Drinking this for afternoon tea time is a splendid idea.

Not enough substance. Would like it quite a bit stronger.

My employee and I both had heartburn one day and each drank a cup of Happy Belly. Within about 15 minutes, our heartburn was gone!
We have customers who buy this to keep around for upset stomach and one that drinks it everyday to help with her stomach issues.

I was hoping this would really help my stomach feel better but I cannot see much of a difference after drinking it. It’s tastes nice but had little effect on my belly.

A great tea to help with day-to-day tummy troubles. Mild flavor.

★★★★☆

I could honestly drink this all day. It’s wonderful. I have frequent stomach problems and it works better than most others I’ve tried to alleviate some of the less pleasant tummy complaints.

★★★★☆

Got this for a friend who gets a lot of stomach problems. He said it tasted pretty good and even helped calm his stomach down a bit. But, the tea got a kind of weird flavor once it had cooled off. So drink it hot and drink it fast.

The flavor is inoffensive: light, not too herbal or medicinal. But it certainly works! A nice tea to keep on hand in case you need it.

My friend told me about Happy Belly. I tried it and really liked it. I have a sensitive stomach and it really helped. My daughter also tried it and likes it iced. It does help settle your stomach and has a great flavor!

A nice cup of tea - Great light flavor. Will order again.

★★★★☆

I’m a huge fan of liquorice root and thats the only reason I got this tea. I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed it. I ended up drinking through my sample in only two days.

Definitely makes me feel better, but not as tasty as some 'happy belly' teas I've tried. Super comforting, in any case, and a little honey goes a long way.

★★★★☆

Interesting flavor, and I definitely noticed that it helped me with my digestion. Excited to try Adagio's other wellness teas!

Due to surgery a few years ago, I often have issues with my stomach & digestion. This tea soothes even my cantankerous cranky belly! Lovely sweet notes of anise with a background of ginger and pu’erh make this a tasty tea as well as a medicinal one. Love it!

Ordered sample. Liked the flavor and felt great after enjoying this tea. Will reorder.

I'm not quite sure I understand what is going on with this tea's flavor; but it's licorice-y and only mildy caffeinated, which is nice for the late afternoon slump.

I tasted a lot of anise in this tea, I don't mind since I like the taste of licorice. But I was weirdly ambivalent with this tea's flavor overall. I wasn't expecting anything mindblowing since I bought it for the health benefits. And while I'd try it again, it might not be for a while.

Love this new tea. I haven't used it for medicinal purposes but it is quite enjoyable for a relaxing treat.

★★★★★

this is the perfect tea to ease bloating. it also helps me relax.

★★★★☆

I enjoyed this tea. It doesn’t taste too strongly of spice, in fact I would actually brew it longer to get a more pronounced spiciness. It is very relaxing and the licorice really adds to the flavor.

This tea isn t bad, but it s not good either. Just very bland.

★★★★☆

Definitely a medicinal-tasting, licorice-heavy tea so if that s not your thing, I would avoid this. I can t speak to its effects on digestion but it does feel quite soothing to drink.

★★★★☆

Not bad. I didn't love the flavor but it was all right. This tea had a real impact on my digestive system...

★★★★★

This tastes delicious and my belly is very happy now.

★★★★★

I tried this tea when I was actually having some stomach troubles and ,wow, it really helped. The flavor was light and most of the taste I got was of licorice, but later I realized that was probably best when I had an upset stomach. Perfect for calming whatever is aching your belly.

★★★★★

Helped my a lot since gall bladder surgery leaves me witha sour stomach sometime

It's definitely a medicinal blend, though the flavor is more licorice than anything else. If that's your jam, you'll like this. I'm not the biggest fan of aniseed/licorice, and I knew that going into this, so I'm rating this tea as if I did like licorice. Minus one star for adding pu-erh tea, though--I would think that a blend like this would want to stay as far away as possible from caffeine. I'll have to give it a try the next time I feel queasy.

Not as sweet as many other teas, definitely more medicinal-tasting, but fantastic for when you are feeling sick!
