Be aware that there is a small hole at the bottom due to the double wall manufacturing process. If you place it in the dishwasher water will enter the outer wall and then leak when brewing or drinking. The cup needs to be hand washed. I have a double wall Starbucks cup that also has a whole but it is plugged to avoid leakage.

Fantastic tea cup that my wife loved for her birthday. Because of the double wall, it doesn t hold quite as much as you would think, but it is decent size and keeps your tea nice and hot throughout the day, especially with the cover on. The only downside is that she can t hold the cup to keep her hands warm since the double walled effect works so well. @adagioteas
