I inhale essential oils over a hot bowl, so for me this was not super intense, but still feels a bit medicinal. Great for its purpose, but would not be a go-to sipper if I didn’t need the magical properties…. Definitely opens up your sinuses but won’t sting your eyeballs.

Doesn’t taste great but I wasn’t going for flavor. I added some ginger honey and it was good. I honestly felt like it helped open up my chest and gave some temporary relief to my cough.

This is my go to tea during spring allergy season. It calms my cough and soothes my lungs. The taste was a bit different at first. I've gotten used to the taste and it works.

This tea is amazing!! First sign of a cough or congestion and I brew a cup. Within minutes of drinking, I feel so much better! I sent some to a friend who couldn't get rid of a pesky cough, and afterwards the cough was gone.

I found this to you. Very helpful, especially if I add extra spearmint or peppermint to it

This is a good sick tea for me, definitely try to stick to the brew time. This has potential for second or third rebrew of the same leaves. It smells good, tastes good, and is the cure for a little sinus issue!

This has turned into my daily night time tea. It has kicked the ick I’d been fighting for about two months after about a week of daily drinking. I can’t sleep without it now and have to buy a huge bag. Is absolutely delicious mixed with foxtrot.

Wouldnt drink it very often but it serves its purpose. Its a very a medicinal tea with strong eucalyptus, mint, and cinnamon notes. Opened up the nasal passages.

Not medical advice because I'm not a doctor. but when I take this with speedy recovery, moringa and aloe Vera tea, mixed together, and a low carb diet it has been helping me keep my blood sugars low.

I have asthma and I got this tea thinking if nothing else it will taste good. I actually noticed a difference while drinking it! It has a pleasant relaxing smell and I would definitely recommend it for drinking it if you need to breathe a little better.

Congested no more! Does not work instantly unfortunately but with time, you will be breathing better.

This tea really works. I have a touch of asthma and lots of chest tightening due to allergies. This tea opens everything up so breathing is much easier. It has a lovely minty taste that goes down easy. I hope to always keep some in supply in my tea cupboard.

I first tasted this one when a neighbor brought me a bag bc I was getting sinus stuffy. I first could taste licorice and fennel, which weren't my fav, but I was won over by the citrus and mint notes. I will be keeping this in stock as it did ease my sinus issues.

Bought for my mom and she loves it. She has trouble with asthma and this tea helps calm her coughing fits down.

I was a little skeptical about the idea that this tea would help me breathe better, but I'll admit that even though I wasn't congested when I drank it this evening, it did seem like I was breathing a bit better afterwards. I may have to get some to try when I am congested due to my allergies! The taste was a bit like drinking a dinner seasoning mix, but a packet of splenda helped even it out a bit.

I had to do this one later than usual but it was absolutely perfect! I opened it and went oh its a great tea to.inwind and drink. Absolutely phenomenal

This tea has a very persona when opened. I have used it in the past and it helped clear up my breathing from a cold. It is tasty along with helpful.

I am going to have to make this blend a staple in my tea reserves! Drinking it feels very relaxing and clarifying and would make a nice cup before bedtime or fighting an ailment. The peppermint notes are the most prominent, but are not overpowering and become more mild as the cup cools as you drink!

This one is a hard one to rate for me as I have to rate it for it's use rather than how much I actually like it. I think this one certainly has a place as a 'feel better' tea and were I feeling under the weather I would not turn down a cup, but I would never just reach for this one on a whim. So I drank this one hot with nothing added as is my usual. While hot I really felt like this I was just a peppermint tea with not a ton else going on despite the lengthy ingredient list. As it started to cool down to a warm cup though the ginger, cinnamon, and fennel seed took over and almost wiped the peppermint flavor out completely. It was interesting the spicy bite on the tip of the tongue after each sip as it cooled. I don't think I can identify mullein or schisandra, but I think lemongrass was primarily a very subtle background note here. Glad I sampled, but not one I will keep on hand as I think minty comfort is the only tea in that grouping that I need. 212° 5 min

I didn't even realize I wasn't breathing at 100% until I had this tea. The citrus and liquorice flavors warmed and cleared my chest and sinuses right up! I think I've been suffering from seasonal allergies without realizing it! I may have to order a good amount of this tea for the upcoming winter season.

I would have to be very sick... or having breathing issues, to consider drinking this again. Mint is just not my cup of tea.

(05/28/25) Andrea: Wonderful wellness tea. Great for colds and spring allergies. Especially nice with some of the honey for herbals. Give it a long hot steep for best results.
(09/12/25) Lynn: Remember, this is a medicinal tea. As such, it probably won't taste good if you're perfectly healthy. This CT packet came just in time for a bad cold though and tastes/feels great.

Ginger and clove scent. Nice pepperminty base. Pretty good herbal, nicely spiced. Definitely tastes like a 'health tea'. Nice ginger flavor.

CommuniTEA sample: 5 min @ 212 F. This tea has a lot of different ingredients in it, but they do all come together. Sweet, herbal, a little medicinal, a little spicy but overall very enjoyable! The aroma is very strong, and I can easily see how that could help ease breathing and be a pleasant scent if suffering from some congestion. The peppermint gives it a nice, heavy body, and the lemongrass and orange bring out some nice, tart, fruity flavors. I really like how the ginger and cinnamon add a hint of spice, as well. I was able to get two very flavorful infusions out of it!

I HATE licorice! I mean to the point of i even find alternatives to any recipe needing anise! BUT, this tea is SOOO good! LOVE the combinations with mint and eucalyptus in it. Just got it so don't know how it will help but I will definitely keep it stocked!

Adagio’s Breathe Well herbal tea is a soothing, caffeine-free blend designed to support respiratory wellness. Infused with ingredients like mullein, eucalyptus, peppermint, and ginger—traditionally known for their lung-supportive properties—it offers a refreshing minty-citrus flavor that pairs beautifully with a touch of honey. Highly recommended.

Good flavor, but didn't seem as effective as my usual go-to throat relief tea (not from Adagio). Not worth a repurchase from that aspect.
