This cup/infuser set is perfect. The infuser is quite large so it helps the leaves to truly expand. The bottom is solid, and this may seem odd to some. I don't find it an issue at all. All you need to do is just tilt it a little once you pull it up and you will get all of the tea out.
I bought this infuser cup as a gift for my grandmother and she is really enjoying it. For her (age 84) it seemed more practical than using a tea pot.
Really great item. The infuser makes it easy to use different amount of water depending on how much tea I want, as well as resteeping. The lid works great as a tray for the infuser. I have started my collection in different colors!
