This is my second cup of this variety. I bought a second cup for work when corporate told us we needed to go back to the office five days a week. It’s versatile and reduces my need for a steeper, tea holder and cup. It’s a three for one.
I asked my daughter if she wanted a cup with infuser. She chose the black.
I've been using this cup for about 2 weeks now, and it has quickly become my favorite tea mug. I love that the infuser basket is far more versatile (compared to the ones that come with the double wall printed cups) and can fit nearly any cup in my cupboard. The lid also sits nice and secure over the mouth of the cup, keeping my cup nice and warm until I can sit to enjoy it. The only (minor) negative is that the infuser can be a bit difficult to clean between uses if the tea is still wet, but that's a drawback I can live with.
One of my favorite type of cups. Very thick cup, easy to hold, Filter does not leak everywhere when you put it on the counter.

I love the way this one is set up in comparison the some of the other mugs without a handle. The filter is also easier to empty and clean.

Its Easy to use and so easy to put away I love it.
Works well, although the lid gets hot if you leave it on while seeping and you may have to use an oven mitt to remove it

This cup is a dream! I really like the handle on the infuser and the lid which keeps the tea hot while brewing and then serves as a coaster. The cup is the perfect size for a delightful tea repast and it looks nice too!

Nice overall. The cup looks good and feels substantial, the infuser is very big and roomy, and the lid is a nice touch. My (small) complaints are that the infuser has a solid bottom, which means you have to tilt it for it to drain completely after lifting it out. Also, my cup came with several imperfections, which isn't a big deal, but should be noted. Would still recommend.
I love this cup. I use it every day and then throw it in the dishwasher. The cover is perfect for the strainer. I can even leave my spoon inside and it does not tip over.
It's an alright cup. I don't like that the bottom of the infuser is solid.

Convenient, solid, and the dual-purpose lid/coaster is handy. The only downside is that I do find that the bits and pieces tend to cling to the mesh which can complicate cleaning. This is especially the case with teas that have fine bits (e.g., chamomile).

I love this cup. The cover is great with its weight, I don’t worry about it slipping and falling off when I carry it from the kitchen to the living room. It fits well in my hand is well balanced in the different ways I hold it.

I love the cup itself, but I don't like that the infuser has a solid bottom.
A nice set. Good for both people new to loose leaf or experienced. Makes a great gift. I m used to larger mugs, but this still holds a nice average 12oz. Just be mindful of taking the infuser out, since it has a metal tongue (which can get hot), and a solid bottom (just give it a lil tip over the mug before setting aside).

The holes are not big enough to allow the tea leaves to sleep through. Lid is perfect to place the infuser on when you are done.
I absolutely love these mugs. I enjoy them so much I’ve gotten them as gifts for people who I generally make tea for. The infuser is great, the lid keeps the tea at the right temperature for steeping and then keeps the counter/table from getting dirty. I ordered one as part of a gift set that broke during shipping but they replaced it quickly.
These cups are wonderful gifts, especially when introducing people to loose leaf tea. I include on any time i sent a tea gift if I am not sure the recipient has an infuser
The infuser is very roomy, and the cup seens to hold the temperature well as the tea steeps. Great for the times that you only want 1 or 2 cups instead of an entire pot.
This is a wonderful mug because it has a super lid that can go on top to steep the tea, then be used either as a coaster for the mug, or to hold the infuser once it is removed. The infuser is solidly built, it is one piece and large. It will not come apart on you. The only thing I am not thrilled with is that the bottom of the infuser is not an open mesh, so you have to tilt the thing to make sure to remove all the tea as you lift it up and out of the mug. The feel of the mug and lid though, make up for all that. It is comfortable to hold, and holds a good amount of tea (12 oz).
I need to add that I LOVE this infuser, and have used it almost every day with other cups and tea pots. The screen on it is small, so it works fairly well with the rooibos teas. It also is deep, so the dry tea really gets immersed in whatever cup or tea pot you place it into. I HIGHLY recommend this great infuser, besides, If you are like me, you can't have enough of these as you go from tea to tea throughout the day. So glad I bought this!
