I threw mine away after one use because the sponge got caught on one of the mesh edges and pulled it out from under the seam, making it dangerous and unusable. I reached out to them via e-mail to inform them of this and they replied with a 'thanks for letting us know.'

Very useful, I wish it was slightly smaller width wise for my bottles I use for tea. The fact it folds is very useful but painful when youre trying to dump out the tea leaves after steeping.
This is a wonder infuser. I love that it sits comfortably on the cup and easy to lift up. I have now bought 2 of them.
This works really well, and it's a breeze to clean. My old infusers were much harder to clean, so I kept using teabags just because I didn't feel like cleaning the infuser. With this infuser cleaning only takes about 10-20 seconds, so I keep using it all the time.
I bought this as a gift for a friend who was complaining about the infusers she had of being of poor quality. She has since reported that she loves this one, saying it's the right size for a single mug or a whole pot.

It's simple, it's large and it's efficient! There's been a slight update to the design since I last purchased it as the rim of the infuser doesn't feel as sharp as my first one. Some rooibos gets through but that's alright, great infuser!

This infuser is so convenient! I can steep loose leaf tea in all my favorite mugs without spilling tea everywhere. It cleans easily and folds for easy storage (although lets be honest, it never stops being used!).

Very easy to clean. Love that its wider than so the tea has room to rest and seep. I have an older one from another brand that is skinner. I like this one better. Easier to clean also.
This folding infuser is great for any size mug or cup! You can fold each side down individually if needed. It does hold a lot of tea as well as pantry items if you wish to add some to your tea. The holes are slightly bigger than the mesh ones that Adagio makes so you might have extra tea bits in your tea, but I personally don't mind that. As with any infuser, if you have a very refined palette, you will notice it adds a slight metallic taste to your tea, but I know most people are not bothered by this. I would highly recommend this infuser for anyone who's a little too strong when cleaning their mesh infusers. My mother broke 2 mesh infusers, but so far this one has been safe. It's relatively sturdy, certainly much better than the mesh ones.

This is very handy for travel, and easy to keep clean. Wish the handles were bigger, but overall a great infuser when away from the larger one at home.
Works very well when the leaves are larger, but with finer leaves, some will escape. Cleaning it is easy. Just put it underneath some running water. It may take a little bit of finagling if some tea leaves have ended up stuck in the holes.
Size is great, the wings are a great width for wide cups.
This Adagio infuser works much better than a tea ball. It sits easily in the mouth of my tea pot and also my take along hot cup. I can easily spoon in the correct amount of tea. I drink a large pot daily, so I need a good infuser. It's stainless construction is easy to clean and doesn't corrode.
This is a great little infuser, which fits perfectly in almost any drinking container. It works nicely with our stainless steel insulated tumblers equally as well as my favorite ceramic Japanese teaware. It cleans up easily and is ready to go again.

I don’t know why people have said that this is easy to clean – it is not. The tea leaves get caught in the strain holes and they are very difficult to get out.

The edges on it are not rounded off or smooth. I sliced the side of my thumb hand washing it. Would not recommend this due to that. Not sure why something that you’d handle by the edges wouldn’t be smoothed or rounded off. The other one that I own that I purchased from a different company has the edges rounded off.
exactly as described! I do wish it came with a coaster like some tea infusers do, and i personally don't get much use out of the folding aspect, but it gets the job done!

this is perfect for my mug at work. i'd been using a tea ball, but was never happy with it. this infuser is so much more simple to use, and gives the tea more room to expand. i'm very happy and would definitely recommend.
Some residue has discolored the infuser, but that has easily washed off with Caffiza (I use this on tea- and coffee-stained mugs and pots as well). Holds enough for a single cup or multiple. Really good value for the price.

I like that this will fit any cup well. The only downside is that because the arms fold down you can't bang them to to dump out your spent tea effectively.
