update: i waited eagerly for YEARS for this to come back in stock and i'm so glad i did. guests still never fail to comment, and it's so nice not to have to worry about a separate warmer.

I bought the replacement infuser to use for another teapot. It's stainless steel and does the job, but I wish the bottom was mesh.
This teapot makes me smile every time I use it. It's so pretty with a tealight burning under it and it keeps the tea hot for as long as the candle is burning.

Great customer service from Adagio but not from Fedex. Fedex destroyed my teapot on arrival. I sent the broken teapot back and it came back to my house. I have to waste my time to return it again for the second time and Fedex gave me the attitude for their twice mistakes. You might need to do some business with another shipping company. I received my tea order today and the box didn’t look like a box anymore. What’s wrong with Fedex????
Update: I enjoyed my second teapot although quality is not as good as my previous teapot. I broke my previous teapot because it slipped off of my hands. The second one, with just slightly tap with the side of my sink and it’s broke on the handle side. Cheap quality (thinner glass compare to my first one) for such a expensive price.

Love the design, it's just that the one little tealight doesn't keep my tea very warm. Maybe I'm just drinking it to slowly. As long as I'm using a regular mug (and not one of my fancy china teacups) then it's easy enough to reheat about more when needed.
It was probably not necessary for me to purchase yet another teapot but this looked so lovely I couldn't resist. It's been great so far!
This teapot is beautiful and looks wonderful all lit up with the candle underneath. Unfortunately the glass is so thin it’s broken twice now (reordered the lid) so I’m done. It’s too fragile for daily use. So sad it was a Christmas gift.
This teapot is excellent. I find the base very helpful. I do wish it had a flange to lock the lid to the vessel as is common for ceramic models.
This teapot is amazing. It's able to keep water consistently warm at 100℉ which helps me not burn my tea. It's also very beautiful to watch, and I keep it near my work desk during my morning shift.
This is wonderful! The pot is very light and delicate feeling, and it kept my tea warm during my zoom knitting group! My two complaints are that I need to bring my kettle to the pot rather than pot to kettle, and that sometimes the pot sticks to the stand if it's full.
I love this tea set! It's a great size and looks beautiful for entertaining guests. My only concern and what's stopping me from giving 5 stars would be the thickness of the glass. I haven't cracked it but I do feel a little nervous.
I loved this teapot, until the handle broke off in my hand. It was full of hot tea! Fortunately, it was also on the counter, and the handle broke when I was trying to pick it up. It could've been a lot worse. Very sad about it. Wish I trusted it enough to reorder, because it was the perfect size.

I received this teapot as a gift three years ago and absolutely adored it. It is super resilient and just beautiful. Unfortunately, my first one broke in a dishwashing accident. My husband and I quickly ordered a new one, as I use it almost everyday. The second one, while equally as beautiful, drips more than any teapot I've ever owned. The tip of the spout is turned downwards, which I think is the reason for its dripping, but I cannot use this teapot without a dish towel underneath to catch at least a cup of tea for each pot. It has moved from being my most used teapot to maybe being used once or twice a month for the hassle of it.
I tried contacting Adagio in hopes I could return it and get a replacement, but even after multiple videos showing the out of control drippage, they simply responded that they don't have dripping issues with this teapot, and that every teapot drips a little!
The stand was also cracked, and they said they would send a new one, but it never arrived. My first and only frustrating experience with Adagio was almost enough to lose a customer, but their tea is just too good to stay away for long.
This teapot makes me feel so fancy! It adds a wonderful ambience to any pot of tea I drink and is very effective keeping my tea warm while I slowly make my way through the pot. I have not had the quality issues with the glass that other users have mentioned, but I also hand wash the pot and keep it next to the sink until I can wash it (not mingling with other dishes that could possibly break or crack it).
UPDATE July 2020 - The teapot is still going strong! Absolutely adore it! Highly recommend.

I was scared to buy because reviews said it breaks easily but hasn’t broken so far. I use it every day. Make sure tea pot bottom is dry before placing on stand or it will stick a little. Very thin and light so I was immediately and let it dry separately. Stand is sturdy and fire doesn’t burn pot. Looks fancy when lights are off and fire is on. UPDATE, it hasn't broken but my spout is chipped.
Best tea pot I've ever owed. The glass is fragile so make sure you purchase the warranty. Adagio's customer service is excellent and I had no hassles on replacing broken glass.

