I bought this tea for a specific reason. This tea helps me relax and fall asleep quicker. I sometimes mix it with the plain chamomile and that works great. The flavor is a little 'herbish' but for a nighttime tea it works. I also let it steep for at least 7 minutes or more (I sometimes let it steep for 15 min) Hope this review helps. You can buy this in the small sample size (which is what I did at first) as an addition to your regular order to see if you like it without spending a lot of money for the bigger size.

Even the smell of this tea is relaxing. The perfect way to distress and wind down at the end of the day. Much better than the sleepy time tea I used to drink, very comforting flavor.
This is one of my favorite teas. It has a strange smell to it, but it tastes great. I drink it to unwind, especially after stressful days, and it really does its job. It helps relax me and helps me fall asleep much faster than I would on my own.
It’s a great tea. I really love the taste but me and honeybush do not get along well. It makes my whole body itch. I couldn’t sleep because of that so it was a little pointless. I am not going to be re-ordering unless my children like it enough to ask for it.

Gotta admit, I was skeptical at first. Turns out this tea was a perfect way to start winding down. This tea might not be for everyone but it is definitely worth a try.

This tea was amazing. After a long hard day of work I sipped of this and within 15-20 minutes I was relaxed enough to drift off to sleep. I’m glad I ordered a tin to last me a while.

I buy this particular varietal from a shop and love it. This was my first purchase online from Adagio. The packaging was great and when I opened the bag the smell was AMAZING! It was the freshest tea I had ever purchased. After I made the tea, the flavors were more intense than I had ever had. I’m highly satisfied!
I enjoy the tea. The only thing I do not like is the slight mint flavor. I am not a fan of mint. With that being said, it doesn't overpower the rest of the blend.

usually don't like very flowery tea but this one was pretty good, not sure about how well it helped me sleep though.
This is a really nice bedtime tea that doesn't taste too bitter or grassy, but also isn't too sweet. It's very smooth, I've found, especially in comparison to some plain cheap bagged chamomile teas out there, which I think can be almost chalky. The mint isn't too overpowering either. Everything in a nice balance.
Great bedtime tea. Only negative aspect about the tea is the smell. Reminded me of a pair of dirty socks. Won't stop me from continuing to drink this tea though.
Chamomile really dominates this one for me, and I m not a chamomile fan.

Omg this is amazing. Good minty flavor and it really did make me sleepy! I figured it would relax me but seeing as I cant sleep without sleep meds I never expected the tea to knockout me!

This is delicious. I will probably have to order a bag or a tin when I can. It reminds me of a flavor from a celestial brand except better tasting and more cost efficient per cup.
Really nice mellow sleep tea, I like that the lavender cuts through the bitterness camomile can sometimes produce.
This is pretty potent stuff! I really enjoyed the tea - it was fruity while being reminiscent of regular chamomile.
Interesting flavor but appeared to lack depth. It just didn't satisfy like other blends.

I first got this tea in the adorable purple tin, and it's a good nighttime tea. It's something a little different and more complex than straight chamomile. I also drink it during the afternoon if I want something soothing. We now buy the big 16 oz bag to have it on hand.
This is a great sleepy time blend. We gave it to some guests that were suffering from jet lag/time difference, and it ensured a comfortable night's rest!
A tad minty for my dollar, but it's not too strong, has a nice herbal flavor, and I'll tack on an extra star if it does make me sleep better.

One of the best sleep blends I've ever had. Reading the ingredients, I was skeptical because I didn't know if the flavors would even work together. However, when I tasted it I was delighted in the unique flavor it has.
Calming and perfect for night time. I prefer this hot with no milk or sweetener.
This one really does seem to help me sleep. I especially love it with a bit of honey.
