Read the reviews before buying, should have listened to some of them. The pitcher is great for steeping iced tea, but the spout is horrible. When you twist it open, the tea barely pours out. It's the slowest trickle of tea ever. After buying this one I hopped on Ebay and found an original Teavana one, works much better.
It stays water tight so you can take your looseleaf iced tea to the function! Tip it any direction and it won’t leak. Which is good because it’s very tall so you might have to put it sideways in the fridge.
This pitcher brews perfect Iced Tea every time! It is so easy to use and easy to clean. Simply place the two Iced Tea bags into the middle, add filtered water, and pop in the fridge. The next day you have delicious freshly cold brewed Iced Tea. Couldn't make it easier! Love this pitcher!
This pitcher is so easy to use and really is air tight. I love being able to make my tea overnight.
Love it, hate it. Great bottle/infuser design, but I don’t need it to lay on its side, and the flat metal handle on the lid is hard on the hands when opening and closing the extra tight fitting lid. Also, removing the lid to pour and trying to re-seat it properly is an annoyance. So, pretty much hate everything about the lid. Offer an alternate, easier lid, and I’d buy two more. And a lid to replace this one. And one for cold brew coffee.
Great and super easy brewing. The shape is perfect for the fridge door! Easy to clean. The brewing cylinder basket makes it super neat with loose teas. Highly recommend
Haven't had to lay it on its side yet, but the seal certainly seems to indicate it will be fine when I do. Works beautifully with both bags and loose tea. Very nice!
I have used it to keep my berry blast tea cold in the fridge. I hope to make some peach tea overnight tomorrow for work. I like the seal, and that you can take the infuser part out.
Great way to make natural iced teas. Pitcher is sturdy and fits nicely in the fridge. We purchased a few dozen iced teas to test and all of them taste great. Would recommend if you want to make your won natural iced teas.

I love this pitcher. It is a perfect size for the Adagio ice tea packs. The lid fits nice and tight. No worries when you lay it down in your refrigerator.

Perfect seal and removable cap on the bottom to make disposing of tea leaves simple and easy. The cover on the lid will cover the spout if you start tightening it with the tab above the handle! :)

Such a great idea for a pitcher. I keep this one in my fridge constantly. I love that it can go on its side to fit in spaces. I will probably buy a. second so I can tea brewing constantly.
I've only used this once so far, but I love it! The size and shape is excellent for fridge space which is exactly what I was looking for. It did leak a tiny bit at first, but I noticed part of the sealing ring was a little twisted. After I straightened it out, no leaks! I love that it can be used for tea or coffee, and the fact you can take the bottom off the basket for easy cleaning is such a great feature.
Great for making cold brew tea, but it's definitely not completely water-tight. Mine, at least, leaks a bit on its side or when held upside down, so I just brew it standing up and give it the occasional swirl. The lid is a bit hard to open, but that's my only other complaint.

This worked perfectly for a cold brewed tea. It was completely sealed even on its side. I just wish there was a better way to pour the tea out of the pitcher without getting tea leaves, too.
This pitcher is awesome! The mesh is very fine and well installed. The bottom of the infuser is unscrewable for super easy cleaning. Doesn't drip when laid on its side.
It does have one critical flaw: It creates a vacuum when pouring and so only pours a little at a time. This was fixed by drilling a very small hole on the ring beneath the clear lid, opposite the side where the spout is.
Although adagio responded to the previous reviewer, unscrewing or even removing the lid doesn't fix the problem. The mesh is so fine that the surface tension of the water within the mesh isn't broken, so air doesn't travel through the filter the way I imagine it was intended to. Either way, easy fix!
Love that you can lay it flat in the fridge. I wish it was glass and not plastic though!

Very airtight container and the infuser leaves a lot of room for the leaves to infuse and expand.

It really doesn't leak! It also is easy to wash and makes the bagged iced tea just the right strength
While I liked the pitcher at first, the gasket fell out when I was trying to get a tea bag unstuck. It never went in properly after that, and leaked. I don' t know what the warranty period is on this, but it was not eligible for a replacement after two months of use. I like the design and it is indeed space saving. I just don't think it's worth the money considering the short amount of use it got. If you use the pre-bagged tea, this isn't really necessary anyway (worth considering if you use loose tea, just be careful with the lid part).
This pitcher is perfect for cold brewing tea overnight, which is easy to do and is very tasty! Pitcher is easy to take apart and hand-wash. I like the big one to make a large pitcher for my family, but would also consider getting two of the small ones for multiple flavors.