When I broke the lid to my Concert Teapot, I thought the whole pot was lost. I was able to order a new lid, and I am back to brewing my tea with this terrific pot. The stand elevates it above the counter, providing more space for other tea accessories; and keeps the handle unencumbered for frequent pouring. Also the shape creates a reduced sediment cup of tea.
The Concert Teapot is beautifuly crafted! When I set it up I invisioned Aladin. The tealight makes this teapot seem delicate and mystical. Tea stays hot for up to 4 hours. This is the perfect teapot for my bedside. It is easy to lift, not hard to handle and is light enough to maneuver from the bedside. Extremely happy!

I use this teapot to make cold brew tea, or sun tea. New version is too fragile. The pot itself shattered. The infuser and cover that come with don't fit on my old pot.

When I bought this teapot a few years ago it had great quality. This time I purchased it as a gift for my friends. When they opened the box, the wooden stand just fell apart on several pieces. It was very embarrassing. Looks like the quality over the years has declined.
I ordered this to use for a baby shower initially but I ve used for personal use since as well. It s a gorgeous pot and feel sturdier than you d think. Mine arrived in great condition, no damage from shipping and packed well. It s nice to be able to serve such a large amount at once.
Finally my tea can stay hot while I linger. I like to take my time and I don't mind that that usually means that I have 'iced' tea. Still, it's nice to have it hot.

Proud to serve tea in my beautiful glass tea pot. Tea candle keeps it at a perfect temperature. The teapot is very delicate. The lid broke the first time I used it when it fell off the pot. Replacement lid available at $5.

This is a beautiful teapot that looks great sitting at the center of my dining room table. I love the look of the tea when it is in the pot and it is great for entertaining! The only downfall is that I feel like it is a very delicate piece. I will have to be careful when handling it, and although it says it is dishwasher safe, I am not sure I will ever put it through the washer...
Hi, I ordered my concert teapot on the 20th and just received it only 4 days later. Living in Canada I was a little worried about the possibility of breakage, it arrived in perfect form. It is exquisite to look at making it the focal point in my kitchen. Very satisfied with the entire process, thank you. MV.
What a beautiful teapot. It looked a little fragile on the website but in person it feels more sturdy. Like the rest of Adagio's glass products, it is thin but strong. The wooden base is equally gorgeous and combine the teapot with the glass cups and saucers and this thing really impresses guests! They feel fancy and important when you bring this bad boy out.
It also did not drip nor dribble at all when pouring tea. Something that sadly, the lovely PersonaliTEA pot also from Adagio did do. A lot. I did not experience any cooking of the tea by leaving the candle lit. Though I would like to mention that I lit the candle after the tea was done steeping.
A beautiful teapot that should be used whenever serving more than one guest. If it is just you and one other, the PersonaliTEA pots are much better and come with matching cups. Though you may have to put up with some drips and dribbles.
The teapot is nicely crafted, elegant, and light weight. The wood base makes a very sharp contrast of the crystal clear borosilica glass and wood. Now, some may like the contrast while some wouldn't.
The glass is very thin walled and very light weight. It needs to be handled with EXTREME care. I have read other reviews about cracking the pot due to bumping--and I would agree that it can happen. Thankfully I am skilled at handling very fragile equipment (laboratory grade glass, etc.) I have been able to keep this pot safe. It can only be handwashed and handled away from all other glassware, metalware, or dishes.
There's a little divot in the spout to assist with the flow of fluid pouring out--excellent touch. The lid is in such way that it appeared it may fall off while pouring tea--it probably won't but make sure you pour with both hands--one holding the tea pot while the other stabilizing the lid.
Tea light feature is also very nice. It does improve the decor or the ambiance of the pot. I am not certain it actually improves the temperature of the tea, that or it is a very small improvement it was not quite noticeable. Nonetheless it's a good feature, great looks, etc even if temperature is not improved.
The volume is good. A good pot of tea needs to be shared. This means a 1.0 L pot can be shared among 4 friends each getting about 2 tea cups.
The brewing mesh is also well constructed. The only thing lacking is a tray that goes with the mesh to hold the drips. Use a small dish to capture the liquid when you fish out the mesh after steeping.
Final comment: overall very quality item -- handle with EXTREME care! It is light weight, thin, and pretty. Handle it accordingly.
