I love these. So quick to toss in enough tea for a cup and microwave if I don't have time to make tea more 'properly' :)

Makes making tea a breeze. I keep a box in my desk at work to have tea anytime without the extra clean up.

I'm super lazy and probably wouldn't bother with a mesh tea strainer. Paper filters are perfect for making a quick cup of tea. They also stand up to multiple brewings.

As a general rule I don't care for tea bags. But I have discovered that brewing my loose tea on the go is sort of a problem, so I thought I'd give these a try. They're empty little teabags, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. I didn't have any trouble with water wicking up the filter and dripping out of the cup, but I could see that being a thing that could happen with a longer-steeping tea. Very convenient little buggers, they are destined to find a place in my purse along with a little travel container of tea for the days I have to be out of the house.

Great for using with the tea samplers, and for situations where I don't have my strainer. No problems, good quality bags.

they do exactly what they say on the tin, which is great.

I couldn't really taste the tea through the paper filter. I had to add twice as much to actually get a flavor. But at least they didn't smell as others have claimed. Maybe I got an okay batch.

I use a metal tea strainer at home, but I keep these in my desk at work. They're far more convenient in the office, and it makes it easier to share my teas with coworkers.

No funny taste or aroma issues. Worked beautifully and is perfect for those who, like me, don't make loose leaf tea often enough to invest in a more substantial tea maker.

Best life-tea choice ever. I ordered three boxes an am more than halfway through one. It makes clean up super easy and the long pouch means I don't have to worry about the tea expanding over.

These filter are so convenient. I can use them whenever I can drag my tea infuser along.

Very handy for all loose teas, particularly large-cut herbal teas. The bags are the perfect size for a cup and quite economical.

A friend had these. Nice and convenient and good to use with some of the teas that have really small broken parts.

I saw some rumours about a bad batch that came out awhile ago, but the filters I purchased caused no worry. They were easy to fill, held tea well, and were neutral and tasteless as claimed. I definitely prefer these to metallic tea balls now!

I bought these so I could still enjoy my teas by the cup while on vacation without having to bring my teapot and filter. Also its a GREAT price for so many filters!

Only problem is that the top soaks up water quickly. Other than that, I love these things!

They're paper. They filter your tea. And they do so exceptionally.

Very good paper filters, doing their job. They do not bring any specific taste to tea, or whatever. Better only silky ones. Absolutely recommend as a very affordable option.

I usually use an infuser but these are great for on the go!

At long last, I finally answered the plaintive call of my friends and family: 'We want an easier way to steep loose-leaf tea!' These filters make brewing said loose-leaf tea a snap -- not that it was difficult before, what with metal steepers, whole-cup infusers, IngenuiTEApots, *regular* teapots, fancy tea-brewing machines, and the like, but sometimes you just need to remove one more step from your tea life. It's a nice touch that these filters are biodegradable, too, so I don't have to worry about slowly murdering planet earth with my tea habit. Happy earth. Happy times. Happy tea.

While I use stainless steel infusers while at home, this are great when you wanna make pitchers of tea (I've made Earl Grey iced tea with these) or wanna have some tea on the go, just throw the whole thing when you're done, no clean-up hassle.

Also, they're pretty good for teas with rooibos, since those tend to get stuck in the infuser.

They do the job, but I notices on my most recent batch they are whiter - are they bleaching them? That seems wholly unnecessary.

I get tired of the constant cycle of washing my french press and strainers, so these disposable tea bags are perfect. They are tall enough that they can sit in the cup without being tied as long as you are careful not to let the water pull it down to the bottom of the cup. I'll keep these in stock, for sure!

I ordered these for my friend as a last resort after reading the reviews I was afraid. When I got the package home I checked for an odor but it had none so I hope the bad batch is done and she likes the teas without the odd flavor everyone was warning about.

WARNING! If you let the bag hang off the side of the cup, it will drip water everywhere and make a mess! Other than that, a great way to steep your tea.

Love these! They make loose leaf tea so much easier.

Nice easy to use size for a cup or a pot. Read previous reviews about smells... none that I could detect.

Fairly excellent - I have a tea ball that I use at home, but since I can't carry all of my teas to work with me, I can blend them at home and package them in these, then brew at work. Careful, though, water can travel along the filter and drip over the side of your mug if you position it wrong. No paper taste that I've noticed.

I love the quality of loose tea and the convenience of bagged tea, so this product helps me to get the best of both worlds. It's easy and quick and doesn't leave me with those pesky floater leaves like my tea egg does. An essential to my daily routine!

These are amazing! I usually use a tea strainer for all my teas, but I needed something on the go. I just put some tea in a few bags, and bring them with me, so when I'm on break or working hard on a paper I just pop these babies in my hot water. These are forever on my shopping list!

I've wanted to try these for awhile but because of the bad reviews, I waited. The problem seems to be fixed. They were very easy. No bad taste. Will buy again.

As someone who hates washing things, I love these filters. They enable my laziness, and at a pretty good price, too.

Good price, hold tea! What more could you ask for? Great for travel when I can't brew loose as loose.

Plenty of room for the leaves to expand. Good for making a cup of tea when you don't have your favorite tea-making strainer on hand.

These are really bulky so it makes making a tea somewhat awkward, but the tea steeps very well and evenly. I'd buy them again.

I am so glad I got these! I was only really making single-serve cups of the tea blends I ordered, and didn't have an infuser big enough to make a pitcher. But these are so helpful in making ice tea or a bigger pot to share with friends. Plus if I'm headed out of the house I can take a couple of these bags and some tea in a sampler tin and not worry about having to deal with the clean-up of an infuser.

They are much bigger than expected but they are amazing! This is a must buy for anyone who doesn't want to wash their tea strainer everyday!

Great value, although I would recommend investing in a tea ball. I take these to work so if i don't risk losing an actual tea ball.

A little odd to handle, but I guess Ill get use to them. Point is, they do the job.

These are such a great idea! I'm still trying to figure out the best way to use them in my mugs, though. If you fold the top over the side of your cup, sometimes the water will creep up the paper and dribble down the outside. If you just leave it standing upright, the water sometimes drags it down anyway. Sometimes I knot the top, although you have to be careful so the paper doesn't tear. Final note--these are *almost* taste free. They are perfect for strong teas, especially black tea. I wouldn't use them for whites and light/delicate teas, though, because I find they do impart a slight paper taste.

I just recently bought some of these filters. After reading previous negative reviews I was unsure,but they work great.

They get the job done. I don't like it quite as much as steeping my tea in a teapot, but they're good to have when I'm lazy or in a rush

I don't know how we ever lived without these. Drinking loose tea used to be a hassle, something I only did on special occasions, but these filters make it so easy. Now, I drink my favorite loose teas daily!

UPDATE: Several years have gone by since my last review, and... yeah. We go through these things like water. Best filter bags I've found.

These little things are wonderful! Very useful for making it easier to make tea at work. Also great for when I want to give out some of my loose leaf teas to friends who don't have anything to really steep loose leaf tea in. I will definitely be ordering these things again when I run out!