I love this pitcher! As summer approaches, I've been excited to make iced tea. This pitcher comes with the perfect infuser. No leaves spill out, and the tea infuses beautifully. It can stand upright or lay on its side, so no matter what state of chaos my fridge is in, the pitcher always fits. Most definitely a worthwhile summertime investment for any tea lover.
I like the generous size. (I previously purchased an Adagio glass pitcher and it was smaller than I realized it would be.) My pitcher does leak a bit so I can't use the side storage feature. I tried several times to remove the lid and reseat it but it still drips.

Clever design, and I appreciate the way it can be stored flat. The cold brew filter is a nice option especially as it detaches for cleaning.
This is working out so well. I am not quite brave enough to put it on its side, but it seems pretty leak-proof. I've mostly been using two of the iced tea packets from Adagio in it, and that makes for a great iced tea. I have found that it pours better if you remove the center section that holds the tea, but I'm assuming anyone who is using loose tea would have to do that anyway.
Great pitcher for brewing. However, it is too tall for my refrigerator. I thought I would be able to put it on its side, but it leaked. Perhaps I did not know the perfect way to seal it up or I misunderstood “airtight” but I was disappointed. If you are able to use it standing I would highly recommend, but don’t plan on storing sideways.
I was never much of an ice tea drinker, but this pitcher made it very easy to brew and store the tea in the same container. I always have a pitcher of iced tea in the fridge now. And I love the shape of the picture, it fits wonderfully in the fridge. Adagio has converted me into an iced-tea drinker!
This is a rather large pitcher and kind of unwieldy with the handle/top/filter. I like the smaller styles much more.

I purchased this pitcher because my glass iced tea pitcher broke. IT's fine but I really have been trying to get away from plastics and though my glass pitcher has a plastic top, it has a metal tea insert. I will use this but intend to replace it with a glass one . An attribute was that it can be lain on its side in the fridge though I don't do that.
This is an amazing pitcher, better than any I have ever purchased! It is tall, but it lays sideways (because it is not round) in my refrig without ANY leaking or issue (which is why I bought it). The infuser is so easy to clean out, as well. Now it is easy to cold brew a pitcher of ice tea using regular loose tea - no hassle. This seals absolutely air tight, once you learn how to screw the top on correctly. So glad I purchased this.
The pitcher works well and is reasonably easy to clean although the nylon mesh was stained and would not come clean (white) with just soap and water. Probably dishwashing will fix that. I brewed a 1/4 cup of loose tea in 2 liters of boiling water to make my standard iced tea starter. I was able to pick up the container and shake it for a vigorous infusion a minute after pouring in the boiling water with no leaks and just a minimum of hand protection for the bottom of the pitcher.
One thing that immediately confused me when I opened the shipping container was that the boxes for these pitchers said 'Coffee Pitcher.' I thought I had received the wrong item, but when I opened the boxes, it was obvious they were the correct item. There was no mention on the box of anything but coffee. Very weird.

I wanted a larger capacity cold brew pitcher than my old Takeya, so I sent that one off to Goodwill and put in a pre-order for two of these bad boys. The filter cylinder is basically the same, ie, excellent, and the shape is more space-efficient in the fridge than a round pitcher. I also like the metal handle on the Tritan top, and I appreciate the fact that the top covers the spout when it's closed. We tried laying the pitchers flat to brew, but found that they leaked a bit, so they went in the door.
Where these pitchers lose a star for me is in the pour opening. The opening has a backflow issue that prevents the tea from pouring out nicely after a certain point, and you either have to tip the pitcher back and forth to keep the tea coming out smoothly, or deal with a lot of glugging and a slower flow.
I'm still very happy I got two, because I drink a lot of tea (a LOT), and these are clearly purpose made for tea rather than coffee, and give me the capacity I'm looking for.
