This is a gamechanger over the mesh ball on a string infusers. It's also much much easier to clean. Looks great in a glass mug you can see the tea slowly infusing.
Love it. Good quality and reliable. I only wish they’d have a similar product for small grain teas like rooibos. It’ll still work, you’ll just have a few leaves at the bottom of your cup.

I use this every day! I used to use an ingenuiTEA, then I got a personaliTEA, and they were both great, but I find myself using this to make a single cup every morning. It’s incredibly easy to clean and fits in any mug I own.

Works well! Even with roobios! However I do notice sometimes that tea sand does go through.
Perfectly compact, easy to use and clean, and brews a great cup of tea.

Really nice diffuser, and fairly easy to clean. The handles sort of snap into place with a little bit of resistance once in position (both out/open and closed), but I don't think it's enough that someone with arthritis couldn’t manage. Based on the design of the handles I don't believe the snapping into place will wear down over time unless the handles are bent creating a narrower angle.
The only downsides are that it does seem to let a decent amount of small particles through, especially in comparison to my ingenuitea-style mesh infuser, and it can be hard to clean if small leaves get stuck in the holes or are particularly clingy to the basket.

I bought this infuser to use in my motorhome. With the limited space for storage, this was a perfect space saver as well as excellent infuser.
This is an excellent infuser, my favorite. Fits nicely on cups or mugs.

I use this as a backup infuser. The mesh is not fine enough for me. It works but just not as well as others.
Use this all the time. It fits into pretty much every cup and mug, is easy to clean, lets the water and flavor through without letting even the tiniest tea leaves out.

Great infuser! It doesn't catch some of the micro mate pieces, but it's the best I've ever used, and I've tried every type that's ever been created, lol!
I use a larger cup for my tea and this is plenty big to reach across my cup :)

Strong & Sturdy but, a bit expensive. For a bit more, I can get an insulated cup with lid. First & Last.
if you don't have an infuser or a good one get this one it's inexpensive and my go to infuser for all occasions

I haven't used many infusers, but this one is my favorite. The only gripe I have is that some of the finer particles and leaves still get through and end in the bottom of the cup.
I really Like the flip up sides so it fits all cup sizes.
Got this as a gift for my mom who was new to loose leaf teas. She loves it and thinks it is extremely convenient!
I've only used this once but it is such a step up from my old diffuser. No bits of tea leaves snuck through the holes, and it seems durable enough that I'll be able to use it for a long time!
