Great idea, but what a mess. Too many times the filter dislodged; water everywhere and tea leave in my cup. Third time I made a mess, I returned this to the company. Their return service was excellent. Not worth the trouble though.
This teapot looks great aesthetically and makes just the right amount (about two and a half cups). The only problem is the dripping spout. However, for this price it's a steal.

Perfect teapot for 1-2 people. Keeps tea warm long enought to drink. My only wish is that the infuser basket was a finer mesh
Holds about 2-3 cups, works great if you're pouring all of the cups as soon as the steeping is done. If you want to only pour one cup and take the basket out so as to not oversteep the remainder, then good luck removing it without burning your fingers.
This teapot is the perfect size and price. I recommend this to all of my friends.
The good thing about this is it's easy to microwave to heat up the water. I don't use the screen, instead I just use the fillable tea bags sold here that makes the cleaning a lot easier.
I'm thrilled to have a teapot finally. This teapot holds about 3 cups, which is perfect for my boyfriend and I. The infuser catches almost all of the leaves and allows for expansion of the leaves when wet. It keeps the tea warm while brewing and you can remove the infuser to prevent overbrewing. Easy to clean.
I love this teapot. I bought it because it has the best price I've seen for a tea pot with a wire mesh filter and its capacity.

I use these personal tea pot all the time. It makes 2 to 3 cups of tea depending on the size of my cup. if I use a regular tea cup, 3 cups is easily acheived.

I bought 2! One for my desk and one for home. I love it! Sturdy and durable, and does great in the microwave, too. At home boiling water is no problem, but at work it's great to have the teapot that is not plastic and will hold up in the microwave. Highly recommended!

I love it! Not only does it look nice, it's very functional. The basket leaves plenty of room for tea leaves to unfold releasing all of that delicious flavor and aroma. The lid stays in place while pouring. It looks smaller than it actually is. I get 2-3 good sized cups out of it. It's the perfect size for me while I'm at work. I make a pot in the morning which lasts me until lunch time. Then I make another pot to get me through the rest of the day. This pot and the utiliTea kettle make a perfect team!
This is an excellent size. It makes 2 large cups of tea, perfect for the morning. There are two things about it that make it less than perfect: it is dificult to tell when you've put in the right amount of water, and the spout drips.

We received a personaliTEA pot as a gift almost two years ago and loved it. We used it all the time. I purchased another as a gift for a friend and today will be ordering another for ourselves because after two years it finally broke! But for $9 you can't go wrong. Wonderful way to make tea for two.
This is a perfect little teapot if you're just starting out. I love it because it's great for just myself, and also if I have company because I can make up to three cups! It's also a nice decorative piece for the kitchen! And it really does keep the tea warm for a while! I LOVE IT!

This is a good size for a single person. It will make enough for me to have a cup before I leave for work and leave enough for me to take a cup with me. I really enjoy it.
What a fantastic value! This teapot is very high quality, it looks great, and it functions flawlessly. I was very impressed with the infuser for two reasons:
1. It didn't let leaves into my tea
2. It reaches all the way to the bottom of the pot (so you don't have to make more than one cup at a time)

A little too big for one or sometimes even two people. We usually only have 1 or 2 cups each (my wife and I), and so we usually prefer steeping a single serving of tea in seperate cups. You need at least 2-3 cups of tea in the teapot to reach the tea in the infusing basket.

It's practical and stylish. It's the perfect size for sipping a pot of tea on your own (at work etc). At this great price I probably shouldn't complain, but the spout design is a little drippy. Still, I'm happy with the purchase.

i have many teapots and i have to say that this pot is one of the coolest little pots ive seen, it pours very smoothly and is very attractive sitting on my shelves.
I really enjoy this teapot and I love how easy it is to clean up. I also love how durable it is. I've banged things against it and not a single crack or chip has appeared. I do wish it was slightly bigger though, it says it makes 3 cups but I've never gotten more than 2 mugs out of it.
I had checked to gift wrap this, since it's for a grab bag - but I couldn't help myself! I tore off the paper and took it out. I'm so excited! This teapot is just PERFECT. I almost want to keep it for myself and buy another one for the grab bag, but it will have to wait until after Christmas. Maybe I'll even win it back in the grab. I don't know, I'm certainly thinking about it! I bought the holiday sampler to go with it!
