This teapot seems to be pretty much what you'd expect. It definitely gets the job done for a cup or two, and I like how the top doesn't fall out when I'm pouring.
just what i was looking for. but for me it only makes 2 cups but it dose its job
I use this teapot all the time. I drink a lot more tea now becuase this teapot makes it so easy to do so.
This teapot is excellent. An issue I have with my other one is a poorly designed spout. The peronaliTEA teapot pours well with little dripping issues like my other pot. What is perhaps lacking is selection of color. Beyond that, it is a great teapot for a great price. ALso, the brewing basket is nice and large allowing plenty of room for infusion.
I love my teapot so much I named her Rosalind. There's something very satisfying about the heft and solid feel of this pot. When properly christened and cosied, tea stays hot for upwards of an hour and I didn't have any of the problems with the infuser basket that some others seem to have. I'm far from a connesseur on such matters but my only problem is that I'd love to take her on the road when I travel but fear she'd get broken in my luggage.
I don't like this as much as my IngenuiTea (which I love, love, love). The plus side is that you can make more tea (though I could do that if I bought the larger IngenuiTea, too). Maybe I'm a klutz, but the downside for me is that I can't get it to pour without dribbling all over. The filter is a little more tricky to clean than the IngenuiTea, too. It's really pretty though.
It does it's job, and doesn't spill much. It is a good all purpose tea pot.
A pretty much perfect one-to-two cup teapot. As others have stated, the infuser will let the really small stuff through, but I actually like that (gives the tea more character).
This is a perfect , personal teapot. I use it every night. The infuser holds even my tiniest leaves.

Don't hesitate, you need one of these! This is an amazing price for an elegant little teapot, the perfect size for one or two people. The strainer is perfect, and the handle really does stay cool. Mine came with a little plastic thing around the spout, maybe a drip catcher? I didn't know if it was supposed to be removed or not...I removed it and it works fabulously, I'm sure it would be fine if you left it on, too. I gave one as a gift too, and my friend was absolutely delighted (and if you're giving one away, for this price and quality level you may as well pick one up for yourself too).

I love tea and have a few different teapots, but what I was still missing was a good single-person, simple teapot that was both functional and cute. The personaliTEA teapot fits the bill perfectly. I loved the recessed lid, and the handle feels strong and sturdy, whereas often ceramic or glass teapots have weak handles that I'm afraid of breaking. The clean white ceramic also adds an elegant touch to a nicely priced little gift. I just got it, so hopefully it will last me for a long time to come!

A well designed teapot. Keeps it's contents nice and warm, makes about two cups with the second cup at just the right temperature after enjoying the first. The wire mesh does a good job of keeping the tea in the basket, a few small bits get through but that's normal even for tea bags. I was pleased at the price point of this, well worth it.
Ah! I have been experimenting with tea since about two years ago, and this is by far the best infuser I've had. It is affordable, and the design is very pleasing to the eye. Holds just enough for two cups of tea (I'm having a friend over to help me with a pot of honeybush vanilla later!). The holes are small enough in the infuser basket that the leaves of my favorite tea, roobois, don't escape. My only complaint is that the spout does drip a bit, and by the time I finish one cup, the other cup has gone lukewarm.
I love this teapot. I received one as a gift and within an hour of opening and using it I ordered one as a gift for a friend. I was impressed that it came with an infuser (many pots I've purchased do not) and even more impressed that the teapot itself has a sort of straining mechanism built it -- tea flows from the pot to the spout through small holes. This detail doesn't do much at all when you're using the infuser, but it's still a very nice detail, especially considering the price.
Such a cute teapot, and so economical to boot! I use it every day and it's actually perfect for me (I'll make a pot of green or red tea and drink most of it). It's easy to clean, the mesh filter is of great quality and keeps most of the tea leaves out (agree that some red tea bits will get through, but this doesn't bother me), and also keeps the tea nice and warm. The lid doesn't spill unless you really tip it over upside down (obviously). I just love this teapot - highly recommended!!
This teapot is great, and not just because of it's fantastically low price. It holds enough tea for two coffee cups with each infusion. For work, that exactly what I need. I can fill it up with the hot spout on our water cooler and enjoy two cups of tea over the next 45 minutes or so. It's easy to hold, reasonably easy to clean, and comes with a very effective rubber attachment to prevent drips when you poor it. The only downer is that the lid dips down a little too far into the pot, meaning you have to be careful not to fill too high, or putting the lid on will lead to a spill. I've already bought 1 for myself and 3 as gifts.

Love it! Bought one for my family and one for my mom for Christmas. Great price for a great little pot. For brewing a couple of cups - this is perfect. Not a large pot, but for two people I couldn't ask for more. Stays warm a long time, is a nice heavy material - just great!
Just the right size for tea-for-one. The lid doesn't fall off when you pour, the spout doesn't dribble, and it's easy to clean.
I'm not going to lie, I think this teapot is ADORABLE! The infuser works pretty well, but can be a little warm when you take it out, but other than that this is a very great buy.

Love this teapot! It is so nice with the mesh insert and flat top lid. I like the fact that the mesh insert is made for the teapot and does a good job of keeping 98% of the leaves out of the tea. The flat lid doesn't fall off while pouring. Be careful not to overfill as the lid sits down inside the teapot.
Great for just making a cup or two at a time. My only complaint would be that some of the smaller leafed teas (like rooibos) tend to get stuck in the infuser basket mesh.
I bought one for myself when I started drinking tea, and just got another for a friend. It makes the perfect amount for one person to drink in a long sitting, or enough for two people to each have a cup. A really quality teapot, and a ridiculous bargain at Adagio's price.
I love the look of my personalitea teapot and I love the fact that it has a basket for the tea leaves, but I do wish that the it kept the tea a bit hotter.
I mostly use this teapot for white, green, or greener oolong teas and I use a cast-iron teapot for darker oolongs and black teas. I don't mind getting a little green/white tea in my teacup, and this pot strains most of the tea but every now and then a leaf will come through. If that's a big issue for you, maybe try another pot.

I love my teapot and use it almost everyday. I wanted to comment to those who have difficulty with the infuser coming up, I had this happen a few times and I figured out that I was pouring the hot water in too fast. Once I started to pour the water in slowly...I have not had that happen again. This teapot is great and I tell my friends about it and have ordered three more to use as Christmas gifts this year. Perfect little teapot. The mesh infuser is super fine, so very few leaves get through, it's just the right size for one person, and it's a cinch to clean. I'd recommend this to anyone who's the sole tea-drinker in their house, like I am!
This is such a cute little teapot! I've been trying to avoid plastic lately and this is a very stylish way to do so. (Sorry but stainless steel just isn't very pretty) It does get pretty hot around the outside but the important part is that the handle stays cool. It holds a good amount of water so I can make plenty of tea or enough for myself.
