A fresh alpine meadow lingers on the palate, as your mouth is transformed by this authentic Belle Epoch experien... uh... okay, so this tea isn't exactly absinthe. First of all, it's tea. Secondly, there's no artemisia absinthum (grand wormwood) in the flavor profile at all. Or alcohol. But it does have anise and lemon grass, and, um, hey look, it's green! Kinda! And a little bitter, sorta! Listen, this perfectly awesome tea. And it's called 'absinthe' because, well, because it's as close to absinthe as I could get with the Adagio tea blending options. So! Absinthe! Sugar and spoon not included. Add a splash of milk for that perfect louche.

Moderate caffeine | Steep at 195° for 3 mins
