still nice to drink!
It's a great mix of herbal, floral, and spice. Very mellow and I'm digging it, especially because I have a cold right now.
My wife likes to use this tea when she is cramping or not feeling well. I think it has a great taste that is chamomile forward.
Pretty fruity smell. I'm still not sure if I think this helps.
Slightly sweet, herbal, and comforting. I like it with honey. Not sure if it helped with PMS symptoms, but I enjoy the taste and will keep trying it.
I like this tea. It doesn't have any knockout flavors but the blend is nice. I've tried other teas for that time and they have been pretty medicinal tasting.
I was surprised at how pronounced the raspberry flavor was among the other ingredients. This is one of the teas I prefer to take straight and hot, and that’s saying something since I love adding honey, milk, or lemon to my teas to enhance the flavors. The fennel in this reminds me of the tea my parents used to make to help with stomach pains and digestion. Not sure how this helps with the monthly problem since my package came in a couple of days after my cramping cleared, but I will look into it next month. Regardless of that, I will definitely order more because it’s a decent tea to drink whenever.
Nice fruity flavor quite similar to the honeybush wild berry blend
This is my go-to tea every night. The fragrance is amazing and the flavors are a wonderful blend of herb and sweet.
The other ingredients really help mellow out the bitterness of the raspberry leaf.
It is a delicious blend of herbal and fruity flavors
This tea far exceeded my expectations. Not only does it taste quite pleasant, it just makes you feel better all over. I would definitely keep this on hand for all the ladies of the house!
