I”ve enjoyed the design and found this tea vessel very useful for my exercise desk cup holder which won’t accommodate a cup handle. Great insulation… walls do not become hot. The design isn’t rubbing off so unless I drop it, I think this cup will last a long time. UPDATE: Unfortunately, it’s been less than a year, and the curved metal holder on the basket has already broken off.
I liked this mug, however it fell and broke. Plus it got hot to hold when I used it to brew tea. It was cute while it lasted. Won’t buy again
I got a couple of these, one for every member of the household. Love them and they're perfect for when we each want to drink a different tea.

NOVEMBER 17, 2032. My sister travels a lot so I decided this design would be the perfect one to give her for Christmas, along with some other goodies. She is used to using tea bags, but Adagio’s double walled cups are so easy to use because the strainer basket has a wide opening that lets the leaves expand, and it also makes it easy to dump the leaves out. It certainly keeps the tea hot longer than a standard tea cup, so that means she will be able to enjoy it longer.
I already owned one of the holiday ones, so I wanted to get one that I could use all year. These are great and while they do feel a bit warm when they have hot tea in them, it's not so much that you can't carry them. I love that they're machine-washable!
EDIT: Please make the PURPLE replacement lid available for separate purchase! My cat broke mine and I'd really love to have one in purple again!
This is my 2nd of these double-wall mugs (alas my last one met the floor) and I do really like them and the included infuser. I wonder how they decided which countries to include on this one. I like how the art makes them look like actual stamps.
I loved this so much, I ordered one for my daughter. She recently relocated to the states from Singapore, and loved it. I am turning her into a loose leaf tea fan!

I have bought several of these mugs, in different designs: a few for myself, the rest (like this one) as gifts. My niece was just starting to get into loose leaf teas and this mug, complete with its own infuser basket made it really easy for her to figure out what she liked and how strong she likes it to be. The small basket is actually bigger than it seems and filters out all but the tiniest of particles. The mug does get warm with hot tea in it, but stays cool enough to pick it up and carry it. My niece loves it.

Cute, but that hole on the bottom is already getting old. I run everything through the dishwasher and the cup fills up with water between the walls. Bummer. I was hoping to buy a whole set of them. I will pass…

I got this mug for my partner so he could make tea at work. He liked that this design was neutral since his style isn't really feminine or cute, which most of the other prints on this style of mug are.
He only has access to a microwave and this mug works great for that - he is able to boil water for tea in the microwave while the outside of the mug stays cool enough to grab!
3.5 stars. I love the design on the mugs. The infuser has holes that are slightly too large for certain teas. I prefer to hand wash as the small hole on the bottom retains water. The double wall design makes it easy to hold while hot. The lid is nice too! Happy sipping!
I love these double-walled mugs. They keep me tea warm for quite a while and they are not too hot to hold. My only wish would be for a sturdier strainer. Overall, a very good mug for the price.
This mug was a hit with my teenage daughter. The double walls keep the tea hot on the inside and the outside is cool enough to handle. The cup is smaller than it looks in the picture which was a pleasant surprise. Perfect for microwaving and then adding the strainer.

I’m loving this cup! It got a little warm but not too hot that it was uncomfortable.
This is now my go-to mug for tea. It does not burn my hands. I do hand wash this, but knowing I can put it in the top rack of the dishwasher for sanitizing is great. I read the other reviews and remembered that the hole in the bottom is for the water to drain out when washed, so I make sure to tip it upright over the sink after pulling it out of the dishwasher.
The infuser fits neatly inside the mug and the double wall keeps the ceramic from burning your hands. I like how I can rest the infuser on top of the lid when I'm done steeping. I always forget about my tea, and it's often cold when I get back to it, but the double wall keeps tea warm until I remember it again!
Only downside is—as mentioned in several other reviews—the small hole that allows water to get inside the double wall if you wash it in the dishwasher. This problem is easily solved by simply hand washing instead.
This is a wonderful product for keeping your tea warm! I haven’t had a chance to travel with it yet, but I love using it to leisurely sip my tea and steep more cups without the hassle of inserting a separate infuser. Plus, the design is so lovely!

I washed my cup in the dishwasher and the rubber plug at the bottom came out causing it to leak a little. Otherwise love my cup
These double walled cups are excellent. The filters work well on all but the finest crumbs and this pattern is so nice.
Bought this for the coworker who introduced me to Adagio teas; she is retiring at the end of July 2020. The cup is perfect because we worked on international deals which will hopefully bring my coworker many happy memories of our times at work. I will need to pick one up for myself!
I love this mug! The travel stamps remind me of favorite trips while I sip my tea. It's so easy to make loose tea--the portions are the perfect size for this. I prefer to hand wash it.
I got this cup shortly before switching to working from home during the pandemic, and it's been my faithful companion ever since! I love the insulation, the size, and the artwork. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the first cup I made stained the inside bottom of the mug, and I haven't been able to get it completely scrubbed off. But overall this cup is great!

I gave this 4/5 stars due to the infuser basket.
Pros: Very nice passport artwork; the cup is not too hot to hold due to the double-wall design and I like the flat lid. It does not rattle like the lid on the Tea Forte's Kati Cup.
Cons: The infuser basket is flimsy and flexible. It does not stand-up on it's own. Also, tea particles get caught under the rim of the basket and it's very hard to remove the particles.
Please note that the lid does not seal on the cup, making it less than ideal for on-the-go
great for that one cup now. i like the travel motif, it reminds me to dream . the strainer seems to have just the right hang to get the steeping done fully. highly recommend

I absolutely love this cup! It's perfect for two cups of tea.
This is the second one of these I've bought, because I like the first one (different pattern) so much! I like using this because I'm often just making one cup at a time, and the tea infuser basket that is more spacious than a tea ball. It's easy to keep leaves and bits from getting in my tea. I also love how the lid helps my tea steep, and helps keep it warm if I'm interrupted and don't drink it right away. I use the two of these I have constantly! Added bonus is that the double wall makes the mug cool enough to touch comfortably, and keeps my tea warm even if I don't drink it right away.
These make great little gifts. I enjoy the travel theme on this one.
Great cup and really nice pattern. I gave this as a gift and they loved it. Works great, does not burn your hands when filled with hot tea and the strainer basket stay put and easy to use. I highly recommend these cups.

This print is so perfect for me. I work in a department at a university that offers travel courses for students. It's my job to fill out requests and vouchers for all instructors at the instruction of the coordinator who has a budget. I'd still buy the holiday prints if I have room for my cabinet at home.
nice cup, wish the basket balanced better on the lid but other than that a very nice cup, the heat doesn't balance evenly throughout height of cup, top (right where you sip from) is very very hot
