Exactly as advertised. Just the right size for one of Adagio s 3 oz bags of tea. Glass isn t super thick but is of sturdy construction. Lid is a nice airtight lock and a minimum amount of pressure is required to remove it. I was surprised that it didn t really take fingerprints so even after handling it and filling it, the jar still really looked good. I think I like these jars more than the canisters Adagio also sells as I can eyeball my teas on the shelf and know what they are without needing to look at the top or making a label.

DOES NOT hold 12oz of tea leaves. Maybe 2oz. Mine came cracked and was quickly replaced. Adagio has some of the best customer service out there. This little jar looks good next to the big ones and seals in the goodness and out the evil.

I bought this for a friend and now I want one. Such a nice clean design. Treat yourself.

I love having a glass jar that is UV protected. So many teas are so pretty and need to be displayed so I can see them. Seal is good any teas I have kept in there have kept the scent and/or flavor nicely

Nice airtight jar! High quality. When I get a pouch of loose leaf to put in it, I peel the name/steep time sticker off and stick it on the bottom of this jar.

Exactly as described. I do wish that it came with a space for a label and instructions, but I just cut them off of my bag and taped them to the side.

I have several of these stacked up in my office. I can see when I need to reorder, and love the way the teas look with the flowers and fruits visible. Perfect size and preserves freshness. Love it.

These containers are awesome. Keeps the moisture out and the freshness in!

I love these! The lids seal good and they have an appealing look. I like being able to display some of my more colorful teas on the counter. The only problem I have is that I want more :)

Love this cute glass jar for keeping my rock sugar in. It would also be great to keep teas in. I will be ordering a few more.

Pretty jar. It held my entire package of tea. It is so much nicer to dispense tea lea leaves from the jar than from the ziplock bag. Also, it is just prettier sitting on the counter.

Convenient size and wonderfully lightweight. The lid has a nice gasket on it as well for freshness.

Very nice glass jar with a tight fitting lid. I keep my tea in a dark pantry so I'm not concerned with light exposure. These 12oz glass jars are quite nice. They hold a 3oz bag of loose tea without any issue. They seal in the flavor and aroma nicely and being glass you do not get the metal mixing with any citrus that might be in your particular blend.

These little jars are great! Much better than tins, in my opinion, since you can set them on the counter and show off your colorful teas. They might seem a little pricey, but I think it's worth it for the protective glass, especially if you go through your tea supply slowly like I do. Plus, even though they're airtight, they're easy to open.

Nice jar. Had done a comparison search on Amazon before deciding to purchase some of these jars and found that it was a good price for this type of storage jar. It looks great with my tea in it!

The classy look allows you to display your tea and not look tasteless.

It is a very nice, elegant looking container. The lid seals very well. I enjoy the smoothness of the jar.

I adore this jar! I am storing my genmai cha in it, and love that I can SEE the pretty tea while still protecting it from UV damage. It's also easy to open and easy to scoop out of while still keeping things fresh. Will buy more!

This jar is perfect for storing a loose pouch of tea. Easy to stack a couple of jars and I like being able to see what's inside.

With tea, I always seem to forget exactly how much 12 ozs is. With that, I was pleasantly surprised by exactly how much this container holds. The wide brim of the jar makes it very easy to access what's inside with my scoop. And it's elegant design makes it look nice on my counter. Although this is certainly not a negative, I will say that it is much shorter and squatter than I was expecting (though I don't know why...it clearly says it's dimensions).

I have so many teas to store and the 12 Oz jar is perfect for the little samples that I get!!

I bought the large size for Lapsang souchong and Irish breakfast and smaller jars for my other teas. I might have to buy another large size for Pu erh chorange (quickly becoming a favorite)!

I bought this to store my amber sugar crystals. It holds all 9oz with no problem. And it displays them beautifully.

i use these to store all of my teas, and will be in again shortly for more as my tea collections have grown.

These jars are really stylish and I like them a lot. The lids are tight fighting. I cut the label from the bag and put it inside the jar to the back then fill with the tea. These jars are branded with 'Adagio Teas' etched in the glass on one side. That is my only complaint with these jars. I would rather not have the branding so prominent or at all.

I got this as part of a gift for my dad, and he was very impressed with the glass's light blocking properties. I honestly hadn't noticed that feature! I think that's super cool, because you can still see the tea in it.

Love these tea jars. I usually put my most used tea in the one I have and enjoy them.

Love these jars! I am so glad that they are clear glass, so you can see the tea inside. I did the happy dance when I discovered that they are just slightly under 3 inches tall, as that is the height of my tea drawer. A 3 oz. bag of tea fits with lots of room to spare.

Update: You can get a roll of blackboard sticker and chalk markers from Hobby Lobby, which work nice for labeling these jars or their lids.

Beautiful craftsmanship, tea looks very appealing in clear glass. Brushed lid finish a nice touch. Seals well without becoming stuck. Easy to scoop out of with wide top.

Absolutely the best jar out there for me to store tea in. These jars look great on my counter and the teas are very pretty to look at. Can't wait to purchase more.

Simple and elegant, it goes well on my counter next to my tea maker. It looks good and it does a good job of keeping the tea fresh and safe while keeping it close at hand.

you guys just keep pumping out the practicality & class. paint markers work wonderfully to label. To change writing simply use a razor or scrubber to scrape off. I truly miss the tins y'all used to have but these are great! Very smart to make it protect from UV exposure. Gonna be ordering these in multiple sizes and quantities.

A lovely way to show off my tea. I just cut off the label from the bag and stick it inside the jar (along the glass) with the tea and it works just fine.

Good for small amounts of tea. I wish I had one much bigger for the tea I buy in larger quantities.

I decided to get one of these glass jars to hold my rock sugar in- it works perfectly! Very nice to display, too. It fits roughly 8oz of sugar, but would probably only hold 3-4oz of tea.

I love these jars! Bought them for my new coffee/tea bar and they look amazing! Now I just need to buy more tea ;)

These are incredibly handy and look great!!! I have 3 this size and 3 of the larger ones and just adore them! Now my tea station is much more attractive and makes me want to drink more tea bc of it!

I used this jar for one of my fandom blends and it showcases them beautifully. I was worried it might break easily as the glass seemed a bit thin. However, my in-laws dropped it a few times from the tea shelf and luckily it didn't break. The lid keeps the tea sealed and the air out. I'll definitely will be buying more of these in the future.

Wonderful way to store your tea. Also bought one for my sister as a Christmas present along with her gunpowder tea and she loves it as well.
