The perfect size and shape for all my mugs! The leaves infuse perfectly with this and it’s so easy to clean. It’s also narrow enough that my cat (who also is fond of tea, specifically playing with the leaves and scattering them everywhere) can’t reach in and pull the leaves out of this one. It solves a problem I never thought I’d have!

Best infuser I have found. Works great and fits in every kind of cup.
Both arms open to a full 6' if you need it to. The deep basket allows for proper water circulation and enough room for hand rolled teas to unfurl. I have two, which allows a day to completely dry out between uses and any tea leaves or spices that didn't shake out wet will easily come out. I'll never go back to tea balls that let leaves slip through, or don't have enough room for tea to expand. Forget difficult to clean cutesy or bamboo strainers that turn off people who want to explore loose teas. And yes, these pack easily if you you want loose tea when you travel.

This was purchased as a gift, but I opened it to take a look before wrapping it up, and it seemed quite sturdy and is a generous size--you could make a large mug of tea with it, no problem. I like that the handles fold in, as that would make it easier to store than the one I currently use. Might have to get one for myself at some point. :)
I have other infusers, but some are too small to hold much tea, or too big ( a huge ball type) to fit inside some of my cups and tea pots. This works in everything! It is big enough to hold lots of loose tea, yet slender enough to fit every cup and tea pot I have. So glad I got it. It is easy to clean, too!
This is a great infuser, but within a week of use one of the handles popped off on it’s own, along with the piece of metal that was holding it on. I am annoyed to have to send it back for an exchange.

I purchased these to accompany a lose leaf tea gift for a couple of my housemates. The infuser made a sturdy impression. They're not elegant but handy. I see my housemates using them every day. The infusers seem to clean up nicely and fit their mugs.
I am disappointed with this infuser. It is much smaller than I expected and smaller than infusers I have received from Adagio before. It would be good for a small cup but would be too shallow to be useful in a larger cup.
I think this is a decent travel infuser. It is way oversized for one cup of tea. The one thing that would improve it would be a snap on cover.
Ok I *love* this thing. It s awesome. But I wish I could give it a 4.6 instead of a 5. My only complaint is that either the mess is too big or rooibos and honeybush are too tiny. Those two teas always seep leaves through a little bit more than I d prefer.
I was impressed it how solid and well made this item was. It fit well in every mug I used it in. It has a fine enough mesh to keep all debris out of my water, including Rooibos
I use this multiple times a day. Cleans up easy and holds tea in WAY better then those typical mesh strainers.

The holes are small enough. I can’t use this with rooibos or honey bush blends.
Fits in all my mugs and teapots, love the mesh on the bottom as well (previous universal infusers had a solid bottom). The mesh is a fine weave and good for most teas, though I reach for a different infuser for rooibos and mate teas

Excellent quality infuser, looks and feels good. Fits in all cups we used and plan on buying more.
This infuser fits easily into my favorite mugs, and it's easy to clean. Compared with my wire mesh basket infuser, smaller particles of tea (such as chamomile) don't stick as much to this one. The holes on this infuser are larger than my mesh infuser, so more particles do accumulate in the bottom of the mug (especially with fine teas, such as rooibos), but that hasn't really bothered me. It works especially well for oolong teas, because there's so much room in the basket for the leaves to expand.
Fits every cup I own and steeps well. It's a bit hard to get all the leaves out.

Convent and classy, works well with most loose leaf teas but lets smaller particles fall through. So far hasn’t rusted at all after much use!
I had been loyal to my glass infuser, which was part of a set - pretty sure it was called a Minuet - that I bought from Adagio many years ago. I initially got this Folding Infuser as a gift for someone. They liked it so much, I thought I'd get one for myself for times when my glass one is in the dishwasher. Well, after one use of this one, my glass one found a new home in the cupboard and will likely never be seen again. No more burned fingers from waiting for my glass one to drain/empty, and no more wasted napkins to try avoiding those burns! Great quality item and easy enough to clean - like a colander, the tea leaves follow the water. I now own two of these. And something fun... if I run my kitchen faucet on full blast while I'm rinsing it and hold the base of this infuser just right under the stream of water, I can make it 'sing'. My guy kept asking if I was whistling a song in the kitchen.
This thing is so handy, I love it! I like to make ginger tea with chunks of fresh ginger root if I'm not feeling great or just want something warm and spicy, and this is perfect for it! Teas with finer leaves, like rooibos, don't really get through the mesh, and it's a good size for extra inclusions or making a big cup to pour over ice!
Solid infuser, didn't allow debris into the tea during steeping. The sides fold down fit easy storage but when folded out are plenty long for even our biggest mugs.
Work really good for a single cup of tea, folding arms allows for and size cup.
