wonderful product! I got one for Mother's Day and I love it so much I bought another one for the office. So easy to use. I haven't washed it in the dishwasher yet but it says it is dishwasher safe.

Simple and easy to use and to clean. The filter is a bit hard to pop out but only at first, (Tip: I used a rubber jar gripper to help for the first few times.) but now it's a breeze.

The only con I can think of is that there's no line indicating where eight ounces is, but that's not really a big deal, and easily fixed with a permanent marker.

I LOVE this thing. It makes steeping loose leaf tea so easy. It's easy to clean, and works like magic. Seriously my best bu y.

I don't know how I got on without one of these. It works perfectly to brew enough tea for my travel mug in the morning. It's easy to clean as well which is a plus.

Very easy to use and I love watching the tea brew and the leaves open up! When tea drains it is very clean! Totally love this!

Based on the reviews below, I ordered this thing. I love it! It's foolproof. The only way it could be better was if it had some sort of built in timer.

A friend of mine got one of these as a gift, and after just one or two uses we were in love! Great, clean brewing, easy to use, and fun to watch the leaves unfurl. Clean up isn't terrible, just fill up the cup with water and dump it down the sink. The leaves go right out, then you can rinse everything just fine. I would recommend it to anyone!

How I enjoyed loose tea before I bought this is beyond me! OK, so there were a few leaves in the cup no matter what strainer I used. OK that there was a sediment of material in the cup. I just thought that was what tea brewing was supposed to be.
Then, I bought the ingenuiTEA and before my eyes there brewed a completely clear, leaf free cup of tea! I was thrilled. If you don't buy any teas yet, as least order this so that you will have it when you do take the plunge and order these wonderful teas. You won't regret it!

Very happy with the way this little teapot is working out! It's neat and doesn't get leaves everywhere, and also bigger and easier to use than a little infuser.

Probably the most convenient way to make loose leaf tea on an individual basis that I've ever used. I love it.

Such a cool gadget! I was a little intimidated about brewing loose leaf tea, since I've never done it before, but this made is so simple, and it works very well.

i gave my boyfriend this for his anniversary present and he loves it :) incredibly convenient and gives the leaves plenty of room to expand.

I use this so often I decided to buy one for my best friend in order to introduce her to loose leaf tea. It's so easy to use and clean and perfect for brewing tea at work.

I use it daily to make tea, also I brew my herbals strong then pour over ice for ice tea.

Best thing to happen to tea since the tea bag. Seriously. I have wanted to try loose leaf for a long time, and I had been using a crappy kitchen strainer, and spilling my tea everywhere. When this came in the mail I was thrilled. Very Happy!

As a first time loose tea user, this was really simple to use. I haven't had any issues with it leaking.

Perfect for a single cup of tea! I ordered it along with the Glass Mug just to make things easier, and it fits so well. I just love it!

I absolutely adore this teapot! I mostly have tea solo, and it's just the right size. I love how it perfectly filters my tea and lets me watch the leaves dance around while they steep. I've found that one or two drops always seem to wiggle out after I've poured my cup, even when I let it sit there a while, even if I wiggle it about, but I just set it on a napkin now and that takes care of it.

I have never made loose tea before, but this made it extremely convenient. It's simple to use, clean and sturdy. I recommend it to everyone who asks me about the teas I make.

I had one of these a number of years ago. I loved it and used it many times each day. It finally broke, probably from over use! This new ingenuitea is FABULOUS! The plastic seems thicker than the other I had, the clean up was simpler (no leaves got caught in the filtering mesh) and there were absolutely no drips either before or after brewing and draining. My kids love to watch the tea steep and drain into the clear mug I have. This is a must-have for single serve, loose leaf tea brewing.

Lid is easily raised with one thumb of the hand grasping it for pouring, and will stay up. To bring lid down when the ingenuiTea still has hot liquid in it, I use the other hand to close. I use it daily multiple times and the wide even size allows my hand to loosen small leaf particles while rinsing. Would prefer steel mesh for longevity but the plastic allows the strainer to be microwaveable although I don't.

