I love this thing. It's so easy to make cold brewed iced tea out of most (not necessarily all) types of tea and it holds much more than it looks like. However it is very slow at pouring which is why it's not a full five stars. Strongly recommended though.
Works great as a place to brew and store iced tea. I prefer brewing mine hot directly in the pitcher, and I've not problems with it so far - The entire thing comes apart easily for washing in the dishwasher as well. It does make a somewhat disturbing cracking or popping sound when I tighten the sealed lid on it for storing, but so far nothing actually seems to be breaking.
UPDATE: 1 year later and still just as good. It's even been dropped a couple times by accident - Once while full of tea. No damage beyond some scrapes on the plastic, and nothing actually spilled out.
Simple to use, first try laying it down it leaked but that's because I had the lid on with the spout cover at the front. To use laying down the spout cover needs to be at the handle end. Love how easy it is to make cold brew iced tea.
Really like the idea of this pitcher. I'm sad that it is not glass. I brewed the tea in hot water in another pitcher and when cooled, poured it into this one. I'm still putting the pitcher on a tray in the fridge since I'm putting it on the side. A good idea since we don't have much vertical room in the fridge and I'm not fully trusting my tightening of the lid. I'll keep using it since I do like it.
Great for fridges with shorter shelves/less door space. Lays flat and doesn’t leak.
The internal screw lid is quite hard to take off, though that assists in making it waterproof on its side.
Love this! Used it for both iced teas (adagio's peppermint is *amazing*) and my own cold brew coffee. In both instances, it keeps flavors fresh for the week it takes me to get through the drink.
My husband loves ice tea, especially in the summer. He has made tea constantly since getting this pitcher. It fits perfectly in our fridge and truly is airtight. It is easy to clean and looks nice too.

Leaks like crazy. The pitcher is advertised as having the ability to lay down. It does lay flat - however lost the entire pitcher of liquids. Not worth it.
This is a great pitcher! As mentioned in the description, it is airtight and heatproof. Not only that, but nearly every part of it comes apart for cleaning. Even the bottom of the infuser can be removed! I'm very happy with my purchase!
I just received this and I’d on my porch to make sun tea. The quality is very good and having a tea “sleeve“ inside is gonna be a gang changer. Happy I bought.
Got this recently to enhance my cold tea experience. It is a great picture, easy to use and the tea bags fit nicely in the middle portion. I take it camping with me and it is durable and easy to keep in my small camper fridge without wasting space! Great purchase.
I bought this for someone else (mine is the older, round pitcher) but I really like the look of it. And so practical, especially in a fridge with not many tall spaces and narrow shelves. I may order one of my own so I can have something new brewing every day.

I was very hesitant in trusting the airtightness, so I failed it with water and laid it on it's side next to the kitchen sink. Well, I am happy to report that it works really well! We have two now, one for my youngest daughter and one for me and my husband.

what a great infuser! It is so easy to set up, use and rinse. I'm able to create the tea I'll drink tomorrow before I leave in the morning in a Quantity and Quality that fit my needs and taste changes daily without all the fuss, muss and time of Hot brewing.
This pitcher is awesome to make iced teas or iced coffee. It’s just takes a little effort to get the lid screwed on properly so it lines up with the spout and needs a bit of muscle to tighten it so it won’t leak. I’ve found 1 cup ground coffee to a pitcher to make good iced coffees and 7tblsp of adagio loose tea for good iced teas. It needs to sit for 24 hours to get the best flavor. Very happy with the product.
Perfect for my Purple Papayaberry and Blue Mango cold brew teas that my sister gave me samples of. I love the perfect size of the pitcher. Having a filter in the center is wonderful . So glad I purchased this product.

I bought this because of the claim that it can be laid on its side and will do cold tea infusion.
I tried this with some green oolong that I typically brew for iced tea. The cold brewing feature was great. the pitcher however leaked around the top and did not work on its side. I am disappointed because that is why I purchased the pitcher. I tried multiple times to reseat the lid and it still leaked. If you need a cold infusing pitcher-this is great. if you want to use the lying down feature, don't buy this. Also it says safe for warm water to 200F. Mine melted!

This pitcher is great for my small office fridge, as you can put it sideways and it will not leak a drop. I use it mainly for iced tea, so am using the large teabags so is not difficult to clean. It is a bit difficult to clean when using loose leaf.

I had no real issues with this pitcher until I tried to run it through the dishwasher...
As it is a plastic container, I would recommend only doing a cold brew in this pitcher. It takes a lot longer than a hot brew but it is the safest way to not damage your pitcher. Although the description on both the box and the website claim that it is dishwasher safe, my pitcher was destroyed the very first time I put it in the dishwasher. The container warped into a spout shape (likely because the heat melted the plastic). It has now become unusable to me and I had only been able to use it twice before this. Based on not dish-washing it, I would give it a 4 star rating because of not being able to do a hot brew in it. For only getting two brews out of the pitcher, however, $30 might have been too much.
Sadly, was very disappointed with this. It's fine for what I paid for it (I used points for half off) , but I have some very specific issues with it. For one, it's way too hard to open. The twisting mechanism is too tight and, as someone with tendonitis in my hands, *almost* impossible to open for me, which is not a problem I have had with these types of pitchers from other vendors. Also, the tightness issue is compounded by the fact that the top handle has *very* sharp edges that makes it harder to fuller grip without it cutting into your palms. (But having said that, these things might not be an issue with completely able-bodied folks.)
I also have issues with the filter placement in that it is inconveniently placed but that is not a deal breaker for me as I generally choose to use large paper filters for these types of pitchers anyway.
Great pitcher for cold brew. Love the size and shape. Down side - it is a light plastic and I worry about dishwasher damage. I use a cool dry just in case.
I love being able to store my pitcher on its side! However, the infuser can be harder to clean than most.
Yas! The best pitcher. I love that the top has a fidget thing that you can turn to over the spot to help minimize splashes. Plus, sideways or standing in the fridge, easy to clean. YASS
