I absolutely loved this cup. It was the perfect size. My cat jumped across my table and broke it so I didn’t have it very long.
Its glass so its more delicate than stonewear but i really like it for non tea items and for snacks. Its glass so it will get hot with hot liquids or cold to touch with cold. Its a nice size and wide opening.
This broke before I had a chance to use it. Adagio was great at replacing the cup without asking any questions. Unfortunately, the glass is to thin and I was afraid it would brake again while someone was using it.

It's a nice large cup that I enjoy using, particularly for blooming teas. However, the cup itself gets very hot so be careful!

This jumbo cup is a great size for a nice cup of tea. It is made of a safe material and seems to be strong and doesn't seem to want to break easily. I enjoy making tea is this cup because I love being able to clearly see the color of the tea.
I love this thing. Either my mouth burns easily, or I have a very low pain tolerance, so I always let my tea cool off a little before drinking - this wide cup gets my tea to the perfect temperature that much faster. It's also beautiful and well made, and has held up to the bumps and frequent washes of office-mug life without any noticeable scratching. Minus one star because while the tiny handle is aesthetically pleasing, it's tough to hold the mug with the little handle alone, making this thing difficult to carry without burning your hands when it's full of boiling-hot water.

This cup is a beautiful way to showcase a pretty tea. I specifically got it for Bella Luna blue, since a huge part of the experience of that tea is the color! This was perfect. I was very surprised at how light weight the cup is. On the one hand, that’s really nice in terms of being able to easily manage a full, hot cup. On the other, I’m still a little concerned I’m going to shatter it! So far so good!
This is a replacement for the one I broke that goes with the infuser. I highly recommend both and love the low profile (great for lattes). UPDATE 7/4/21: I broke my second cup. I broke each within about a month of getting them. They crack easily because the glass is so thin. I still like these very much but I'm a bit clumsy and think they may not be for me. Unfortunately, I think I'm going to have to give up on these.

They werent joking when they named this the jumbo cup! When I got it out of the box, my thought was 'cereal bowl with a handle'. I enjoy drinking from the cup; it allows me to see the true color of the tea I am drinking and it looks elegant. My only wish is that it were 16 ounces compared to 12 ounces, but it might be a little hard to manage if it were 16 ozs. Still..I wish it held more!

This cup was a gift for my mother...to use for the irish breakfast -Presto. She adores the gift very much.
I wasn't sure how to rate this, so I cancelled the two ends. This has left me with an 'ok' rating, mostly because I haven't been able to hold onto one without it breaking on me within the first week. I've sent both back to Adagio, and I've had amazing response and easy reception with accepting the broken cups back. I really appreciate that. However, I want to try again. I'm just scared because I don't want to break yet another one. Otherwise, I love the size, shape, and the saucer. The glass is very thin.
Lovely, delicate glass that makes brewing tea so pretty. I love adding cream and watching the elaborate swirls. While delicate feeling it seems to be strong and holds up well to washing.

The cup is very nice in appearance, but the glass is very brittle. When I was drinking my first cup of tea a crack formed from placing the cup on the table. Adagio’s customer care sent another cup which lasted longer. My dogs tripped me on the carpet though and the cup completely shattered on the carpet. This cup needs to be handled extremely delicately.
I like using this when I want a double cup of tea, a cup of coffee, or to eat dessert out of. Using it always makes me smile, and garners compliments.
This cup is huge! It covers half my face when I drink from it. I wish the handle was a bit larger, though. Looks beautiful in photographs.
Unfortunately this broke at the slightest slip of the wrist and it shattered against the metal kitchen sink. Very delicate. Even sliced open my finger.

I love this cup! I love being able to see the pretty color of my morning tea and I never have to worry about overfilling my cup while using my IngenuiTea brewer. But...be cautious. The glass is very thin...not a cup for kids. The handle is a bit small for using with a glass cup...It took a bit of a learning curve to stop burning myself while sipping. now I use one finger inside the handle and two fingers from my other hand right at the lip of the cup on the other side to quickly sip. Also I can't carry the cup while it's full from my kitchen to the table. I have to fill at the table...or put the cup on a small plate to carry it to the table. The glass gets too hot. Although I see many early reviews on this cup stating they never used the saucer that used to come with it -- I would use that saucer. I'm sorry it is no longer included. BUT...the prettiness of a clear glass tea cup trumps the slight problems. My small glass mug is still going strong...I'm just very careful with it while sipping and hand washing. Will do the same with this one. Love it!

I'm clumsy, and have since broken two of these cups in the sink. I just received my third, and I noticed it's different. The previous ones had a greenish hue at the edges, and my new cup and saucer do not. It also appears to be slightly thicker, so we'll see how it holds up to my clumsiness!
I use this cup during the day at work and I've received dozens of compliments on how pretty it is. It's very thin and lightweight. Normally I'm hard on things so I imagine it will break eventually like most all my mugs do but so far it's held up fine. I bought this because I broke my limited Glass Mug from Adagio that had their name on it.
