I love this pitcher, but I wish it was bigger!!! I can go through a pitcher a day and would like to make it last a couple of days.
I have both types of pitchers. This one is great for the loose leaf teas. Bought one for me and two for gifts.
As with the black one I got, the concept is sound, and this pitcher will no doubt see a lot of use. However, the silicone ring on the infuser is troublesome; taking it off to clean it and especially putting it back on before use is a nerve-wracking process as I m scared I ll tear the ring or cut my fingers on the sharp edges of the infuser basket. I also still think the pitcher would benefit from measurement markings. Good product, could be improved.
I've been using this to make iced herbal teas, and it works great. The pitcher isn't 100% waterproof, but doesn't leak easily and is glass. The biggest pain is the o-ring on the basket - you need to pull it through from the top and gently work it down to keep the ring from slipping off. I always fill the basket after getting it in place.
Very good pitcher! Works well with hot or iced teas, though I prefer using it for iced (I’m always scared glass will break if heated to much, though it never had and I doubt it would)
I do really wish there was an easier way to clean the inner strainer! Perhaps like some sort of plunger that you could lift up?

Bought the rival company’s version of this pitcher made cheaper by being all plastic including the steeper. After two uses the steeper ripped while washing it. That same day I ordered this one which was made of glass and steel for less. Use it every day. Enjoyed the free samples which came with the pitcher.

Very simple to use and clean, but no instructions as to volume. Did some additional measuring/research: 40 oz total / 8 oz per cup = 5 cups. Most teas re 1 tsp/cup, so 5 teaspoons tea.
I like this pitcher a lot better than the other one. The screw-top lid secures nicely. I do think there should be a size that's more comparable to the ice-tea pouches. This is 40 ounces, but the ice tea pouches are only 32. I feel like there should either be a 32 oz pitcher, or a 64 ounce pitcher.
I love this pitcher! Perfect solution for cold brewing iced tea this summer. I find that it's easy to use, easy to clean, looks good, is a nice size, and it's cheaper to cold brew loose tea than to buy the Adagio pouches. Added bonus - it matches my larger glass iced tea pitchers from IKEA, which I use with cold brew bags! The only drawback is that if I make a whole 40 oz, the lid/handle sort of make a little creaking noise that makes me think the handle really can't support more than maybe 32 oz, but honestly that doesn't make me any less happy with it. Also, I've found that whole leaf teas need a little sun or some time at room temperature to encourage them to brew strong enough (for my taste), as they don't seem to brew strong enough in the fridge, but the flavor of iced whole leaf tea can't be beat!

I have never had an ice tea pitcher before and I absolutely love this, I use it all the time. It is sturdy and easy to use and clean.
I love it in theory, but no matter how much I tighten it, I can't keep this from leaking pretty steadily around the bottom edge of the green handle piece when I pour.
I love this pitcher. This is my second one. The first one I ordered in blue. Since I usually like the rock sugar or honey for extra sweetness, I put the sweetener in a large mug of hot tea temp water with the infuser with only around 4-6 ounces of water to dissolve the honey or sugar crystals. I put the infuser back in the pitcher. I add cold filtered water to the dissolved sugar tea flavored water and add it to the pitcher. I then fill the pitcher with cold filtered water to near the top. These pitchers hold around 5 full cups of tea. You can get more if you add ice to your glass of tea. When the tea is ready for serving I take the infuser out. I use masking tape on the pitcher to label my tea as I usually have many pitchers of tea in the fridge. Its easy to peal off the masking tape when another flavor is used.
Fits perfectly in my fridge. Great for quick and easy cold brewed ice tea.
It works wonderfully. My only problem is with the lid on, it's had to place in the fridge. As for filtering and making hot or cold tea, it's PERFECT!
Nice fine filter makes for less tea debris in my tea. The downside is this is a glass pitcher. And as pretty as it is, and how easy to clean as it is... I fear, in my household of stone surfaces.. this baby is gonna shatter. Hope not, as I do like it... but I LOVE the plastic one I bought here years ago.
This is a great tea brewer for the fridge. I usually steep fresh mint leaves for mint water (like sun tea). However, this year, with the COVID quarantine, I never got to the nursery for spearmint plants.
Enter this iced tea pitcher. I throw in some spearmint tea leaves & water & it goes on the fridge door. I’m constantly adding water throughout the day, and add more tea leaves several times before changing to fresh every few days.
I just might have to purchase a 2nd one...
Didn't realize that the pitcher is a glass container which is a big plus. Wish there is two quarts or large containers.
I like it so much that this is the second pitcher I ve purchased for myself and I also purchased 2 as gifts. It is the perfect size for my top shelf in my refrigerator. I use the green lid for my Mint flavored ice tea.
This is a GREAT iced tea pitcher. It fits perfectly inside my side door pocket in my refrigerator. That s exactly what I was looking for, something that didn t take up a lot of space. The pitcher is easy to use and easy to clean. I love that it s made of glass and it s got a nice loooong infuser. It s actually quite perfect.
I m very pleased with this pitcher. It is just the right size for me and once I got it figured out I found it easy to use. It might be nice to have a little information regarding brewing cold tea in the refrigerator with the pitcher included on the box or on a slip in the box.

I really like how easy the pitcher is to assemble and set up to brew tea in the fridge overnight. The only negative is getting the seal back on just right when putting the tea basket back into place, it takes a little getting used to.
Does a good job steeping the tea and looks great. The infuser is a little long though which can make it slightly annoying to clean. The only poor design on the unit is the little handle to pull out the infuser popped off on my first attempt to pull it out. This could easily be popped back on but felt like a misstep. The glass pitcher portion feels very nice.
Received the first pitcher tonight. Got on line immediately order the second.So we can have another pitcher ready. Before we drink the last cup.

I actually ordered this Iced tea pitcher because I can fit it easily in my new refrigerator. A friend purchased it and showed it to me and then made iced tea in it the next time I saw her on a Zoom call...We can still enjoy iced tea despite the pandemic!
So far, this pitcher has worked very well! It is nice the holes in the filter are small so tea doesn't slip through.

This is well built with a sturdy handle and lid. The stainless steel infuser is also well made, easy to remove, and reaches almost down to the bottom to ensure that loose leaf teas have plenty of space to bloom.

It's an easy way to make a pitcher of ice tea. It lost one star because the lid doesn't seal which means it leaks in the fridge.

Love this pitcher! Makes brewing ice tea so easy. Also quite easy to clean and you can take apart the whole thing for a through cleaning.
It looks pretty and is made of glass which is a plus, however this misses the mark. When i opened the box and took it out, the center stainless steel column fell out and there is a rubber o-ring that doesn't do much to hold it in place. It holds 44 ounces but if you buy their cold brew tea it says 'use 1 pouch per quart, which is only 32 ounces of water. This fills this up about 2/3rds of the way and the rest is a waste. There is an o-ring at the top of the lid, however if you tilt the pitcher, water still comes pouring out around the lid. I was really hoping for a better product from Adagio.
