I'll give 2 stars because these cups are so adorable
The little hole at the bottom...for whatever reason it is there, if water happens to get inside while washing it, and you don't get it all out, the smell is horrendous
I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She has commented that she has used this cup and that it keeps her tea warm longer than a regular cup and that the infuser basket works well. She also really likes the cute animal design.
A beautiful mug, a little smaller than i expected and doesn't have a handle but I love it
Perfect for brewing a single cup of tea. The basket is sturdy, and nice and wide so the leaves have room to spread out as they brew, they drain quickly with tilting, and it can be wiped down easily after use. The lid can be used to leave the basket on while you enjoy your cup, if you want to keep the leaves ready for a second brew. The lack of a handle actually works well because the double-wall insulation makes the cup itself just the right temperature to warm your hands on, rather than too hot to hold. And the secret blue owl not shown in the product pictures is very cute!
Keeps your hands toasty, the lid allows a nice tray for the infuser or tea bag. As a bonus the infuser fits in most teacups, so if your favorite is dirty, you can keep going.
Sadly, the infuser handle broke off not long after I wrote this review. Cup is still great, the infuser, not so much.
I absolutely love this tea cup and diffuser set! It’s beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying loose leaf teas. The double-walled infuser is, first off, ADORABLE... I've had several coworkers comment on how cute it is, though working in forestry, we might all be slightly biased!
The double-walled design does a great job keeping the tea warm, even when I have to put the top on and ignore it for nearly an hour to help visitors at work. Speaking of that lid -- it's remarkably durable. I don't plan to test the theory a second time, but the ceramic lid slipped out of my hand and fell on the concrete shortly after I started using it. Not even a chip!
The infuser basket isn't nearly as durable -- the basket still works fine, of course, but about a week and a half after I started using it, the handle broke off. I've not been able to track down a way to replace the basket yet.
Such a cute and whimsical design! I prefer a sturdier infuser with smaller holes. It does a decent job with very fine teas but could be a bit better. I like that the infuser is long and goes deep into the cup for when you want to make a strong, small cup of tea. This is my second purchase as I broke the first. This time, there isn't a small hole on the bottom which would trap water when washing. The design seems to have been improved as it's sealed this time.

I bought this for my husband so he could have his very own double-walled ceramic Adagio mug. He loves it! It keeps tea hot for a long time so that you can enjoy the tea for longer. I love that it comes with a strainer basket that is wide enough to let the leaves open up and the ingredients can blend together. It’s easy to clean the basket too. I highly recommend it. There are so many great designs from which to choose. I have 4 of my own!

Gave this as a gift to my mother. She loves how cute the design is, and she was thrilled to know that it should keep her tea warm so she doesn't have to get up to keep reheating it. The included tea basket was a bonus that meant I could order some one nice loose leaf teas and she'd have an easy way to steep it!

This is a wonderful mug! I purchased it as a gift for my Mom. She loves it and uses it constantly! She especially loves that there is an unexpected owl on it that wasn’t shown in the product pictures!
This is such a cute mug! It fits comfortably in my hand, and the double wall keeps the tea hot and the cup is just warm to the touch. The tea strainer is just subpar though. The mesh is too large and allows quite a bit of tea dust flow into the tea.

Super cute! I loved mine so much I got one for each of my sisters and my fiancé. Very sturdy cup but not to heavy, used in dishwasher and microwave with no problem. I will say though that when you put it in the dishwasher the inside of the double walls gets water in it so when you turn it right side up and pour hot water in it the water inside the walls of the cup rushes out the bottom, I just set mine on a towel and its no problem.

This is such a cute cup. The strainer still lets a few herbs through but not enough to annoy me. It just makes me smile using this cup with all the cute forest animals on it.
Cute and very handy (non-plastic) cup. I love the idea of having loose tea to see what I am drinking, as well as the possibility to taste the tea instead of plastic aroma. I would recommend this cup for healthy enthusiasts.
Love the cup, the size, the strainer basket - dont like the condensation hole lol. Has a small hole in bottom for condensation which is needed for it being double wall cup but I can never seem to get all moisture out. Make sure to use coaster.
I love this style of tea cup and this is another to add to my growing collection. I don t like the filter as much as I do with the KATI brand itself - it s round and wobbly and doesn t sit nicely on its base. But, minor flaw for lovely product.
Love this mug...I have a few... CommuniTEA and also the bee. This one is so whimsical...I love all the forest animals. It's not too hot to hold and gently warms your hands...making it kinda cozy to hold and sip tea. 😊
I love this cup. There is but one draw back, I don't know if it was mentioned in other reviews or not but there is a hole in the bottom. I thought it was just a bubble in the glaze and didn't think anything of it. Until the first time through the wash. I tried to use it and suddenly there was water everywhere. I shuck it and I could hear the water. I'm letting it drain so i can seal it hole, not a big deal. I'm sure it's just a flaw, these things happen.

Great customer service! I had an issue with my lid not fitting my cup so I was sent a replacement. Cup is great, easy to clean and keeps my tea warm. Does get a little warm to touch but not too hot to hold.

This mug doesn’t hold as much water as I personally like. It’s super cute though. I prefer tea filters over the steeper basket as some of the tea slips through.

I bought two of these - one for my roommate and one for myself (so most of this review will be applied to both of them). To say I love them would be an understatement. The design on this one is SO adorable. The outside of the cup gets pleasantly warm, but not hot, even when filled with boiling water. The infuser fits nice and snugly, with a nice little handle to help get it in and out of the cup. And, of course, the little lid keeps the tea hot, with the added bonus of keeping my cats out of our tea!
Third cup...can you have too many cups? I don’t thinks so. I get so many compliments on how cute this one is. And I love how soft the colors are.
