Made a lovely present for Mama so we could enjoy the advent calendars together. I do wish there were replacement lids for when I am inevitably clumsy and wind up only dropping the lid, but these mugs do still retain heat nicely without the lid.

Over five years ago, I bought my first double walled cup, 'Cheer.' It was initially bought for my desk to enjoy at Christmas time. Over the years, that cup has developed cracks that have yet to leak and a chip at the rim. I felt now was a good time to leave that cup at home and replace it at work with a new design. I will enjoy 'Advent' not only for the month of December but will keep on my desk past the winter break we'll into January. I like the change of the infuser cup too.
Beautiful design, again this year. I love these cups, especially when company is over and we all want a different tea. I like that they keep my tea warm, but don't burn my hand.
The design on this mug is absolutely beautiful. I'd really wanted it when I had first seen it in the holiday sales, so I'm very glad that adagio made it available for individual purchase.
