Cute teapot!! Perfect for two people!! It's cute to leave out as a decoration too. It come with a metal filter that's handy!!

The packing for the teapot and cups was exceptionally great; I could see that they took great care with the fragile items and made everything easily recyclable. LOVE the entire set! The spout did not drip at all. The cups are smart looking and big enough for my husband (who is not keen on anything too delicate, small or 'ladies tea' looking). The lid does not fall out even when I poured the last drop of tea out. You don't need to use the infuser unless you want to; I put loose tea right into the tea pot to steep and the holes inside the pot at the spout effectively prevented any big tea leaves from landing in my cup. This is now my go-to teapot.

Update: Have bought this at least 3 times. It's a favorite!
Bought this to replace an older version of this pot. My mother especially likes using this with one of Adagios basket infusers. So glad it was still available!

Was in need of a more basic teapot aside from my china I reserve for tea parties, this will sit nicely on my work desk so I can enjoy it for myself, i should have gotten one a long time ago!

Nice little starter teapot. The filter basket sits low so you can infuse smaller cups of tea rather than having to fill the entire thing. no issues with it so far.

I just love these little cups.. They are perfect for my afternoon tea.I am slowly collecting a lot of the different colors to mix and match depending on my mood or the season.

This is not actually about this white teapot, since I never ordered nor received one. What I DID order, and for some reason cannot write a review for, was a personaliTEA replacement infuser for the red pot I already had. The infuser came unwrapped, loose in the packing box, and was completely crushed. The wire mesh cannot be straightened out for use. This is only a $3 item and just getting a replacement sent would have been fine. HOWEVER, Adagio has not responded at all to my email of 9 days ago requesting a replacement for the crushed product. I included my order info and photos of the useless infuser. I have been pleased with the other products I've gotten from Adagio, but am beginning to understand why so, so many people have rated their customer service as terrible and non-responsive. Adagio has just lost a good repeat customer over a $3 problem because they simply chose to ignore it.

I bought this as a gift then I bought me one in pink It is made well the tea strainer inside makes it so easy and fun to use

Beautiful tea-pot! It is larger than I expected and I am so glad it is. I would love to collect all the colors, but first I will get the matching tea cups.

Love the cups and use them all the time with matching teapot.

Perfect size for one or two people. Cute design. The pot and the infuser it came with had no defects.

Cute small pot, easy to use and clean. I'm thinking of getting one or two more as a way to share multiple teas once people can visit again.

A good teapot for the price. The diffuser lets some of the smaller pieces slip, and the spout drips a bit (though the latter problem is easily solved by not filling the teapot up completely). Next time, I'll be buying it in pink!

The shape of it allows it to hold a lot of tea, which I appreciate. The lid doesn t fit quite as closely as I might prefer, but that doesn t cause any problems during use. The appearance is simple, clean, and classic, which is exactly what I was looking for to compliment my existing teacups. I could see myself perhaps getting other colors in the future. I got an extra brewing basket, which arrived a little crumpled from transit, but it it returned to the right shape with a little coaxing.

Sturdy and affordable tea ware. The filter basket is nice too.

People often neglect their most basic of tea gear, the pot. The PersonaliTEA teapot is as ubiquitous as your neighborhood Asian restaurant and yet my most used vessel for my daily cups. This the perfect size for brewing a liter of iced tea, or for brewing enough for two or three. At about 22 oz. it is the perfect amount to fill a thermos for a day at the office. Easy to clean and the glazed interior is always ready for your next favorite tea regardless of what was brewed in it before. The only knock I have is that it isn't available in a cobalt blue.

This is the perfect little teapot for one! You can use smaller tea cups with it if you like which adagio provides, however, this two cup pot is perfect for one person who wants to get back to their book, and have a little top off after the first cup. :)

These teapots are so classic and beautiful. They were packaged well also.

I love this teapot and have it in several colors. It is the right size for one person or for brewing different teas in different pots when you have company.

I have purchased the white teapot and cups. The teapot and cups do retain heat really well. I would suggest pouring in warm water in both for a bit, and then discarding the water before brewing in order to warm the teaware. The teapot does dribble a bit when pouring, so it would be recommended to have a paper towel with you to wipe the dribble after pouring. I would also recommend using two hands when pouring tea out of the pot, the lid may not sit properly if you take the steeping basket out. This set is good for people wanting their first teapot and cups, or if you don't want to bring out your nice teasets.

I only bought the extra infuser you can get with the white pot only to have a spare for the purple pot which I have and love and get loads of compliments on.

Purchased as a gift, and the recipient couldn't be more pleased!

A beautiful ceramic teapot with cups to match make this set a perfect gift for any tea drinker. Just add a sample box like the Orchard Green Sampler to the mix for a complete gift for the ones you love.

This is a review for the replacement infuser, which I got for the purpose of having two; the original is still mostly unharmed after about a year of near daily use. While the wire mesh has a tendency to deform at the bottom it's still a good size and is sturdier than it appears.

Works well but do need to have about 12 ounces of water to cover the tea leaves.

I love this little teapot. I've had it for years, and it stands up to everything I throw at it. It doesn't stain and it retains heat very well for ceramic.