Finally I can drink tea at work without a teapot. This thing works great. The only thing that gets annoying is all the people asking about it.

An amazing device. I love that I can brew some fancy teas like pearls that have a movement art style when brewing. It's also nice to to be able to just bew a cup at a time and not worry about having to use an actually tea pot.

I love this little teapot. It's the perfect size for a single mug for me, and it's great to have at the office. My one negative about it, though, is that it occasionally leaks out of the bottom - not terribly, but enough to get a few drops on my desk. Overall, it's my new favorite toy, though.

I bought this to accompany my journey into loose-leaf teas! It sometimes retains the smell of the previously steeped tea, but it doesn't affect taste so I'm alright with that. I enjoy the visual effects of watching the tea leaves unfurl and dance around. It's easy washing and easy care.

Bought this for my father in law. He loved it. I have an automatic brewer, but have something similar to this for making different flavors. Easy to use and clean.

I drink tea all day and the 32oz one sure is handy for making a pot of tea. I use the 16oz one when I want just a cup or two. They wash up great in the dishwasher!

I love this infuser. I have used my other one so much that the bottom of it has broken.

These little tea brewers are fantastic for single/two serving cups of tea. Easy to use and clean out. I use mine every morning. :)

I've been considering purchasing this for some time, but kept hesitating because I couldn't decide if I really 'needed' it or not. Oh my goodness - I have had this less than 24 hours, have already used it multiple times and know for sure now that I can't live without it! It perfectly steeps every blend I've used so far, and I love seeing the tea steep (leaves 'dancing', color changing, etc.) It is also so clean and efficient, so much easier than the bags, strainers, etc. that I've been using. I am already planning on purchasing 2 more (another for at home and one for the office). So long teabags, hello ingenuiTEA!

I love using the ingenuiTEA. My friend encouraged me to try loose leaf teas when I was trying to cut out soda from my diet, rather than tea bags. Someone else recommended trying the ingenuiTEA for brewing, because it gives leaves the most room to expand, increasing the flavor. And oh my gosh, they were right. It's beautiful to watch your tea unfurl and color the water, and the flavor is just unparalleled. Tea bags can't compete. You can really detect the nuances between different black teas and green teas. I really recommend it, and I highly recommend the ingenuiTEA.

This is a very impressive product, and couldn't be simpler to use. There was no leaking when the tea was steeping, and when it was ready, this product poured the tea into the cup quickly, with no spills from the side, either.

Another product purchased for my parents. I will be getting this for myself yet just waiting to make the purchase. I LOVE being able to see the tea as you brew it, my daughters would also agree with that. There really is in fact nothing to truely complain about this product. Though it would be nice if they added a line showing the halfway point of water in it. So if you wished to split your tea between two cups you could do it more easily, or if you only wanted to brew 8 ounces of water instead of 16 (1cup as opposed to 2 cups) you could more accurately do it. Though very minor a detail it would add a bit to the product. Will without a doubt be getting one for myself soon.

I bought this thinking that it was the size that my friend had. Although it was not the size I thought it would be, this was actually the perfect size for me. It makes exactly two cups of tea. I couldn't be happier. This ingenuiTEA makes my tea experience so much easier. Thanks, Adagio.

I'd never really brewed loose tea before purchasing the ingenuiTEA, because it just seemed like it would be so much more of a hassle than using tea in bags. With the ingenuiTEA, I think it's actually *easier*, and I have actually noticed fewer dregs than I would get with some of my favorite kinds of tea in bags! It's also relatively simple to clean, which is definitely a plus.

Awesome! Although it misses the last few drops that are crucial in a good cup of tea. I just pour the last few drops through the top. A bit confused on removing the filter for cleaning, but this thing is very efficient.

By far the most perfect tool since my french press for getting the most flavour out of the leaves. Very easy to use, tidy little mechanism, and super fast cleanup. Will be getting another for work.

I've been using this 5 times a day, and so far, so good.
