The first mug that we ordered came broken. Adagio replaced it very quickly and was super helpful and friendly besides. The mugs themselves are fantastic with the tea infusers - now we don't have to wait to brew a whole pot if we each want something different... :-)
Caution though, the mugs get really hot even WITH the double wall...
The double-wall mugs have, by far, the best strainers in terms of ease of cleaning, and this pattern in particular is adorable.
I love the mug. It is not too hot to hold, and is gorgeous. What I hate is the infuser. It does not sit up properly when you remove it, the holes are too big and too much tea gets into the cup, and it is just generally not very well made. I would stick with the sweeze tea infuser mugs.

Cup is double walled but not sealed - there is a tiny hole on the bottom that allows water to enter while it is being washed, and then dribble all over every single surface you set it on for the foreseeable future. I can't use this cup like this - not worth it!

This is amazing for a single cup of tea. Keeps it warm longer than a traditional mug.
Serious design flaw. On the bottom of the cup is a teeny tiny hole whose only function I can see is so that when you wash the cup in the dishwasher water enters the hole but is unable to drain out until you turn the cup over to use it to make your next cup and a surprising amount of water dribbles out and all over whatever surface you have placed the cup upon.

What a cute mug! We're dog lovers, and as soon as I saw this mug, I knew we had to have it. My husband has claimed it as his, so I'm going to have to get one of my own. I love the lid and the fact that it comes with its own loose leaf strainer. I really don't think you can go wrong with this one. Also, A++ on the packaging. Even though the box in which it was delivered says 'Fragile. Handle with care.' it seems as though someone ran it over or dropped it several times. This mug was packaged so well it didn't crack or chip.
Highly satisfied and will most likely have to buy one for everyone in the family once they see it.
Nicely insulated to allow the tea to remain hot longer. The steeper basket doesn't catch super fine particles, but it still holds back most of the loose leaf tea. I'm glad there's a hole in the bottom to allow for possible condensation to drain out of the insulated part as you wouldn't want too much pressure to build up in there and possibly crack the cup.
I love this tea mug! Not only is it super cute but very practical. It keeps my hot tea hot a lot longer. One of the things I hate the most is when my hot tea goes cold. With this mug I didn’t have to worry about that at all. Also the tea diffuser basket is very convenient. I will be buying family members these as gifts!
